America, the land of the free? Nope.
February 22, 2017. - Standing Rock peaceful protesters forced out of their treaty How could anyone in "The Land of Free" be proud of their country? I don't get it. Standing Rock had to deal with oil and a pipeline, but it also had to do with preserving what rights and land that the local Native people had left after years and years of colonization and ignorance of the United States Government. Disgusting... What would make a person in their early twenties or even just young people, side with an evil large corporation of billionaires under the presidency of a billionaire to 'create jobs' and to be so ignorant to the fact that the jobs are super temporary and on top of that, beyond Un-American. You are not a true American if you don't give respect and honour to those who have given up land and life, the real Americans, Native Americans. Now, if you think this is Un-American and how I don't support the troops who are brave and all that stupid sh-t then you're right, because if you and your major companies need jobs and money, why not start building more renewable energy sources? You'd have your job and wouldn't pollute as much as oil and construction. Don't get all bent out of shape because I mentioned renewable energy, I know it's hard for you to comprehend, that's why you're probably working oil and wanting going to war, even if it's in your backyard. But for humanity and the future of your kids your going to work for, it's better off for them than more oil/gas and fossil fuels. To those who have been affected in Standing Rock, it's disgusting and completely unfair and un-American. It's Terrorism.
