Youāve probably havenāt seen me in forever because Iāve been here and there with school projects and my workout plan. Iāve also been getting up super early to work on my boxing.Ā Ā
That makes sense. Maybe I can come boxing with you, sometime? I mean, not because Iād be any good at boxing (in fact, Iād probably end up accidentally punching myself somehow) but I miss spending time with you. It makes me sad how busy life can get, sometimes.
max-scott:
So, you guys couldāve found somewhere else to go. Whatād you do?Ā
I suppose if it were up to me I wouldāve chosen somewhere else, for sure. But I wasnāt the one who planned it, so I just sort of went along, and it was nice. I had a lot of quiet time to myself, and I went to a few of the social gatherings held throughout the week. Both aspects of the trip were fun, and I really loved it there. I am happy to be heading back home, though.Ā
addiexiang:
What was your favorite part, then?
Iād have to say just being out in nature. Being away from home for a whole week, I mean. It was just really nice. I needed a bit of a change, a new start. I canāt explain it.
spencerfleming:
Did you know that youāre my favorite?
But thank you! I definitely heard your cheering. I think I might actually have a future as a rapper, donāt you think?~
But did you know that youāre mine?Ā
I really think you do. And when you have your first concert, you know Iāll be right in the front row.
bas-smythe:
I sure do, babe.Ā
Yeah, I suppose, indie music is alright. I mostly listen to the top hits.Ā
Question for you, then. Whatās your favorite song on the radio right now?Ā
emmalieastrid:
He just decided he wasnāt going to sing if i didnāt which is silly.
Luckily I decided to suck it up and do it for the world can hear him. Iām sure youāll get to hear him sing more when the musical comes around. Heās destined for a lead.
Heād better get a lead! I think Iāll boycott the drama club if he doesnāt. (...okay, that might be an exaggeration, but Iāll definitely have some choice words for the director.) Will you be trying out for the show, too? I think youād be great together. Your chemistry is already incredible, seeing as youāre already best friends.

The two arenāt really comparable⦠that was the joke, darling. Youāre cute for not disagreeing, though, I appreciate your unwillingness to admit it, but Iām not going to fight you over the pain of toes hitting doors and being heartbroken, promise. Still⦠cute.
Good advice is yet another one of my great talents, and it seems to have been a positive for you, since Iāve seen you around. Are you having a good time? Making old man memories? Iām having fun, but Iām still hoping next years trip is in a nice hotel, maybe with hot tubs, Iām not too picky. And, hey, maybe if I yell about Disney World to everyone enough, my dreams to go will finally come true.
...right. I suppose I should be glad you seem to think itās soĀ ācute,ā although I personally think that was a tad ridiculous of me.Ā
I had a really great time, actually. It was definitely a new experience that Iām glad I took on. Iām sad itās over so soon, but we all have to get back to real life eventually, right? Oh my goodness, if we all went to Disney it would be the best spring break ever. Iāll definitely help you advocate for that.

I only read when itās about people making a fool of themselves. I love those stories. How do you even have time to read? Iām so hype for summer vacay. Iām gonna just sleep in every single day and thatās about it. A fulfilled life if you ask me.
I mean, this book is about people falling in love, so... I suppose it could be considered a type of making a fool of themselves? They definitely put everything on the line. I made time to read, honestly. I love it, so I wanted to spend a lot of my time off doing it. What have you been up to this week? I agree, that does sound like a fulfilled life.
riveragabe:
My favorite thing has been to chill by the lake with my guitar. The view and serenity help the writing process. Iām having fun too ā like you said, more than I thought I would.Ā
Karaoke is my shit.Ā
That sounds so wonderful. Itās so peaceful to do that here - Iāve been writing a lot this week, too. Itās so inspiring being surrounded by nature. Definitely a good change from home. Though I canāt believe itās already over.
Did you sing anything on Wednesday night?

( having a consuming passion and desire to write. )
nobody hates writers more than writers do. the most vicious and contemptuous portraits of writers, both as individuals and as types, appear in books written by writers themselves. nobody loves them more, either. megalomania and paranoia share the writerās mirror. the writer-as-faust looks into it and sees a grandiose and evil and superhuman mephistopheles, master of magic, controller of destinies, to whom other human beings are as puppets whose strings he controls, or as fools whose hearts and deepest secrets he holds in the palm of his hand; the writer-as-mephistopheles looks into the same mirror and sees a shivering and pathetic faust, longing for eternal youth and terrific sex and untold riches, and clutching desperately to the pitifully delusional belief that he can conjure up these things through the miserable scribbling, the puerile fooling around with words, that he has the overweening nerve to call āartā.

thatās all Iāve got in me for tonight friends! Iāll try to be on tomorrow night, but Iāve got a super busy day ahead so it might not be til saturday. either way, love yāall and hope you have a great weekend <3 xx
spencerfleming:
I sangĀ āYou and Iā by Ingrid Michaelson andĀ āReady for It?ā by Taylor Swift. Did you see?!
I did! You were so great. Two of my favorite songs, as well - I donāt know if you heard, but I was cheering for you as loud as I could. Which... may not have been that loud, but I tried.
valeriepez:
I hope I didnāt make a total fool of myself up there. Did you like it?
You were wonderful, Val. Though, I didnāt expect any less, of course.
bas-smythe:
Maybe you should, it might suit you well, dear.
I like older music, 80ā²s music. A good Hall and Oates song is nice, if weāre talking karaoke. How about you, J?Ā
You sure love pet names, donāt you?
I like more alternative bands like Panic! at the Disco or Walk the Moon - indie stuff is great too, and I can definitely get behind oldies. Iām kind of an all-music type of man, I suppose. Iāll listen to anything (except country). As for songs I sing in the shower, Uptown Funk is my one and only.
