Me: "Damn people are REALLY BAD at knowing when to tag their eyestrain art/images...either that or they just don't care about photosenitive epileptic people like me. I feel really sad now."
Person: "But Allison, what if they just don't know or understand what qualifies as eyestrain and what doesn't?"
Me: "You know what? That could be a factor...While it is always better to be safe rather than sorry (so YES people should always tag eyestrain even if they're unsure if it "counts" or not) maybe you've got a point?"
Anyways! HERE'S YOUR HANDY GUIDE TO WHAT CAN COUNT AS EYESTRAIN! I'm pulling this straight from the Artfight rules page about what needs to be labeled and filtered as eyestrain because it's VERY helpful and VERY accurate! I also know not everybody has an AF account and might not always have access to this handy guide, and this is an important resource; That's why I'm sharing it here! (under the cut)
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!!! THIS IS ABOUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OTHERS!!!

"But Allison! How were you able to screenshot that example if you're so sensitive to eyestrain?"
I dimmed the HELL out of my computer screen and looked away while taking the screenshot and did the same when putting it into this post, that's how lol. BUT YEAH ANYWAYS!!! Once again:
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!!! THIS IS ABOUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OTHERS!!!
I imagine that before they transmigrated Jinguji was helping Tachibana complete a good luck ritual. For the timeline I think it would be the day before they attended the mixer in beginning of the story, Tachibana wanted to do the ritual and Jinguji was dragged by Tachibana to join him. Tachibana says to Jinguji that the ritual, “will help him get a date.” When in actuality his good luck ritual plan was actually a way for Jinguji to get a date for the same reason as in the manga.
For context this tirade of mine is based on the time I couldn’t stop thinking about a “what if” Tachibana was a beyonder of the witch path.

Hello friends, I'm Ahmed from Gaza. The war is over now, but our pain and suffering haven't. I studied computer science at the Islamic University of Gaza. During the war, I lost everything: my home, my job, my car, and my tablet. I'm now homeless and without shelter. Despite all that, I tried my best to finish my university studies during the war and take my exams under difficult circumstances, under bombardment. Now I'm about to finish. I need your help to complete my studies abroad and cover the travel expenses. Therefore, I need your support and assistance to achieve my dreams and ambitions. If you can't donate, you can share this post and talk about me and my dreams.
getting mad at ao3 for being against censorship and allowing all kinds of dark and fucked up fics to be on their platform is like getting mad at a library for not banning books
I am writing to you with a heart crushed by endless tears, from a hospital bed where fear and pain surround me. Every moment feels heavier than the last, and I am desperate for help to save myself and my children
My name is Suhaila, a mother of four children.
I am writing these words from inside the hospital, with a heart full of fear and pain.
My health is very critical. My iron level is 6,
and my little daughter Miral’s iron level is 5.
I urgently need donations to buy the medicine and save our lives
My husband is injured and unable to work. We have no income and no protection.
Our family lives in a torn tent, exposed to cold, hunger, and fear every day.
My health is very critical. My iron level is 6,
and my little daughter Miral’s iron level is 5.
She is so weak… her small body is fading, and I cannot afford the medicine or the food she needs to survive.
Right now, my daughter and I are in the hospital, waiting helplessly.
My other children are alone in the tent, hungry and scared.
We are not asking for luxury.
We are asking for treatment to stay alive
and food so my children do not die.
Please, do not let my children lose their mother,
and do not let me lose my daughter in front of my eyes.
Help us. Save us. We are slowly dying. 😭💔🙏

doubly funny that I saw a compilation of all the corporate accounts like "aw thanks elmo, we're doing well" meanwhile all the flesh and blood real human people are extremely not okay
After finishing Lotm I immediately went to read Circle of Inevitability. I finished reading volume 1 pretty fast; at just 1 week. After reading Vol.1 I planned on instantly moving onto Vol.2, but I got sidetracked and ended up reading Turning by Kuyu. Starting from chapter 1 to 779 straight; I got invested in the story and forgot about reading CoI. (ー ー;)
Currently I’ve started reading CoI again and picked up where I last left off. Overall I enjoyed both novels and hope to see more content of the two novels.
