My boy
He’s the protector of the Atreides. He’s definitely the head knight, and watches over the family. And that’s his sworn duty. That’s what any honourable knight, soldier, does. I mean, that’s his family, so he bleeds for them.

you're in new mexico with a beautiful boy and everyone thinks you're husbands
(insp.)
i truly can't get over the fact that "I'd die for you" x "I'd kill for you" is CANON. not some extrapolation of their character traits, but a legit thing that played out on the screen AT THE SAME TIME
Obsessed with the LOUD choice of having Eddie and Chris in this Buck storyline instead of Maddie, who even went through a similar situation before. Nope, this is about Buck and his Diaz boys!! This is about Buck's partner noticing that something is not right with him because he knows Buck in a way that his sister doesn't! I am super excited for potential Maddie/Eddie scenes, but for now, I gotta say I love what they're doing. They're really, consistantly treating buddie like an actual romantic relationship on the show.
eddie: he might be a an annoying pup but he's MY annoying pup
the thing about buddie is that they’ve done almost every single romantic trope without the part at the end where they get together and i think that’s a true dedication the writers must have to their craft
sheriff woodson: you're married to buck and you murdered him. eddie: i didn't murder him. tommy: you're in love with eddie and you're living in his house. buck: this isn't his house.
food being Buck’s love language + Eddie gets cranky when he doesn’t eat = Buck always making sure Eddie is fed
madney and buddie parallel 8x10 Voices // 9x13 Mother's boy
buddie + screaming for each other during NDEs
How about we go outside and I show you princess? I'd love to, ladies.
eddie dragged his broken and beaten body all around an unfamiliar state, jumped out a window, borrowed a horse, stole a car, held a woman at gunpoint, used that same woman as a shield to hold her ex-husband at gunpoint, ran toward buck and away from cops holding HIM at gunpoint, and then when it was all said and done drove them ten hours back to the safety of LA with that same broken and beaten body. no one can EVER say he doesn't love buck exactly as much as buck loves him
