30 Day Shred level one; day one complete. Iām going to do 10 days w/a rest day in btw each to last me almost 3 weeks.
I modified the pushups a bit. Rather than half ass and squeak a few out on the floor before my muscles spaz out I did them against a wall and managed to do the whole 30 sec and I definitely felt it. I can build up to doing it against the high table, then the couch, then back down to my knees. At least Iām doing it.
There needs to be a way for me to do the same with crunches. I can do okay on a normal one, but reverse ones are bad bc I canāt hold my legs up for long and I feel like any bicycle/cross crunch isnāt going well. Iām not sure how to effectively do them. Maybe put a pillow underneath my back at first to let me build up some strength and then go back to the ground.
