Hey Girl , Hope you don't me asking a couple of questions!!I Want to start the juice fast in january, but i'm not sure what recipes to trust and how many times a day you have a juice, is it 3 juices a day to replace 3 meals? i'm currently 5'4 and weigh 156lbs , i wanna get that down to 126 , Do you reckon i could do that in 30 days ish? I only wanna do it for 30 days, 40 days maximum because its my 25th birthday in february, so i know i'll be drinking and eating cake etc haha!
Hey! its possible to lose that much weight, but more likely if you fast for 40 days instead of 30! 3 juices per day is the minimum you should be drinking, but its probably better to drink 4-6. When it comes to recipes, experimenting is key. Start off with base ingredients like apples or oranges and build your own recipes from there! good luck :)
