âË⥠featuringâË⥠â jude bellingham x gf!reader
ê° contents ê± jude catches you reading fanfiction, SMUT, mdni.
âË⥠author's noteâË⥠â if y'all don't like ts i'll go cry in a corner and never write smut again.
He wasn't supposed to be back yet.
You'd calculated it perfectlyâor at least, you thought you had. Jude wasn't due back from training until four, so after finishing your laundry, you had half an hour to spare. Just enough time to curl up on the sofa with your iPad and indulge in the absolute worst decision you'd made all week.
"His voice dropped to a whisper..."
You bit your lip.
"He pressed himself to you, letting you feel his growingâ"
Heat climbed up your neck.
"Interesting."
Your blood froze.
No.
No, no, no.
You looked up so fast you nearly launched your iPad across the room. Jude was leaning over the back of the sofa, one eyebrow raised, his hands folded behind his back.
"I can explain." You closed your iPad as fast as you could. "Can you though?" His expression barely changed, clearly unimpressed by your actions.
You opened your mouth, then closed it again.
Every excuse that came to mind sounded worse than the last. Research? A lie. An accident? Not with the way you'd nearly snapped the iPad shut hard enough to crack the screen. Curiosity? That might've been the worst excuse of all.
Jude waited. Not impatiently or smuglyâhe simply waited for you to speak.
You couldn't.
"I didn't think you'd be home," you managed eventually.
"I noticed."
He stepped around the sofa instead of looming over it, set his keys on the counter, and turned back to you with amusement tugging at the corner of his mouth.
"Training finished early."
Of course it had.
Of course the universe had decided that the one day you chose to look up the filthiest piece of smut about your boyfriend was the day your boyfriend caught you reading it.
You stared at the black screen of your iPad, as though refusing to make eye contact might somehow erase the last thirty seconds.
It didn't.
"What exactly were you reading?" Jude asked.
You considered lying anyway.
"Fanfiction?" You laughed nervously. "I know that," he said. "...About you," you admitted.
That earned a pause.
"I see."
"And before you askâ"
"I wasn't going to."
"âit's not usually something I do." He looked at you, and you sighed. "Okay, that's not entirely true." You looked down at your feet.
"No?"
"I mean, not... often often."
"Regularly?" His eyebrows lifted.
"Jude!" You covered your face. "I'd really appreciate it if you'd stop making me answer my own questions."
The truth was, Jude was no stranger to fanfiction. As his career grew into such a massive success, he'd been introduced to all sorts of corners of internet he hadn't known existedâfanfiction being one of them. So when he'd asked you what it was, you'd explained it.
Never in your life had you imagined he'd catch you reading it.
Much less fanfiction about him.
"Okay, okay." He laughed, pressing a kiss to your forehead. "What do you want for dinner?"
It had been three days, and Jude still hadnât mentioned the fanfiction thing again, so you started to think heâd forgotten about it. Maybe it had just been a passing comment, something heâd brought up in the moment and never thought about again.
Little did you know, it was the exact opposite. It was all he had been thinking about.
After your date night, during the drive back home, the comfortable silence between you was interrupted when his hand found yours, his touch gentle and reassuring.
âSoâŠâ he started, a hint of amusement in his voice. âAbout that thing you were readingâŠâ
âJudeâŠâ You let out a nervous breath, already knowing where the conversation was going. âWe donât have to talk about this, really.â
âJust listen.â He glanced over at you as he stopped at a red light, his expression calm but curious. âI was thinking we could bring some of the ideas you were reading about into our own relationship.â
âAs inâŠâ
"The nasty smut you were reading, pretty girl."He started driving again, a knowing smile tugging at his lips."I can you know, fuck you raw and deep." His hand moved closer to the inside of your thigh.
"Jude..." You whispered.
"So what do you say?"
âJude.â You felt your eyes roll to the back of your head as you found yourself with your legs spread open and your boyfriend's head between your legs, eating you out like your pussy was his last meal.
âItâs okay, baby. I know you can take it.â he said in between slurps.Â
He parted your lips one more time and flicked your sensitive bud with his tongue, making you arch your back and cry out in pleasure.Â
âYouâre doing so well, love,â he cooed as he inserted two long fingersâthrusting them in and out, sending you over the brink and making your walls tighten around his digits.
