You don’t need to harm yourself in order to be perfect, you are wonderful just as you are. Please remember that you are okay. That is all you have to be. There is no ideal, there is only you. Please remember that boys are not everything. You are everything to yourself and you don’t need to be anymore. Please remember that it is okay to talk to me, to talk to someone that you trust.
