Genshin Impact Foods: Satisfying Salad

You know, having actually made this now I see why it has the name. It has fruit, veggies, protein and starch all in one convenient dish, nicely balanced and appealing to look at

Ingredients:

1 c sliced nappa cabbage (Western cabbage is too rubbery to be very pleasant raw, please don't substitute you can find nappa cabbage in most grocery stores)

1/2 an apple, diced

Boiled potatoes, I used about 3 petite yellow potatoes although a half a large potato should also work, diced into large chunks

1 boiled egg, sliced in half (soft or hard boiled, your choice)

Prepare your ingredients. Make sure to wash all fruits and vegetables

Lay down a layer of cabbage. Then pile on potatoes and apples, finish with your egg

Enjoy!
