He lets out a quiet hum, tail swishing.
[After Bishop leaves, Trinity lets Donnie do his own thing for a while before going over and sitting beside him]
He flinches nearly imperceptibly, looking towards the mutant. He huffs after a moment, raising a brow slightly.
"Are you trapped here, then?"
"Trapped? No, I'm just employed by the EPF." She tilts her head slightly. "I was mutated on the job, but Bishop was kind enough to not fire me."
He blinks slightly, slowly nodding. Huh. He hadn't really expected that, to be honest.
"He isn't some kind of horrible monster, you know."
He lets out a small, soft snort, rolling his eyes slightly and pulling his knees up to his chest.
"Yeah... guess it's just hard to forget the guy poking around my insides."
[She hums slightly, watching the uncomfortable turtle for a second before sighing and looking away. It's quiet between them the rest of the time before Bishop returns
Trinity looks up at him, standing and taking the ice chest, sniffing at it and peeking inside before nodding]
"They should! Only one way to find out, though."
He looks up at Bishop as he returns, gaze lingering on the ice chest for a moment before he looks away again.
