i hate how sh is always assumed to be cutting. i deal with mostly blunt force/scratching self harm, but i legit cant say "i deal with self harm" because it is automatically assumed that i cut myself. and i feel like inherently, because im not slitting my wrists and that i only rlly self-harm when im spiraling or under heavy stress, im seen as less important or valid.
