man. i had a field trip for my uni course that involved being out in the field doing techniques, and around 14,000 steps later i am so sore and never want to move again. was it fun? yes. am i kinda regretting it? also yes

sometimes you get a smack in the face with how chronically ill you are when you see your healthy friend post her stats from a work out and you could only wish your heart was at that rate

it really does just remind you that you aren’t normal like everyone and it’s sucks. i couldn’t even think of doing something like that or i would end up in a bad flare
