I want to be held.
And not in the you're sad let me confort you kinda way, I wanna be held just for the sake of it, with no other motives, not as an excuse for something to happen next.
I want to lay in bed late at night with my head on his chest and his arm wrapped around my waist. I want to feel the warmth of his body when he pulls me close in the middle of the night.
I want to be hugged randomly from behind while I make dinner or in the middle of the day just because he's feeling like it.
I want to cuddle in the couch while we watch a movie and feel his fingers idly trace patterns along my shoulder.
I want to sway to a slow song in the living room and being so close that I can hear his heartbeat and feel his laughter riple trough his chest when I miss a step and land on his foot.
I want to be held and to be tenderly touched because my cheesy monkey brain translates it to feeling loved.
It is not inappropriate for AAC users to have acsess to swear words.
My peers started swearing at around age 10, and if that is what language the speaking people of that age are using, nonspeaking people have the same right.
Not giving us acsess to the same type of language as our peers feels alienating, it doesn't let us communicate with the same language and terms our peers and friends do. We are not babies. We are not stupid. We are the same as our speaking peers. Just because you can sometimes control what language we use, doesnt mean you should.
Nonverbal and semiverbal people have just as much right to call you a "motherfucking shitweasel" as any speaking person.

By the way, thank you so much for helping. I know it isn’t easy to coach someone who has the job you should’ve gotten. Yeah, well, it’s a lot easier to say yes to things when you’re the one asking.
december……
Eyes on the price.
I want to make you feel so loved that you forget everything that caused you pain in your life.
