Creative Tapas in Sa Pobla // Bar Casa Miss

Andreu Genestra is probably one of my favorite chefs on the island of Mallorca. Creative and unpretentious, that is how all Chef's should be. I also went to his restaurant on my birthday and my expectations of the perfect birthday were achieved, (I have extremely high standards). 

Tonight Chef Andreu is teaming up with Bar Casa Miss in Sa Pobla and Andoni Sarriegi and Cesc Reina for gourmet tapas. If you have no plans then I suggest a drive out to the countryside. Take pictures and eat a lot for me. Salud!
