Hwayoung Starnews Interview

Planned as 16-episode series, the producing of ‘Ex-Girlfriend’ club was unexpected early. It is no wonder that the television broadcast end in regret. It is just (,) the regret was not only thought.  Now befriending with the character, (it) was unbelievable. There’s a time when I heard out toward Rara, (but now) it is not. Sadly, (I) regret that (I) haven’t presented more of the character (yet).  If there’s no this telecast (,) I thought (I’m) also unable to show more. The ending also was finished in urgent.

Throughout the drama (,) how is Rara’s (,) to ending (,) honest feeling. Yet to the ending, (Rara) felt sad. The love line condition with the director, took well. I thought it might turn really good, (I) collapsed.

How much ‘Ex-Girlfriend Club’ (make) Ryu Hwayoung self-confidence in performance contented? Content? I still think I shall not show (it). The scenario of the broadcast (turned out) late, so I was not blended well. I could done better.

What rookie actor Ryu Hwayoung has learnt through this work. What has changed and or (what is) planned to learn. I am continuously learning. Now, (I) want to be national actor, to be a national actor is (always) a rookie actor’s dream. I want to hear ‘like a chameleon actor’ (from people) to me. The thought of having viewers (saying) ‘looking forward to Ryu Hwayoung appearance work’ is good. To become more than now, I will appear to work better. And I want the ambience, not to lose at beginner.

Easy going and playing sexy, how much is the resemblance between Rara and Ryu Hwayoung. I am similar but different. First of all, Rara is idiot, I am witty. I have more knowledge of life than friends at my age do. I also act like 9-year-sweet housewife level. Rara is not like that. That point is certainly different. The free and honest part is so much similar.

From ‘Ex-Girlfriend Club’ side actors, how’s the ‘mood’ with Song Ji Hyo, Lee Yoon Ji, and other senior actors? Wonder isn’t there any uncomfortable part? There isn’t any uncomfortableness. It was really fun. Especially with Yoonji Eonni comics, it was enough to be a bizarre confrontation. Even after the shooting ends, Yoonji eonni patted my shoulder, said “You, really fun. (you) could do well”, that’s really something (to me). Also, Jihyo Eonni supported (me) as younger friend a lot. We are really in good relationship. Eonni, I miss you.   In the second beginning of the broadcast, Ryu Hwayoung (had) extended hottest kiss with Byun Yo Han. How was the shooting of the kiss scene happening (between) ex-couple? First, Oppa’s lips were so fluffy fluffy. It was shot once again, I did it casually (whilst) Oppa went red-eared.

In ‘Ex-Girlfriend Club’ (,) the ex-boyfriend met with (his) ex-girlfriends (in like) nothing sort of reunion. If this ridiculous situation happen to Ryu Hwayoung, how to cope (with that)? I guess the situation is extremely terrible. I can’t even imagine. It seems I would ignore the man who put (our) story into movie. I won’t meet his ex-girlfriends.

Ryu Hyoyoung Eonni also started telecast drama (tvN ‘Family Secret’) first on April 30. How do you say if (there is a chance) to act together with Eonni? (As) twins (,) (we) talk a lot. I think the appearance looks exactly same, like mirroring. Conditioned like me (,) while Eonni looked continuous figure, ‘there (,) expression is not pretty. Don’t do (that)’, ‘Such the way of talking is not natural’, she got idea like these. I feel like Eonni continues showing acting in advance. Next I want to have the opportunity together.

In early 20’s is prime interest in dating, it’s time to wish for beautiful love. When will there be dating news? Honestly, there is not such love now. I also don’t want to do (live) without love. Love is not a bad thing, no excuse to hide. Nothing (such) relationship to the acquaintance/companion to be cleared, I don’t want to keep secret love (either).

Is there any unforgettable episode in ‘Ex-Girlfriend Club’? Many. That part, in the set, that memory lasts the war situation in Kim Soo Jin (Song Ji Hyo) eonni room. The filming set was in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, there’s no better place (and) deserves good (,) (so) the crew filmed around the motel. Actually (,) I had a good sleep, (it’s) just Soojin Eonni Room do. (I am not sure what’s the real meaning of her saying related to the soojin room thing, so I just translate it roughly). That would have been demolished now. That’s it.

There’s not yet many of drama, movie, etc (that has been played) by Ryu Hwayoung. How’s the next work, how actor wants to put together. Recent KBS 2TV Drama ‘Orange Marmalade’ is (something) I preferably want to (do). I want to meet Yeo Jin Goo-ssi. I want to look lovable than in my age. That’s also a work with eonni that (I) want to do. (This case, she most likely talks about mature look).

What about future plan/activities? There’s no decided series. From ‘Ex-Girlfriend Club’ telecast, during that time various occasion of scenarios came for.  Soon, I want to appear different from previous look. I (like) a breeze of vitamin to the public, I wish I (will be) the actor like finest beer which is (always) waited for.

Hwayoung’s Interview with SBS FunE

‘This kind of figure’ Wanted to see the movie. I think (it) came out beautifully. I might thank a lot to the director who gave me a lot of love. If I had experienced a lot, it would have been also rewarded to the director for (my) good acting. While preparing the movie, next to director, Lee Seunggi Oppa also gave me a lot of teachings (lessons). Thanks to the term, we could be comfortable as much as possible (next to each other). If you get good evaluations, toward this kind of ambience, you’ll owe the term (condition) easily.

In the movie and in recent drama, she (Hwayoung) showed a lot of sexy look. What kind of side it actually is. Actually it came out a bit more though and cute than sexy. (smile) And when even shooting the movie and naturally (my) actual image are sexy (,) we thought I can do well (,) (I) only worried a lot that the director trust me, you could tell me obviously that the sexy came out boldly.

She made her debut as singer at young age. Considering early experience it would be helpful for (her) social life than the others’. The experience of group activity was a great help and (I am so) grateful (of that).  Considering that, I (could) associate (well) with the staff and learn the rules in advance, for drama or movie filming. So, (I) adapt more quickly. (I) often recall the real memories of group life.

Share a story that makes you brighter/better than what you think. Naturally, the positive side. In the movie filming (I) also heard about the term of ‘You only ring confidence’. (laugh) There’s no more style to dwell in the past. I saw a lot of people which are tougher than me. Looking at those people, I should love my job and try harder. Work hard outside, I want to make (you) turn on (your) TV, even get up and laugh (smile) watching out (me).

It’s a strong heart to know that reading bad comments and (it would) fix. My thought, clearly, if there are fewer articles, I’d like to see (them, the bad comments) closely as complements. I think they (bad comments) also told me that they (the writer) have interest in me and I (feel) treasured to watch the comments.

While doing activities, wondering at how (she) had good time. Being home. (I) don’t go out alone, (but) play at home. I and my twin sister often drink tea and sometimes talk to the people who visit. That’s been said will help with the mood. (laugh) I like eating rice cake and exercise. In order to maintain physical health, I do walking, Pilates, and fitness.

Her face (want) to show a lot, (she wants to) take the character like a sponge, I want to be an actor absorbed in character. I am going to shoot (take) this moment knowingly to be focused (on) expansion/improvement. Then, look to discover what kind of job vocation I really want. (Maybe this one regarding to find a suitable role/character for her). In drama ‘You who come from the Stars’, (the one) who act as Cheon Seong Yi, Jeon Ji Hyeon Sunbaenim is my role model. When you (the reporter) come back writing, I’ll act as innocent yet fun, comical character to come.
