Nutritionally equivalent to 10 glasses of green tea mixed with vitamin e rich almond mylk. Unheated and lightly spiced. Aloe Water - Filtered water, Fresh Aloe Vera, Lemon, Lime. We know a short shelf life isn't convenient for a lot of people but we don't want to comprise the freshness of our juice.