He kept moving his wrist as he sucked and licked your clit. Your hands found his head, trying to push him away only for him to hold you in place with his free hand.
âJude Iâm going toââ you whimpered. âLet go for me, baby.â
You reached your orgasm, your body trembling as wave after wave of pleasure washed over you, leaving your muscles weak and your breathing uneven.
Jude licked his fingers clean, a satisfied smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth before he wiped away the remains of your orgasm and pushed himself to his feet. Without saying a word, he made his way toward your shared closet.
âWhere are you going?â you whined, your voice softer than usual. Your body still felt heavy and worn out, but not enough to stop you from protesting when your man suddenly decided to walk away.
He didnât answer. Instead, he disappeared into the closet for a moment before returning with one of his jerseys draped in his hand. With a small, knowing look, he tossed it gently in your direction.
âPut it on.â
âWhat?â You turned to look at him, clear confusion in your expression and voice. âI told you we were recreating that fanfiction of yours, didnât I?â
You swallowed, staring at him as the pieces slowly fell into place. That smug little comment, the way heâd been acting so casually about itâit all made sense now.
The motherfucker had actually read the entire thing.
Not just the scene you thought he mightâve glanced at.
The whole thing.
And somehow, the jersey sceneâthe one that had been living in the back of your mind ever sinceâwasnât even until the very end.
You did as he asked, settling onto your knees on the bed before pulling his Real Madrid jersey over your head. The fabric fell loosely around you as you adjusted it, then glanced back toward him.
âPerfect.â He said taking one last look at you before walking over to the bed.
His hand found the side of your neck, softly caressing your skin before moving to your cheek. He repeated the gentle motion for a moment before leaning in and pressing a slow, passionate kiss to your lips. You steadied yourself on your knees as you wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him closer.
His hands found your waist, pressing your torsos together as your hands went from his neck to his hair, softly pulling and caressing it. After a while, he pushed you away softly.
âFace down, ass up fâme baby.â
You did as you were told, slowly lowering yourself onto the bed and resting your head against the pillow, lifting your hips as you waited for his next move.
He got rid of his trousers, throwing them in the corner of your shared bedroom before placing his hands on your hips.
âSuch a pretty thing.â He gave your ass a slap, making you bite your lip. âJude, just fuck me,â you pleaded, nudging him with your ass for him to hurry up.
âPatience, love.â
He gave your right ass cheek another slap before discarding his boxersâhis dick slapped against his lower abdomen, hard and throbbing with anticipation. You looked over your shoulder and drooled at the sight of the mushroom-like tip dripping with pre cum.
He stroked himself a few times before pushing his angry cock through your folds; only to pull it out almost immediately, making you whimper at the emptiness.
Without a warning, he pushed his length inside your slit once again, giving you a moment to adjust his size. You let out a loud moan, and Jude took it as his sign to start thrusting into you, hard and deep.
âYou look so pretty like this, love,â he groaned. âWearing my shirt and taking my dick like the good girl you are.â
âPlease donât stop!â You moaned.
Jude wrapped one of his large hands around the back of your neck, holding you in place as he plunged his veiny dick deeper into your folds.
You pushed your hips back to meet his thrusts, making him groan once again.
âGod, baby.â
âJude, Iâm close.â You bit back back a moan as your body started to tremble. âDonât go all quiet on me now, I want to hear you.â His thrusts became faster and sloppier, a sign he was getting close too.
In one swift motion, he pulled you back against his chest, one of his arms settling around you as your head came to rest on his shoulder. His free hand found your neck once again, softly squeezing it while fucked you senseless.
You arched your back slightly, your freshly done nails gripping onto Judeâs arms as the intensity of your orgasm overwhelmed you. Your body trembled as you finally let go, leaving you breathless. He followed, filling you up with his seed and holding you in place so you wouldnât waste one drop of it.
After your breathing slowly evened out, he carefully lowered you back onto the bed, his movements gentle and unhurried. He pulled out and pressed a tender kiss to your lips.
âHow was that?â he asked, gently brushing your hair away from your face.
âFrom now on, youâre reading fanfiction.â
He threw his head back, laughing before leaning down to press another kiss to your lips.
