You're in a slump. to put it simply. It's a rough patch for you right now. Life is just so busy right now, so in result you've slightly given up on taking care of yourself, sure you've been eating (mostly because he keeps reminding you) but sleep? doesn't really come easy, especially when you have so much to do, fighting the exhaustion. Not to mention how you look like, it's been ages since you went out, and it's like you don't notice all this about yourself, except some one else does and in his understanding quiet way helps you pick yourself back up.

Bringing you a nice cup of coffee on days he knew you were at the library, knowing your order by heart. Coming over despite when you text him you're busy, he doesn't mind just being around you while your head is buried in your work, because he knows how you are, willing to spend his free time just lingering around while you study.

Sometimes attempts cooking just for you, but mostly orders you food. Drags you outside for something as simple as a walk. Just being there for you, quiet but caring. Cheering you up by acting like his silly self, holding your face when your laugh slows down to a smile, as if memorising the way your lips curl up or the way your eyes crinkle. When you're zoned out, comes and hugs you from behind. Just because he knows you like to get ready, and not having a chance in a while, he practically begs you to go on a date with him to a nice place to treat you.

Having his friend Martin help him make a song just for you to listen to while you grind in the last few days, you don't tell him you cried, but he can tell, the way you're happier, you seem more like yourself. and the goof plans a whole thing for the two of you when your exams are finally over, a little date, greeting you with flowers, he knew his friends would clown him but he didn't care, he only cared what you thought about it, and you, you couldn't possibly love him any more than you already do.
