By any chance you know if squash is allowed?
I used squash. I would say it is ok as long as you don't make it a staple. Also if you make sure to have some good fat with it to lower the glycemic load.

I never remember to take a picture when training. Maybe that is a good thing and shows that I am focused. Had a really good hypertrophy leg day.
