I realized something in my shifting Journey, i've always tried out multiples methods that others founded incredible and that worked for them but i've never actually schearched what worked for ME the best. Sometimes, you need to make your reality shifting journey, YOURS, you need to know what is best for YOU, not others. Reality shifting is about YOURSELF be selfish in your reality shifting journey. Make it about YOU because only YOU can make you shift
I don't know why but when i am shifting i don't believe it and i often say "but..." when someone says that i can shift. Everytime i do my method i don't believe i'll be in my dr and it kinda sucks because i want to be aware of my dr, this life is kinda boring. You guys got any tips or anything?

as a girl who’s shifted so many times she learned how to do it on command, i can say with confidence that there’s many things i wish i was told beforehand that neither shifttok or shiftblr talk about (warning, it’s a lot).
CUTE DISCLAIMER : these are things I wish I was told . If you do not agree, THATS FINE . this is just what i wish i was exposed too before my first shift that i think will help others like me . When i use “you” “you’re” pronouns, im talking to my pre-shift self in second person. i just feel like this can support others .
001. i would never look at life the same again .
imagine how it feels bringing your subconscious to another place for the first time and realizing you are infinite . everything everyone said was true . it was never just an ongoing tiktok joke, it was real . shit was hard to come to terms with . very hard .
of course, shifting for the first time was awesome, but coming back was… interesting . i looked at everything differently . i feel like shifters talk about what shifting for the first time was like and forget to include the “coming back confusion”
002. after getting used to it, the “spark” kinda goes away .
now i know what the rest of shiftblr is gonna say . “shifting is real!!! don’t romanticize it!!!!” and i completely agree, for this reason . before i shifted for the first time, ngl, i did lowk think in the back of my mind it was gonna be sunshine and rainbows . obviously, i was wrong .
it’s just like any other life on any other day on any other planet . unless you’re shifting to mars or some shit .
It’ll get boring . it’ll get sad . It’ll get irritating . and trust, shit will get real . but that’s just how life is . after i realized thats how life is, i kinda got like . huh .
it’s kinda like how it felt when you realized Santa wasn’t real . if that makes sense .
003. the real world is harsh .
as a girl who was never an actress, singer, dancer, model, guitarist, and songwriter in this reality, imagine my surprise when i saw that people would hate my acting/singing there ??? i scripted i was literally awesome ???? my discography is heavenly????? what ???? they aren’t even nice about it either .

004. you’re gonna start wanting to shift to a lot more “niche” drs after that .
soooo, you know how you’re shifting to be a student in hogwarts rn? well, you’re still gonna do that, but you might wanna be a lawyer in another dr now too . or maybe an alien from Saturn . or maybe a scientist who knows the secrets of the universe . or something .
after realizing you can explore every single reality out there, you start to want to experience new things in a more uncommon way . a way that other people probably won’t also be shifting there .
i mean . . . unless you have niche drs already . then like, fuck it, we ball .
005. you will have so many different relationships and dynamics and vibes with people you won’t know what to do .
after shifting, literally everything will remind you of either your cr, or your dr . you’ll remember an inside joke from your dr friend from a few years ago, and then in the same day cry about something your cr friend said while you’re in your dr .
it’s slightly almost kinda sorta maybe a little overwhelming at first, but you begin to get the hang of it as your dr is already something you’ve always known .
it’s fun, too . sometimes I’ll be out and see cute keychains and I’ll be like,”oh, (dr best friend) would’ve loved that.” you get a little homesick no matter where you are, but it’s almost comfortable, it that makes sense . because you know you’re gonna see them again, you already are .
waking up in your cr ≠ failure. there's no such thing as a failed shifting attempt.
i know i harp on this all the time, but as soon as you say you've shifted, you have. anything suggesting otherwise is old, illusionary, and above all, irrelevant. if you say you're in your dr, and assume that to be true - even if everything around you is telling you otherwise - then soon enough, everything around you will catch up. you create your perception. everything comes from you. every time you "tried" to shift, you did shift, because the shift is instant.
but, if you say you're going to shift, then open your eyes, see your cr, and assume that means you haven't shifted, then... we're back to square one. you tossed away your previous assumption and replaced it with a new one. you cancelled your order when the package had already shipped.
so how do you stop doing that? how do you stop looking at the 3d/what your senses are telling you, and giving it authority over you?
first, let go of the idea that shifting only happens at night, or when you're laying down, or when you have your eyes closed. that's just not true. sure, that can help some people shift, because you're eliminating one of the senses, but you don't actually need it. like most things are, it is completely optional. you can do a whole shifting routine at night, wake up and still see the cr, but if you stick to your assumption, the 3d can catch up at any point.
secondly, recognize that waking up and seeing your cr does not mean you failed. stop opening your eyes to the same ceiling and feeling disappointed. it. means. nothing! you create your reality, right? and you are awareness/consciousness/a soul/whatever you believe in, right? so... you're not your body. so why would you listen to what it says? why would you give it power over your perception?
let the 3D be what it is - a laggy mirror, not an absolute authority. you assumed. you've done all you needed to do. that's the law. everything else is irrelevant. do your ten step bedazzled routine, or just declare "i'm in my dr now. the scene is catching up."
that's it. no bargaining. no begging. live from the assumption.

