Ok but imagine an umbrella scene parallel and it’s just Luka seeing Adrienette (but like reverse love square yk) all blushy and cute together.

i have been casually keeping up with the show but i did NOT expect it to hit so much this season and this was the first thing i could draw after watching it

i want luka to lose his cool ty

Season 4 is wild…

i understand that the “rejection” (if you can even call it that, since he doesn’t even seem to realize he did it?) was necessary

but what was unnecessary was the scene that unfolded in order for that conversation to happen. it could’ve been a lot simpler, with marinette simply confessing to “wax” adrien. she could toss in some of the compliments, sure, but draping herself all over him, caressing him, smelling him, and eventually trying to kiss him was crossing so many lines, it wasn’t funny anymore

the scene was nothing more than to make her the butt of the joke yet again, and it was so cringey and painful to watch; you didn’t have to understand french to feel that secondhand embarrassment. i’m glad that they’ve finally developed that tentative friendship at the end of the episode, but at what cost?
