“I am completely great.” He carried on towards her, she’d replied, which in Jon’s mind was a good enough reason to try and pursue a conversation. “Wait…this one isn’t mine.” He pointed to her house and began turning, scanning the area.
Kat, almost instinctively, cocked an eyebrow at his reply. He didn’t look great. When he pointed at her house, she was confused for a moment, but soon realized what he mean. Sighing, she walked over to the drunk man and put a hand on his shoulder. “Why don’t you come in, I can sober you up?”
He nodded continually as her hand steadied him. “Sounds like a plan.” He stopped nodding for a moment as they both made their way towards the door, he stopped before it to allow her to open the door and go first. He may be drunk but he wasn’t rude.