Synopsis: your boyfriend Jude coming home early from a rainy training. He seemed a little too playful and wouldnât let your mouth run loose quickly.
Genre: FLUFFF
Word count: â2k
Note: tysmm for the request, and plsss I prefer detailed reqs over the general ones. Also I will be posting the other reqs soon, some ideas just take more time to spark than others đđđ
It was a rainy afternoon as you were home alone, laying on the couch.
It was your day off and couldnât be bothered all too much, and so you were wearing one of Judeâs hoodies that fitted slightly oversized on you and a pair of shorts.
For now it was just you anyway.
Jude would finish his training and come home in about one hour.
As you were laying down you scrolled through your insta feed.
You came across a creamy pasta recipe.
Having all the ingredients in the pantry you stood up and made your way to the kitchen.
As always, you grabbed your speaker and played your so called âcookingâ playlist.
As the songs went on you continued singing while cooking.
Looking at the clock you had about 30 minutes till Jude would be home.
With all the veggies chopped and added to the pan you could start with your sauce.
Adding heavy cream and some cheese you watched it all melt down in one big pot.
Turning around to wash your hands you got stopped in your track.
You slightly flinched from bumping into the chest of a drenched Jude standing right in front of you.
Confused about his early arrival you opened your mouth to ask.
But before even being able to say one complete word a hand was placed on your mouth, forcing you to shush as the music still continued.
As his right hand covered your mouth he inched you closer towards him by wrapping his free hand around your waist.
Your grey hoodie turned into a darker shade as Judeâs rain soaked clothes and yours touched.
He leaned and noticed your now wet hoodie âsorry loveâ
You softly slapped away the hand that was still covering your mouth in order to speak âyouâre earlyâ
âI am, rain was too heavy to continue trainingâ Jude explained while he moved his right hand to cup your check while the other was still around your waist. âCute hoodie you got on by the wayâ he teased
As you stood on your toes you gave him a quick kiss on his cheek, as indication you wanted to move on towards the sink.
Jude didnât let you move any further as he still had a gentle grip on you âis that all your boyfriends getting after a rainy training?â he sulked
âYes actually, because Iâm busy cooking if you couldnât tellâ you replied, trying your best not to get fooled by his begging puppy eyes
âWrong answerâ he said
Wrapping both of his arms around your waist he pulled you closer and scooped you up.
With your legs wrapped around his waist and your hands laced on the back of his neck he started planting kisses all from your face to neck.
The kisses were quick and full of love and joy of Jude just having you nearby again.
After being absolutely smothered for what felt like 30 minutes you started tapping with your hands on his back you spoke up with a voice all too giggly âbaby the foods burningâ
Jude pulled back but didnât let you go yet.
He looked at your face and noticed a soft flush on your face.
As you felt him staring you could feel your cheeks heating up even more.
âMy babyâs getting shy now?â he teased with a slight smirk
Burying yourself in his shoulder for half a second you reclaimed yourself and scraped your throat âif you wonât let go I wonât give you dinnerâ you sarcastically threatened.
Giving you one last kiss, one that lasted longer than the previous ones, he finally let you go.
As you were walking away he gave your ass a soft slap âmissed that tooâ he said.
As you looked over your shoulder you blowed him an imaginary kiss his way.
As he reached out to grab the air kiss he over dramatically took it towards his heart.
You couldnât keep it in and laughed at his silliness âYoure so funnyâ you said
âAnd youâre so stunningâ he replied
The sudden compliment took you aback, you could feel the heat already cripple up on your face.
âLook at you, getting this flusteredâ Jude said, walking towards you and hug you from behind as you were still by the sink.
Lowering your head you tried to hide the obvious flustered look on your face. âItâs so annoying I canât help it.â
âI love itâ he said now lowering his hands and placing them on the lowest point of your back, creeping above your curves.
He let his hands rest there for a moment, his thumbs absentmindedly tracing small circles underneath the fabric of your hoodie.
âYou say itâs annoying,â he murmured, a smile obvious in his voice, âbut I think itâs adorable.â
You let out a quiet groan, refusing to turn around. âDonât make fun of me.â
âIâm not.â His chin settled lightly on your shoulder. âIâm appreciating the view.â
You rolled your eyes, though the smile tugging at your lips betrayed you. âYouâre impossible.â
âAnd yet,â he said softly, âyouâre still here.â
You nudged him gently with your elbow, earning a quiet laugh.
