I was wondering how to explain how I felt this week coming off #antidepressants and then my #minathestaffie perfectly illustrated it. I started this year having #panicattacks and about as emotionally stable as Bambi on ice. After half a year I'm taking the decision to come off them. If I said I was scared I think that would be an understatement. I've had support from the amazing people in my life. It's time, the side effects have started outweighing the benefits. It's time, it's affecting those around me. It's time, to take back control. As my body and mind start to adjust to 'me', I'm going to try to thank you all in my own way for supporting me, literally at times. No more proving people wrong. Time to prove me right. Merci à tous. Je vous aime tous
