The Acid Carousel: A Non-Stop Flight in a Time Machine
The morning before our interview with Acid Carousel was a stormy one. As our guests arrived that afternoon the clouds parted and the sun came out to allow us some groovy fun with the band outside. If you’re not familiar with Acid Carousel, you’re missing out! A quick jaunt to their Soundcloud and you’ll notice a delightful collection of 60s-70s era inspired tunes to satiate the hunger of the fiercest daytripper. On the Get With It! YouTube channel, you’ll swear the video was ripped from 8mm reels pulled from Jim Morrison’s basement as the band members don era-appropriate clothing and accessories.

A never before seen picture of John and George, in 1968. It's an amazing picture besides the big fucking watermark. Anyways Today's Daily Mail has the story and photos of a 19 year old fan who turned up uninvited on John’s doorstep in 1968 and was invited in for breakfast with John and Yoko. The fan, Michael Herring, later shared a car ride with John to George Harrison’s house to see the Beatles recording – and he witnessed the opening of a letter said to announce McCartney’s resignation.
