For my creative process, I wanted to create my own movie poster and character. Tim Burton made characters based off himself, so I did the same. As for the plot of the movie, it is about horoscopes to make it appealing for children, except with visual horror elements. The plot is about a boy named Cancer who is very into horoscopes, except none of his friends or family think the same. He usually reads books about zodiacs, and one day he stumbles upon an old book in a library. As he proceeds to read, he is transported to another world in space where zodiacs live(this is part of Tim Burton’s process where he creates a world for the character). The villain is supposed to be the controversial 13th horoscope, Ophiuchus. Traditionally it is a serpent-bearer, but I thought a snake itself would be more intimidating.
