How much of the night We don’t get to see because walking around alone is too dangerous? Do u notice the way girls walk at night, and does your heart hurt when U see them quicken their pace and lower their gaze when men walk past? Mine does

A reminder, the president did not merely call himself a nationalist. He posited himself a nationalist as opposed to a globalist, which is a well worn antisemitic canard. In context, nationalism here is not a love for country, it is a statement of white ethnonationalism.
“In my personal experience, women raise their voices because they feel like they aren’t being listened to. Men raise their voices because they feel like they aren’t being obeyed”

I’m tired of living in a world based off of labels.
I really need to get this off my chest. I’ve grown up in a Christian household, and have been raised with certain morals. Although I appreciate growing up with these morals that have helped me grow into a better human, there are many things that I don’t believe in. I’ve grown up to believe that being LGBTQ+ was wrong, but I don’t feel that way. It makes me very depressed to be raised to believe that loving someone of your own gender is wrong, when you’ve felt different since the age of five. I grew up believing I had to be straight, but I don’t feel straight. But yet at the same time I don’t feel gay, bi, pan, etc. I guess I don’t really have a sexual identity. I can’t talk to my family about it because I’ll be shunned and labeled a mistake. It’s just hard because my family and church always say to love the LGBTQ+ (which I do and strongly support) but yet the church and my family will turn around and do the complete opposite. My uncle is bisexual and is married to a man, and my family didn’t attend his wedding, even though I really wanted to go. It’s hard because I can’t voice my opinion without being silenced. My family and church speak about equality and how God would treat everyone equal, yet they go around and shame people. Honestly, I feel like for my entire life, I’ve been brainwashed and made to go chasing after fairytales. I honestly feel so confused now, but I’m going to stand my ground and believe in what is right and stand up for equality. If we don’t stand all we’ll do is fall.
I wish there was no homophobia in the world. We are all born differently and it’s time to accept one another as individuals rather than trying to shove everyone under a label that has been put out by society. I hate to watch heterosexuals torment people who identify as LGBTQ+. I wish instead they would sit down and actually take the time to understand them instead of insulting them. Although LGBTQ+ is more acceptable today, people who sexually identify differently still face hate. It saddens me to hear that some of the parents of these individuals cut their own children off and don’t even accept them anymore. Even worse it’s very heartbreaking to hear that some parents even wish to kill their own children for coming out. It’s time to open up our eyes and do away with hate. Hate and inequality will not lead us anywhere. Today is the day that we need to stand up for one another and let our voices be heard. Today is the day that we need to stand united, because if we don’t take a stand for what’s right, then all we will do is keep falling down the hole of the hatred and madness of the world.
I just want to live in a world where there is no hate and everyone can love and accept one another.
People don’t like it when death knocks on their doors, but sometimes, when life gets too hard, you find yourself knocking on deaths door.
I’m not afraid of dying alone...I’m just scared of dying without meeting people along the way.