His arms tightened around your waist just enough to keep you close.
the warmth of his embrace making it even harder to ignore the blush creeping across your cheeks.
âYou know exactly what youâre doing,â you muttered.
âI do.â
âYouâre the worst.â
âThe worst?â he echoed with mock offense. âI make you dinner, I hug you, I compliment you-â
You cut him off âdinner huh? Who was busy cooking just now before you interrupted?â
You couldnât see his face but as you were talking you knew he would have a big smile on his face.
Releasing his hands from your waist and give your ass one last squeeze he let you go âyouâre right, wouldnât want the food to burn hmm?â
âExactlyâ you said, finally turning around and playfully smacking his hands.
âYouâll pay for that oneâ he said teasingly in response
As Jude went to the bathroom to wash off you got ready setting the table.
As Jude finished up he came walking down the stairs.
As you were busy setting the table you bended over to place the glasses in the corner of the table, making you bend over.
As your hoodie rode up with the movement it made you show your shorts.
As Jude was standing on the stairs behind you he enjoyed the sight of yours.
He creeped up towards you from behind and gave you a kiss on your forehead.
As usual you would lay your hands on his chest, but this time you felt a bare chest.
Finally giving him a glance you noticed he was just wearing a pair of sweatpants without a shirt.
His chest still slightly damp from the shower perfectly showed his sculpted body.
Shamelessly admiring your boyfriendâs body you squeezed his biceps.
âYouâre staring you knowâ he said with the cheeky smirk look of him
âI knowâ you said walking from him with your fingers dragging across his arm.
Over dinner you and Jude, who still refused to put a shirt on, talked about his training and latest news about his friends on the team.
As both of your plates were sitting empty on the table you stood up to wash the dishes.
Jude reached over from the other side of the table and stopped your hands from picking them up.
âPlease, Iâll do itâ he insisted
Looking him deeply in the eyes he gave you the puppy eye look âI love youâ you said, and let your touch release from the plates
As Jude finished up the dishes you were laying on the couch again.
With your hands tucked in between your legs you were zapping through different movie options on the tv.
Shortly after finding the right movie to watch Jude joined you on the couch.
With him using your ass as his own personal pillow he looked up at you âokay?â
Giving him a sweet smile and reaching your hand out to play with his hair you gave him a nod of approval.
As the movie continued you noticed Jude slightly shivering.
âYouâre cold baby?â you asked
âNo Iâm fine let me just go put a sweater on or something real quickâ he instantly replied ââŠunless I can borrow thisâ he said, sitting up and hugging your waist from underneath your hoodie
Lowering your face to laugh internally for a moment you looked him in the eyes âseriously?â
âBloody seriousâ he confirmed
Purposefully lifting your hoodie up in a slow motion with care and patience you gave him a show, letting the hoodie sit around your bra area for a few seconds before fully lifting it.
Your performance gave rewarded you with a groan from Jude and him pinning you down on the couch.
As he lifted the remaining hoodie off your body he quickly put it on and focused back on you, still in await of what he was going to do.
Mounting over you made you feel his breath go down your neck, sending you thrills through your spine.
In await of his actions he suddenly leaned in and placed his face close to your ear. âDid you forget what I said earlier already? You having to pay back for your actions?â he said in a low tone
Getting taken aback by his sudden intimacy you decided to play into his game âhmm not sure reallyâ you said with a tone slightly too high
âI think you doâ he reassured as final warning before lifting you up from the couch in a swift motion
With your legs wrapped around him he was holding you with his hands placed on your ass.
You quickly learned with every attempt to wriggle free it earned you a soft squeeze in your cheeks. And so, you accepted your fate.
As you were carefully dropped onto your shared bed he took his time kissing you from your forehead till your stomach.
With your hoodie being off, leaving you in just your bra, he took this as a chance to leave marks on you.
He knew you disliked having hickeys in obvious places such as your neck and with your bare chest on display it couldnât get any better.
Taking his time he worked his way from left to right.
