i didn’t post the weigh in properly last week cause i was too upset about gaining (was 43.9 😭) im honestly kind of surprised with the loss cause i haven’t been restricting properly, but im definitely not complaining

so glad i got back on track this week. ive kinda had to accept that I’m probably gonna end up gaining it back over Christmas though.
im so worried im not gonna lose weight in my face, it’s probably my biggest struggle right now
binged on chinese takeout, which I feel wasn’t very Malnourished Goth Boy of me. can’t believe i did this to myself in the lead up to christmas. trying not to die rn hahahahahh

Weekly weigh in: 42.3kg [+0.8kg]
Gonna start posting weekly weigh ins to try and keep me on track. Basically had like a 4 day binge cause I was around people and had to eat. Trying not to get too upset about the gain and just stay focused on doing better.
Can’t wait till I’m thin enough to look skinny in oversized shirts
Body check
(Old 43.7kg vs now 36.7kg) - 7kg (15lbs) difference
Felt nostalgic so looked through heavier body checks… never been more motivated to keep on going and pushing through the hard times.
Hopefully there is a difference and I’m not just delusional….
It’s so hard for me to restrict in winter, I just want warm comfort food :( any tips/extra motivation would be greatly appreciated
