The beach was great place to commence this beautiful day with the Elwood Beach Clean Up, organised by Sea Shepherd Marine Debris Campaign. This beach looks clean from this video, but it actually wasn’t, with thousands of pieces of broken down plastics and cigarette butts and plenty of other rubbish all through the sand.