With the sound of the rain falling against the window you slightly arched your back with every mark Jude left on you.
Jude melted at the feeling of you arching into him which made him even hungrier for you.
After seeing enough soon to be purple marks he called it quits before his own lips would turn purple themselves.
Laying next to him breathlessly from both sides there was a peace in not saying anything.
As you were focusing on Judeâs lips he was staring into your eyes, like they were gold to him.
He then pulled you closer and had one arm on your bare back as the other was absentmindedly patting in a slow rhythm on your ass.
âJude?â
âHm yes baby?â he softly smiled
âIâm cold againâ you lied.
With no hesitation Jude slipped out of the hoodie he had received not even 30 minutes ago.
He placed a hand under your face to fit the hoodie through while saying âhands upâ in order to get your hands through the sleeves as well.
Kissing the top of his head and hiding your face in his hair to hide your grin you told him âthank you babyâ
âI can literally feel you smiling, is there something?â he asked like a little boy
Swallowing away your laugh you reassured him âitâs nothing, just got them heebie jeebies from the coldâ you said
It didnât matter what he thought of it, your plan of getting to see him shirtless again was accomplished
Iâm so deadahh bc once I finish my reqs be prepared for a Jobe spam as well. Might even add a ferran Torres with it aswell đ€đ€

lo's commentary: hi angels!! quick fic in response to a request i got for the tiktok trend where girls are climbing on their boyfriends in videos to see how they react. had so much fun writing this one!! hope u enjoy <3
pairing: bf!jude bellingham x influencer!reader
summary: a relaxed unboxing video turns into complete chaos when you randomly climb onto Judeâs shoulders mid-recording, pranking him with the viral TikTok trend he's oblivious to. he's baffled, but just laughs and rolls with it, holding you up with one arm and chatting to the camera like nothing is happening at all.
warnings: suggestive ending referencing f!receiving oral, nothing else. cute + fluffy, whipped boyfriend!jude
wc: 2.5k!
Youâd been living with Jude long enough now that heâd become blissfully ignorant to the PR packages that would pile up in your bedroom. Piles upon piles of them â wrapped boxes, fancy bags of products or clothes â would turn up at the door and sit there for weeks, untouched. You travelled with him most of the time, had other things on your plate, and honestly, sometimes you just forgot they existed until the pile got so big it became a slight tripping hazard.Â
But every month or so, youâd sit down and do a massive unboxing of everything youâd been sent. It had become a bit of a thing on your TikTok. Jude once described it as your âChristmas morningâ once a month, where youâd rip open packages like an excited kid and show him and all your followers what youâd been gifted.
Secretly, he loved it. He loved watching the way your face lit up, how genuinely excited you got over the free things even though heâd buy you the moon if you asked for it. Heâd sit there quietly most of the time, chin in his hand, smiling softly as you gasped over a new skincare product or a pair of trainers.
You often kept him out of your TikToks, unless it was a brief cameo. Not because he wasnât the most gorgeous man youâd ever laid eyes on, and not because you guys were particularly private either â he loved posting you everywhere. It was half because Jude wanted your career to be your own, but also because he had a habit of completely (accidentally, of course) ruining your videos.
âSo i normally use the glazing milkââ
Jude snorts from where heâs sat next to you on your vanity stool, chin propped on his hand as he watches you get ready. He knew you were filming...and that he was slightly in shot. Heâd already stuck his head into frame and poked his tongue out like a child.
âGlazing milk? What kinda name is that? Like a donut?âÂ
You put down the product and stare at him, completely unamused. âJudeââ
Jude winced a little, giving you a sweet, apologetic little smile. âSorry sorry. Iâll be quiet, baby. You look so pretty.â
You huffed at him, charmed but still a little annoyed. âI havenât done anything yet because you keep YAPPINGââ
Another time youâd tried to get him to do one of the couple challenges going viral. He couldnât grasp it no matter how many times you explained the rules. You tried fifteen different ways and the man was still baffled, looking at you with that adorable confused frown that made your heart do silly things in your chest.
But the unboxing videos were always the exception. Heâd ask the sweetest questions, help you wrestle with the tape on stubborn boxes, and genuinely seemed to enjoy watching you light up over the silliest things. The little interactions between you two had quietly become a fan favourite, comments flooded in with âget married alreadyâ and âthis is the kind of love I want.â
Today was no different. But you had another trick up your sleeve.
