Her grip relaxed on the glass, and she was suddenly thankful she didn't have to make a pin cushion out of the bratty child against the broken south wall. But that one certainly didn't like to make friends anymore than she did.

Might as well keep out of her way for a bit, at least until she could learn not to flare her temper around useful allies. 

And then for the other charismatic gentleman staying just a few feet shy of her and many shards of glass and gin, she brimmed a slight smile.  "I prefer blatant murder, than one in the shadows, Mr. Lamont. More personal that way." 

Her lips curled longer, making it questioning if she was teasing or not.

"You drink gin, kid? If not there's the door. I don't play with dolls." She stated simply, hearing the slight chirp of an electric current and calmly set a hand on her gun and the glass on the bar. 

"Unless you're lookin' for a specific reason to use that plasmid, I suggest you ease up." Her tone was sharp while her hand tensed on edges of the glass.

((You would have to be a brash fool to mess with June Fitzroy.  I’m not sure why they’re so much sitar and talking drum sounds, but I feel like it’s almost Final-Countdown-ish in intensity, or at least that kind of feeling.  The rivet gun naming is based on her history in machinery. ))

Why I have so many mysterious records, I don’t know.  This one was sitting on the bottom shelf of my refrigerator.  Despite being quite cold, it seems to be playing like a charm.  Though I don’t know what kind of music sounds like this… It’s like nothing I’ve ever heard.  Maybe it’s foreign?

June cocked a brow, hearing the young female voice amongst the men and tipped her gun back toward her shoulder. Whatdoyaknow, there was actually another woman here in the fishbowl and she held the same fiery passion of mistrust for the men just as she did.  She could couldn't help but crack a smile. 

Listening to the muffled voices, June planted the gun at her side and caught the glimpse of the young woman's eyes briefing the exit of the bar and traced the rim of her hat with a gloved hand before retreating back into the shadows. 

June didn't like to make enemies, nor did she like pointless fighting but friends upon association could make getting out of Rapture a dire tool. Earth eyes rolled to the broken beams of the bar and spotted a small unbroken bottle of gin tossed along the sanded glass fragments and hummed. 

Well, they always said a drink among friends does the world wonders.

The broken shatter of glass, and ring of shock that seemed to make the whole bar flicker earned a well deserved groan from the woman within the booth; her legs swung up onto a table while she propped the treasured machine gun in her hands like a baby. 

"Great." she huffed, flicking the brim of the fedora from over her eyes. Steel eyes scouring the bar for any signs of movement, other than what she could hear and figured that all the action was happening just within the ballroom outside. 

Her heels collided with the brittled splinters of the floor boards as he threw her gun over her shoulder and quietly walked for entrance to the ballroom and slipped quickly behind a broken fissure while hushed voices echoed softly. 

Thing about them was they didn't sound mangled or sinister, and they weren't quoting the damn bible either. 

Humans perhaps. Or at least she hoped. 

Humans with civility would be a prayer.

Pulled out my old photo from my first arrival of Rapture. They didn't allow me to wear my hat...Probably the reason why I'm not smiling. Not that I ever really smiled in pictures.

Well, what do you know...another woman. I didn't think there was any beside myself. Seems like you were one of those fortunate enough to keep a sane head, but not fortunate enough to get out. Pity.

Walking around these empty halls of Rapture, you tend to notice how few women there are these days. It's either the smart ones got out, or fell victim to this madhouse.

I don't mess with no tin cans, and I certainly don't mess with no raptors either. I ain't fond of them Big Daddies, but if they mind their own, I'll have the pleasure to do the same.

Kashmir's still got that faint tinge of blood in its air, probably because the poor sod in my booth is dead with a nice casing shoved into his skull. But the gin is still cold, and so far there hasn't been anyone to pester me since Arcadia. 

Hopefully I'll be able to make my way back to Apollo without spending a few casings. Damn mutants running around here only makes me slightly beg of the surface.

Reference Image or Description: [Working on a character sheet or something;;] Fitzroy stands at 5’11 with a haughty set of shoulders and set hips that normally makes her look a lot younger and more fragile than she is. Flaxen blond hair and dark brown eyes are normally hidden beneath the rim of her hat. She is usually dressed in a tan pin-stripped suit, and without the jacket a more lady-like blouse and red suspenders. 

Personality: (can be just some words to describe) She is normally very straight faced, and quite until spoken to directly, or given an order. She has little patience for people who don’t get to the point, and those who are bigoted. Her tenderness is only shown to those she puts her trust in, and with the occasional drink. 

History: (Briefly explain why they came to rapture, what they did, and what they’re doing now) June escape from the city to Rapture when she was in her early twenties, just after her husbands disappearence from military service and had recently participated in the strike with other engineers over the steel industry. Working as an engineer till her husband returned, she was forced from her job but praised for her skills in the craft. 

She came to Rapture in search of a job, knowing that living on her own wasn’t going to do her much especially as a woman in the states. There she met many scientists and engineers, and was fascinated by their work, and desired to build her own weapons and creations. 

For now, due to the expedites of her workshop that quickly collapsed from lack of funding and extortion, she’s turned to a more simpler living in Apollo Square where she works in secret as a hired gunman for Atlas’  Rebels, having recognized Ryan’s greed and spreading corruption for his city. 

Any Important Notes: Uh, this is the first group I’ve joined on tumblr so hopefully I can keep active and the like! I don’t have a separate designated account just a side blog so if my asks come in from my main, I’ll label them appropriately.  My response tag is #canyouhearmejune
