Y’all probably won’t like this take but a great way to be an ally to intersex people is to literally stop shitting on cis people every single chance you get in posts about gender

And I get that might come off as “not all cis” or whatever the fuck but really it’s the fact that I didn’t even know the term intersex applied to me until I was 28 despite experiencing intersexism literally since I hit puberty at 11 and the intersex community literally had to swoop in and rescue me when I was trying to explain my experiences with intersexism without the language to do so and had trans people regularly dismissing me or outright being hostile towards me because I’m cis and therefore somehow appropriating the abuse that trans people also face

And I know other intersex cis women who have literally gone back in the closet over having no real community while being told by the trans community that our struggles with harassment and abuse aren’t real or worth caring about

Ur problem is with perisex cis people. And while all cis people have the capacity for transphobia, all perisex people have the capacity for intersexism and it’s fucking rampant in the lgbtq community honestly
