BFDI if it were a children’s book

something i appreciate about primos, is that not only does the trans rep have gender diversity (transfem tere, transneu cousin bud and alex, transmasc nellie), but it also covers different stages in the transitioning process.

alex and tere are both fully realised trans idividuals — or in the hatched phase, as i'll call it. they know they're trans, they're out as trans, they've socially transitioned (and alex's voice is very "early testosterone" sounding, so they might be medically transitioning as well), etc. they know who they are, and they're living comfortably.

cousin bud is in the cracking phase. going off of their character sheet, they're at the verge of the realisation. they're still not sure who they are, but they’re really close to figuring it out, and was probably going to come out the summer the show is set in (if natasha was allowed to make a season two).

and nellie is stuck in the egg phase. he's not aware of it at all yet, probably not thinking all that hard about gender whatsoever considering how Young he is, but there are visible signs there's something funky with his gender.

Bfdia - In bfdia 25, GB and TB fail to get Pin new limbs. Because of this, Coiny usually carries her around Yoylecity, though she mostly insists she can hop and roll around (But she always gets tired after a while). (Not much to say here.)

Idfb - Pin is seemingly becoming an outcast to everyone but Coiny and Needle, who are fine with helping out their friend

Bfb - Pin decides not to compete in BFB, just watching and cheering on her friends from the sidelines. Even if she did want to compete, no one except for her two dear friends would even talk to her. They had practically given up on her.

Tpot - Pin spends most of her time in the hotel, hiding away from everyone. Her friends commonly go on stargazing trips at night with her so she can actually, you know, go outside. In the AU, eliminated contestants hang out in the hotel and help with challenges (Like ii). After Coiny's elimination, it's clear that something is wrong. Gaty, an object who had been relatively kind to Pin during tpot, was suddenly gone, alongside other objects. Two was never doing challenges, and the eliminated contestants never explained much. Needle ended up dissapearing aswell, leaving Coiny stressed. Shortly before tpot 19, a blue number appeared in front of Pin, sending her to an entirely different dimension. She was offered her limbs back, but with a small price to pay. Pin agreed immediately, worried about Coiny's mental health. The number allowed her to sign the deal, and when Pin returned, her limbs were an odd copper color. She immediately stumbled out into the hallway and made her way to Coiny's room, where she found him limbless, confused and shocked.

Lowkey don't know where to go from here, I imagine she just runs off with Coiny during the battle royale, and the two just camp out watching the chaos from afar. Or something.

Twitter users suck at depicting evilfries. Like “she doesn’t love him” is so BOORING. I don’t want her to be just a one note “angry version” of leafy. She’s real to me.
