My Story
Just D's came at a period in my life, when I was at my lowest point in life. Thankfully I held on to my Heavenly Father for guidance and prayed for a way forward. Throughout those days, my husband lost his job at Mital Steel company. Mortgage to be paid along with everything thing else that was confronting me. As I am reflecting, my inner strength and peace came from having a relationship with my Creator, one or two friends whom I could confide in and my weekly meeting were my rock and pillar.
I was knocked down so many times, but I have learnt the art of resilience. I am so thankful for the skills I have learned from YTEPP, training from IICA, and few other institutions. With out them I am afraid to think what other alternative or roads I may have taken, be it good or bad.
I have learned to really value others, over look minor mishaps and help where I can. Experience is my greatest teacher. It taught me to be humble, no matter what others may think or look down on you. Be honest, be a good friend, lend a helping hand and above all for give, don't hold on to grudges. Make amend and move on. Some people are there for a season while others will stick with you through thick and thin. The latter you cherish.
Looking at my business sometimes I will say throw in the towel. Start afresh. I have learned to be persistent, trying new approach. Working with person whom really want to see you succeed can pull you out of that riot .
For persons reading this story and feel they are in a place of no return. Use your inner strength, good friends and family. Above all call on Almighty from the heart, He see the inner person.
