Only a month until our ship makes waves through the Tumblr harbour!
In case you don't know (or need a reminder) Midlink Week 2026 is an eight day event celebrating the beautiful and bittersweet ship that is Midna and Link from ‘Twilight Princess’. From February 8 - 15, shippers will be sharing fan art, fanfic, and all sorts of fandom creations inspired by the following prompts:
Feeling inspired yourself? It’s not too late to join in! Even if you just contribute one or two fanworks or don’t follow the prompts, that’s still sharing more Midlink with the world, and what could be better than that?
When Midlink Week begins, we’ll post our works corresponding to each day on Tumblr, and use the tag “#midlink week 2026” as well as tag @midlink-week-2026 so organisers know to reblog your wonderful creations for everyone to see 🩵
As for the fanfic writers, the Midlink Week 2026 collection on AO3 will be announced closer to the event 😉
We welcome and plan to reblog all Midlink Week content, including:
