When I was a little girl my favorite play was to pretend to be a witch, this happened after watch Practical Magic!

An adaptation of a book by Alice Hoffman, release 1998, starring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman!

Two witches sisters, Sally Owen and Gilly Owen, was raised by their aunts after theirs parents death, when they find out that the Owen women carries a curse: the man they fall in love with will face a premature death. Already adults, they are very different, but united! Sally don’t like to practice witchcraft and want to have a normal life, Gilly was a seducer who like to live all the passion that she can. But this became critical when they kills accidentally Gilly’s boyfriend and try to bring him back.

For make this more perfect, it’s has this great soundtrack with Stevie Nicks, Joni Mitchel and much more!

My fascination with this movie begin with the fact that Witches are good and powerful, and all women have this power, and when we are united we can win the evil! Is this feminism?

God, this story breaks me! You felt in love with them, you kind feel jealous because they live something wonderful and so precious, but everything ends...

Elio's father, a professor of archaeology, invites graduate student, Oliver, to live with the family over the summer and help with his academic paperwork. Than Elio is going to delevelopt some affection for Oliver, that later, he finds out that is reciprocal.

This movie is an adaptation of a book by Andre Aciman, which I also recommend reading! The experience of the book is always interesting and brings aspects that sometimes the adaptation of cinema can not bring the same way! But I must say that, this is a great adaptation, I think It’s my favorite! The changes made in history just made it more exciting and delicate!

What I love about this story is how everything happened on this organic way, you don't see the acting, they live all that feelings and all happened on this beautiful place in Italy!

The agony, the doubt, the discovery, the excitement, the affection, the end...

Louise Banks (Amy Adams) is a linguist who was invited to help the military establish communication with this beings. This connection changes completely how she sees life! And it will blow your mind!

This is my favorite Denis Villeneuve movie! I am a big fan of his work, I love this contemplative stunning visuals that is very present in this movie, the rithm carries you in this innovative narrative.
