So I started a 21 day challenge on 2/8 with the intentions of detoxing my body from sweets, bread, and fast food. So far I’ve lost 7 pounds and it’s only 2/11. I’ve also incorporated intermittent fasting and eating a lot of GRAPEFRUIT. Well I had Chick-fil-A today. I didn’t go too crazy but I’m a bit disappointed for giving into this urge. I had salmon thawed ready to cook, but I was tired of cooking. Four days in a row and working two jobs. Not tonight. This picture represents how I felt afterwards. I will start fresh tomorrow, seriously.
