I might've mentioned before how the difference in how the house leaders' themes are named is symbolic but I kinda want to go more in depth into their themes because I'm a music nerd and haven't nerded enough about music on here. So get ready for some nerding.
So like i said: the names in and of themselves are meaningful. Edelgard's is "The Leader's Path". Very fitting. She's all about how she chose her own path and is sticking to it. Something specific I'd like to point out is how there is no reference to anyone else, and unlike the other two, no reference to an animal (namely an eagle in her case) in made. Based off the title, this is for her and her only. No one else. For Dimitri, we have "The King of Lions". Again, works well. He's obviously meant to be the king, and the lions are obviously the rest of the Blions. At least here, Dimitri's not the only one mentioned. Finally, Claude isn't even specifically mentioned with "Golden Deer and Crescent Moon". The moon is a reference to his crest, but it's a fittingly indirect reference to the man who is very indirect about himself. The rest of the Golden Deer are put first in the title as if making them to be more important than Claude himself.
You may be wondering why this is important and what the heck I'm talking about. Because Edelgard is more self-centered than the other two, at least in general, and thus leaves out anyone else in her title. She doesn't chose to include anyone else. Dimitri is a little more willing to work with his friends, to a degree. He's willing to use their help and acknowledge them. Not to say Edelgard doesn't, but overall Edelgard walks more on the side of independence than group cooperation. Dimitri starts off very independent in part 2, then grows more trusting of his friends. Claude finds a lot more strength in teamwork than the others. A simple title can tell you a lot.
Then there's the styles of the music. I won't get too crazy because then we'd be here all day. "The Leader's Path" is very militaristic, with brass and a snare drum taking the lead the entire time. The strings are merely in background for some extra texture for the most part. "The King of Lions" is similarly militaristic, with the same brass focus. However, as opposed to Edelgard's theme, there's not the same driving urgency. It's still there, but not quite as forceful. Less forceful and more determined, if you will. The strings and brass share a similar amount of prominence here. "Golden Deer and Crescent Moon" is the complete opposite, completely relaxed with no real push at all. No traditional brass to be found. Strings take most of the main parts, with a violin solo starting things off. A flute, marking the only woodwind to be seen in any of the themes, has a fun little part towards the end. It seems that brass was generally used to represent power, drive, and force. The more prominent the strings, the more relaxed and more balanced the music tends to be.
