He has always been there for him, through everything

He would sit on his chest and purr whenever he cried or was anxious

and now he needs help

I am the sole moneymaker here in this house. My partner is unable to work, and fighting tooth and nail for disability. Recently work screwed me over really really bad, I work insurance, and since open enrollment ended, they cut our hours. They cut them and removed us from the project, they said they would get us put somewhere else, but it’s been a week with no money or hours. All my hard earned pto, gone, and even with it, my paycheck was barely 460$ which doesn’t even cover all my bills coming up

It’s been so frustrating

But I don’t care

I’ll make it through somehow

We freaked but we found him

He must’ve gotten in a fight, he came back, and we didn’t notice until later, he has a wound on his neck. There’s a lump there too, and I noticed green, so I think it’s infected

I can’t get him to a vet

A WIP of the moon. I’m thinking of an au (or we’ll just u? Universe? It’s not really alternate? Just a what if/idea?), which I will draw and maybe make a few comics of. Where despite being a lesser AI, (as Goose has described some ai is just ai. Lesser, scripted-ish? Not entirely intelligent) the moon longs to be with Caine. So much so she breaks her ai? Deviates in a sense, becoming a lot more of an intelligent of an ai. When the code/world recognizes this, the best way it copes with the new data is to “turn moon into a character” in the sense of that she the now awakened ai separates from the “moon” body she had and she just stumbles into the world. Everyone around just assumes she’s another newcomer. She proceeds to pick a name for herself, though she would have loved to be named by Caine like Pom I was, her choosing her name was her first act of her own, her first free will after breaking through her AI. So she chooses the name Altalune.

To be clear, it isn't just a "oh but he didn't know they were bad" situation. He's been supporting Autism Speaks for close to a decade according to the date of this article:

Many of the replies to that tweet were autistic people telling him that Autism Speaks is a hate group. He can't pretend he doesn't know.

If the Chris Pratt Mario movie comes out and all the posts about it are just "well at least Jack Black is in it" I'll start fucking biting like I'm not even joking. We did not drag Sia through the mud over her movie Music just for y'all to ignore the fact that Jack Black has been supporting an autism hate group for the past decade.

It seems like people have exactly zero idea what I'm talking about so I'm here to provide some more context. Firstly, the tweet above is from 2018. I would have included the posting date in my original post but because I don't have the Twitter app it wasn't showing the date on my mobile browser and I just didn't think to mention it in the post. Yes, the tweet is from four years ago.

So how do we know he still supports Autism Speaks?

I found out about Jack Black's support of Autism Speaks because of a livestream he participated in back in early 2021 called "Color the Spectrum" which was hosted by a charity called NEXT for Autism. At first glance NEXT for Autism seems like a normal charity, but upon further inspection you learn that they are not only alligned with Autism Speaks and their cure rhetoric, but they also still use ABA therapy. For those who are unaware, ABA therapy is an abusive therapy that focuses on punishing autistic people into "acting normal."

The backlash was swift and sharp, and was largely framed by the media as "autism activists attacking celebrities for supporting an autism charity."

But every autistic person speaking out against the event was very clear and concise about why it was a problem: the charity alligns itself with eugenics/abuse and there were no autistic people involved in the event.

The guy in charge of the event, Mark Rober, was quick to insist that NEXT for Autism didn't support eugenics and only used "safe ABA methods." Any autistic activist knows that's bullshit.

Autism activists did their best to inform all the celebrities involved that they shouldn't be participating in the livestream if they actually gave a shit about autistic people, and as far as I know Rhett and Link (currently of Good Mythical Morning) are the only ones who decided not to participate in the event.

This was probably around the time that people started digging up evidence of Jack Black's decade long support of Autism Speaks.

So basically, a lot of autistic people were begging and screaming to be listened to about this and it never gained any traction. There was a petition to cancel the livestream and everything.

Sky: Children of the Light Masks

I’m obsessed with this game and I thought it would be fun to have them as sims! I made the mesh from scratch (so don’t look too closely lol) and I included the masks as different swatches. Some masks are not included (Wise Grandparent, Pleaful Parent, Marching Adventurer, sticks for Chuckling Scout), because they require additional mesh.

It’s in the glasses category. The texture is in the glasses section of the UV map (which is tiny), so the texture is not the best quality (I had to shrink it a lot). This should fit on all sims ♥ I hope you like it!

Anyone else notice that mammon’s fizzes are more high quality than the ones he sells? For example they are actually wearing jester hats. The other fizz’s hats are just a design on their heads with e the long parts attached seperate
