where do you find all the pictures for your moodboards ? i've always wanted to make moodboards but i can never find good pics to use

Honestly all over! Lots of people recommend pinterest or weheartit, and while it is a good source for aesthetically pleasing photos, you need to be extremely careful what you’re taking from sites like those, because they encourage the taking and reposting of artwork without credit- which is a really crappy thing to do. Mine honestly come mostly from trolling around tumblr and various aesthetic based blogs on here. The big thing with that is making sure the photos are large enough for what you’re making- for example I won’t use images smaller than 500px with very few exceptions.

2019 Personal Aesthetic

It’s been a long time since I’ve been active on this blog, but I was hit by a sudden burst of inspiration earlier tonight, and it made me really want to get back to making aesthetics, and what better way to start than with all the things I want to fill my year with? travel, good coffee, art, books, and nature- I want my year to be exactly as wholesome as this image, and I hope yours is as well!