The sun was setting beautifully through the long windows of the kitchen in his Madrid villa, casting a warm golden glow over everything. Jude was sat next to you at the big wooden table, various boxes and bags spread out in front of him. Youâd received some pieces from an Adidas line heâd been involved in, so it made perfect sense for him to be on camera with you today.
He was excited, you could tell. His eyes were bright and focused, a boyish grin playing on his lips. It was rare you asked him to join one of these, and he always took it as a big deal.
You set your phone up on the tripod and hit record, giving the camera your usual warm smile.
âHi guys! Today weâre opening some PR packages, with my boyfriendââ
âHi TikTok,â Jude grinned, giving the camera a little wave and then glancing at you like was that good??
You had to bite the inside of your cheek to keep from laughing. âBecause thereâs so many boxes and bags and stuff, Jude is gonna help me open some so this video isnât seven hours long.â
âPfft, I know yeah,â he added, leaning in closer to the camera with his usual cheeky energy. âShe goes away for a couple months with me for the World Cup and we come back to mountains of boxes she didnât have time to open. Iâm basically the official unboxer now.â
You laughed softly, nudging his shoulder. âWeâre opening them now,â you told the camera, smiling as Jude already started reaching for the nearest box like an excited kid.
The first few were easy wins, some new training gear from Alo that he immediately held up to his chest, pretending to model it for you. Then you pulled out a big Sol de Janeiro bundle, and his face lit up even more.
âOh, I know this one,â he said proudly, grabbing the body mist before you could. He sprayed a little on his wrist and sniffed it dramatically. âMmm. This one smells so good on you. Like⊠coconut and vanilla and sunshine. I always know when youâve used it because the whole room smells like you.â
You melted a little, watching him.. âYou really pay attention, huh?â
âCourse I do,â he said, glancing at you with a soft, adoring look that made your heart burst. âMy favourite smell in the world. Well⊠second favourite. After you in general.â
He helped you open the rest of the set, holding up the Bum Bum cream and pretending to read the ingredients like a serious influencer. âThis one makes your skin all glowy. Iâm telling you, she puts this on and I canât keep my hands off her. Dangerous stuff.â
You burst out laughing, shoving his arm. âJude!â
âWhat? Itâs true!â He grinned, completely unashamed, leaning over to press a quick kiss to your temple. âMy beautiful girl deserves all the good smells.â
The comments were going to lose their minds. You could already picture the edits and the âtheyâre so cute Iâm sickâ replies.Â
Judeâs next box was the Adidas one. He pulled it closer with an excited little grin, already knowing what was inside. There were various t-shirts and shorts, some Real Madrid merch, and a couple of pieces from his own personal line with his logo on them. He held them up proudly for the camera, unfolding a black tee with his signature celebration silhouette printed on the front.
âAdidas were nice enough to send my girlfriend more things that have me or my name written all over it, soâŠâ he said, voice full of playful pride as he showed off the stack.
You giggled, reaching over to take one of the T-shirts from him, holding it up against yourself. âExplain your logo to them, babe.â
Jude grinned and shrugged, a slightly bashful smile appearing as he looked at the camera. âItâs just my signature and then a silhouette of my celebration, innit? I dunno, I thought it looked cool. Simple but⊠me, you know?â
You leaned into him, resting your head on his shoulder for a second. âWell I like it. Canât wait to wear it everywhere.â
âWe can match,â he chuckled, folding one of the shirts up neatly before passing it to you like it was the most important task in the world. âYou in my logo, me in my logo. Power couple shit.â
âOh yeah? Are you gonna walk around with your own logo on yourself like a walking billboard?â you teased, bumping his knee with yours.
âYeah, course,â he said without missing a beat, turning to look at you with a bright, mischievous sparkle in his eyes. âBest marketing, am I right? Especially if I get you to do it with me. My favourite model.â
You laughed, the sound light and happy, and he immediately leaned in to press a quick kiss to your cheek. The camera caught every little moment. The way his hand found yours under the table, the soft way he looked at you when he thought you werenât watching, the easy banter that made being in front of the camera come so naturally to the both of you.