Read the red sentences, it may help you with shifting.
Now read the sentences after the red sentences, this sentences can help you if you struggle to "ignore" the 3D. All you need to do is say it so much time that you'll believe it so hard. It's basically reprogramming your subcousiousness about the 3D so you won't have doubts (if im wrong let me know !)
The 4 point is for when you're saying that you "try" and it's also to reprogram your subcousiousness.
As you can see, there is also a "im no longer available to live in a reality inn which…" this is a manifestation method (i don't remember where i saw that but its not mine!!) And it's very quick. I had a slight headache and i said "im no longer available to live in a reality in which i have a headache" and in seconds it disapeared. I also read that it can be in between 1 second and 1 hour long but for some things it didn't worked its maybe because i said it wrong but anyway its still working!

Just think about your dr and be proud of yourself for persisting. You found shifting for a reason so don't give up yet! If a method doesn't work it means you have to find another method or none at all! First of all, what is a script??
A script is writting a story for example like in movies, actors have a script with every gest and lines they have to do and say.
What is a script used for?
A script is used :
To have everything written down in order usually to not mess everything up.
To have stories for desired reality 1, desired reality 2, ... separated
To remember every little details you want to put into each realities.
Basically for everything you wanna write about your desired reality !
how to script?
In a script you can put everything you want !
But im going to do a list of things you can put into your script
So in a script you can find :
Description of characters
The backstory of the desired reality/ characters
What is happening in your desired reality when you shift [for example if you scripted that you're watching a movie with your significant other (s/o) as soon as you shift then when you will shift you will be in your desired reality watching a movie with your s/o]
Rules [for example : you write that in your dr stealing doesn't exist then it won't exist]
Any other things you wanna script !

what they tell you: this is your original reality. the truth: there’s no original reality. it’s not this, it’s not your dr. there’s not a starting point.
what they tell you: shifting realities is shifting your consciousness to other realities. the truth: you shift your awareness. if you were to shift your consciousness it implies that once you are in your dr your body here doesn’t have consciousness, which goes against everything a living human is.
what they tell you: shifting takes time. the truth: you make your own rules, and there’s not an instruction manual to follow.
what they tell you: once you shift and/or permashift, your version of this reality can’t shift anymore. the truth: you can shift anyway, just to a parallel version of your dr. because every version of you has awareness that can be shifted.
what they tell you: you can’t bring objects from your dr. the truth: you can just shift back to a reality where you have that object.
what they tell you: having multiple s/o is cheating. the truth: this is something between you and you only. you have no right to push your ‘its cheating’ agenda into others, because different realities equals different minds and emotions. so, it’s not cheating.
what they tell you: methods make you shift. the truth: they are just tools that you can or can not use. you are the one shifting, not your methods.
what they tell you: some people can’t shift. the truth: everyone can and everyone is doing it. your thoughts and actions shape reality. of all kinds.
what they tell you: aging yourself up / down is wrong. the truth: in that reality you were always of that age. and your mind is going to have the same mentality of your age.
what they tell you: permashift is not possible. the truth: a reality is not more special then others. even staying here forever can be called permashifting. you can just decide to be aware of your dr forever instead of this.
what they tell you: you have to not care about your cr to shift. the truth: we are not vegetables. you can have all kind of emotions of both your realities and still shift to your dr.
what they tell you: shifting breaks will ruin your process. the truth: shifting is not a process that goes away if you don’t try for more than three months. if you want a break take it.
what they tell you: you can have shifting blockages. the truth: they are not a thing. because you shift your awareness, you can just be aware of you not having so-called blockages. nothing, physicallyc spiritually, mentally, astronomically, can stop you from shifting.
what they tell you: respawning (not remembering this reality) is bad. the truth: it’s not. lmao. it’s not like your body here is going to evaporate.
what they tell you: shifting is complicated. the truth: you can decide how shifting is because you make your own rules. if you want overcomplicate it you can, if you want to oversimplify it you can.
what they tell you: you have to be connected to your dr to shift there. the truth: as long as you are not a bluetooth, it’s not required.
there is no ' what if i don't shift tonight ' . there is no plan b . you have shifted , and that is final . you will wake up in your intended reality tonight , and that is final .
So basically im a shifter that didn't shifted yet and well im trying to succesfully put my awareness into my desired reality. I've learned so much things about shifting (let me know if you want me to write them down) and i've learned of "letting go" or "surrender" and i think its something that everyone should do that because if you try to control it you will create blocages: you can't control or force something natural
So guys if you've been shifting for a while but haven't fully shifted (putting your awarness in your dr yet) you can try (progressively) to let go of any expectations, any stress, to enjoy your method and let it happen, you allow yourself to shift The more important thing to understand is that shifting is natural, that you've always did it.
(Guyss sorry if this isn't perfect (its making me think about someone that said shifting isn't perfect, that you can make mistakes and you'll take a step further with mistakes so basically growing closer to your dr) but i did my best here and i've also put a screenshot (2nd picture) of something i saw on tiktok but i don't remember the one who did this so if anyone knows let me know)
