WOOHOOO here’s to posting more of my oc writings, each one will be initially called smth smth “thoughts”, it’s just to get a feel for my characters in how i write them. since i haven’t in a while!!!

Abless’ thoughts.

called Abless desperately at an uncomfortably hollow sky, clutching onto his cross like a lifeline to his heart, looking up at the sun that stung his eyes. Waiting for God to answer right then, to commend him for his patience, his willingness to endure pain for a response.

“Is it? Is this why You’ve had all these things done to me? Will it ever be enough atonement for how vile I am, how cursed my blood is—witchcraft, evil, and all?”

God never once answered any of his sacrilegious prayers; a time for that passed over 1,500 years ago.

“I beg of You, it tears at me to question Your authority, but I must know—none of this will go unanswered. None of it will be in vain. I wouldn’t know what to do with myself otherwise. It would kill me. I beseech You, Lord!”