A few boxes later, Jude pulled out some Glory Blue Superstars that had his name written on them and his logo embossed into the leather. He held them up proudly for the camera, turning them slowly so the viewers could see every detail.
âOkay, so these are sick, if I do say so myself,â he smiled, clearly proud. âTheyâre clean.â
You were already moving. In one smooth, completely ridiculous motion you started climbing onto him, one leg swinging over his shoulder like it was the most normal thing in the world.
âYeah well theyâre uh⊠theyâre uhâŠâ Jude froze mid-sentence, eyebrows shooting up to his hairline as he stared at the phone screen recording you both. What the fuck is happening? His brain was trying to catch up with what you were doing, whilst also trying to stay somewhat professional for your TikTok. One second he was showing off trainers, the next second his girlfriend was attempting to mount him like a climbing frame.
âTheyâre dark blue becauseâ Jesus Christ â theyâre dark blue. Yeah. And uh, my signature is on the leather so thatâs niceâŠâ
You nodded along like nothing was happening, one leg already hooked over his shoulder, your ass comfortably resting on his bicep. He didnât even wobble. He could hold your weight with one arm easily, but that wasnât the point in Judeâs mind. The point was why was this happening right now?
âDid you have much say in the design or?â you asked nonchalantly, thumb gently stroking his cheek like you were just having a normal conversation.
He hesitated, tilting his head awkwardly to try and look up at you without dropping you. Is she serious? Am I being pranked? Is this a new TikTok trend I wasnât told about?
âI⊠I donât understand what weâre doing?â he said slowly, voice laced with gentle confusion.
You didnât address the fact that you were now fully climbing on him. Instead you cuddled his head closer, still stroking his cheek affectionately. âYouâre helping me do an unboxing?â
âAre youâ are you okay?â he asked, one hand instinctively holding onto your thigh to keep you steady while the other moved some of your hair out of his face. He was trying so hard to keep a straight face for the camera, but his eyes were wide with bewilderment. Sheâs actually doing this. On camera. In the middle of my fucking shoe segment.
âYeah? Why wouldnât I be?â you replied innocently, swinging your other leg over his other shoulder until you were properly perched on him like he was a throne.
Jude was very conscious that he didnât want to ruin your video, but he was also very aware that his girlfriend was now sitting on his shoulders like a child at a music festival. He tried to carry on talking about the shoes, voice slightly strained as he adjusted his posture to keep you balanced.
âYou⊠what are youâ right. Okay, yeah well I think Superstars are good everyday shoes. I wear them all the time. They go with everythingâŠâ
Whilst he was talking, youâd managed to fully settle on his shoulders, both legs draped over him, hands resting on top of his head like he was your personal lookout tower. He let out a quiet, baffled laugh, shaking his head slightly.
âYouâre actually mental,â he muttered under his breath, but the smile on his face was huge and fond. He adjusted and reached up with one hand to hold your thigh securely, the other still trying to hold the trainers up for the camera. âThis is what I get for agreeing to be in the video, innit?â
You giggled, leaning forward a little so your chin rested on top of his head. âBest assistant ever.â
Jude huffed a laugh that made his shoulders shake gently beneath you. âYeah, yeah. Happy to be of service. Just donât fall off and break my neck before the season starts.
The video caught all of the adorable chaos, his confused but completely whipped expression, the way he kept one hand protectively on your leg the whole time, and the massive smile he couldnât hide even while pretending to be normal.
You finished the unboxing and carefully climbed off him, legs a little wobbly from laughing so much. The second you stopped recording, Jude wrapped both arms around your waist and pulled you straight back into his lap, holding you close like heâd missed you even though youâd only been on his shoulders for a few minutes.
âWhat the fuck just happened?â he laughed, lips brushing your cheek as he buried his face in your neck. âOne minute Iâm showing off trainers, the next my girlfriend is using me as a climbing frame on camera.â
âThereâs a new TikTok trend where girls climb on their boyfriends to see if they say anything,â you giggled, threading your fingers through his curls. âYour little face! You looked so confused but you just went with it. I was dying trying not to laugh.â
âI was so confused,â he admitted, rolling his eyes but still smiling his beautiful, bright smile that made your stomach flip. âI didnât wanna fuck up your video so I was just⊠carrying on like it was normal. Meanwhile Iâm thinking âis she okay? Did she hit her head? Is this some new yoga thing?ââ
You burst out laughing again, leaning into him as he held you tighter, his hands rubbing slow circles on your back.
