i feel like sum of the victors experience regression/regressive behaviors to some capacity, like you can see it with Katniss in the cave:

Hi, so in my au Johanna has a seizure disorder, musculoskeletal issues(chronic pain, joint strain, and all that jazz that came with chronic stress and capitol torture), and PTSD + BPD. In which she gets a service dog and has a mobility aid (she sometimes uses a cane or wheelchair when her pain is really bad), and Finnick likes to decorate her mobility aids because she hates them, and making them a little more personalized and ‘cool’ makes her feel better.

also the service doggy is a toller and she loves him cuz he reminds her of Finnick. He alerts for her seizures and panic attacks.

But they combined wedding traditions from both districts! it was a pretty small wedding but they wanted it to be. This was something for them, not the capitol, not for the public. Just them and their devotion.
