I do find it hilarious that I went MIA just before Kiana Mai did. tho I wasn't doing anything cool or important like creating a magical girl show, I just lost my attention span for posting daily.

I love when people try to use real world logic in why Jessie and Delia couldn't get together.

"Delia wouldn't date someone who harassed her son and tried to steal his pet/best friend!"

Okay, let's play the real world logic game: that would make Delia a neglectful and terrible woman for not protecting her child. Why would she care what Jessie's done then lmao.

If everything were realistic, Jessie and James could've easily killed Ash to get their way. If things were realistic, a 10 y/o would NOT be traveling by himself (as he gains travel partners by happenstance, not by plan).

Jessie and Delia easily work in this universe because it's NOT realistic, because we are able to play down the events within the series, we are allowed to play by the rules set by the story. And these rules are "anything goes if you can justify it to a reasonable degree."

Jessie and James can be good people when the plot wants them to be, children are allowed to travel the world unsupervised with electric rats, and "a mother dates the cartoony villain who failed to steal said electric rat from a kid half her age" is really not that much of a stretch