âYou did so well though,â you teased, kissing his cheek. âBest shoulder ride Iâve ever had. Very steady. Five stars. We'll have to use that move at Coachella when I can't see.â
He huffed another laugh, the sound warm against your skin. âYeah, yeah. Next time give a man some warning. I nearly dropped you and the trainers trying to figure out what you were doing. My brain was buffering so bad.â
You stayed like that for a while, cuddled up on his lap, his arms wrapped around you while he quietly replayed the moment in his head, occasionally shaking his head and laughing to himself.
âYou know what though?â he smirked after a moment, pulling back enough to look at you properly.
âWhat?â
âWe should try that, but I hold you up the other way.â
You furrowed your eyebrows, a little confused at the position he meant. âWhat do you mean?â
âYou knowâŠâ He grinned, a cheeky, dangerous glint in his eyes as he leaned in closer, voice dipping so low you could feel it on your spine. âYou put your legs over my shouldersâŠbut i hold you in front of me. Not on my back. Easy access for me to fuck you with my tongueââ
âJUDE!â you squealed, shoving his chest as your face heated up.
He laughed loudly, bright and happy as he pulled you back against him, refusing to let you escape. âWhat? Itâs a good idea! Very efficient. Arm workout as well.â
âFucking hell Jude! You're shameless,â you groaned, hiding your face in his neck even as you smiled.
âYeah, but you love me,â he murmured, pressing a soft kiss to your temple. âAnd you know Iâd hold you up for hours if you asked nicely.â

summary: tomâs childhood best fiend now wants him to take her virginity:) not proof read guys , i ran out of time
-
âso, you want me to take your virginity?â tom asked, staring at you blankly.
you stared back at him, your arms folded over your chest as you began regretting even calling him in the first place. âyes.â
tom watching you muster up the courage to answer him, your expression shy.
you had called tom over just 30 minutes ago, asking him to come over, not giving any details as to why when he asked so over the phone. you seemed tense when he arrived, eerily timid the second you both stepped into your bedroom. there the both of you stood, feet away from each other, directly in front of your bed.
tomâs eyes ran past your body, scanning you for a second before speaking, âso when i said that you should wait until you find someone you trust, thatâs me?â he asked, not exactly wondering himself, if not making sure youâre making the right decision.
tom was still, lost in thought for a moment. should he do it? he had never expected for his childhood best friend to ever ask him to take her virginity. he felt uneasy, yet, somehow relieved at the back of his mind. tom felt a strange pit in his stomach at the thought of someone else taking it. an odd fire of jealousy hidden behind closed doors.
you swallowed, nodding silently. tom was quiet for a moment, his eyes raking your body one more time. you didnât fail to notice a small glint in his eye that flashed through before his eyes connected with yours. he took small steps forward, âand youâre sure thatâs me?â
you straightened yourself up as he grew closer to you, âyes,â you replied quietly. his eyes never disconnected from yours, that glint in his gaze now becoming visibly more noticeable. his hands placed themselves ever so softly on your waist, nearly hovering over. he was close now, his body just inches away from yours.
his gaze flickered down to your lips, you were mouse silent, the only sound in the room was him now getting even closer. âare your parents home?â he mumbled, his minty breath fanning against your face as your noses nearly touched. you stared up at him, ân-no,â you shook your head.
tom gave a small nod, âgood,â he whispered before finally pressing his lips down against yours. the kiss took you by surprise, you began moving your lips against his, his movements gentle with you. his hands now gripped your waist, gently pushing you backward just enough for the backs of your thighs to hit the bed.
his lips moved against yours slightly faster now, his tongue giving your bottom lip a soft swipe, asking for entrance. you complied, parting your lips open just enough for him to slip his tongue in. it felt strange, his tongue moving against yours in unison, the soft noises of your mouths together filling the silence in the air.
your hands found his nape, stroking the skin softly as his own gently roamed to your back, massaging your waist.
tom pulled from the kiss momentarily, his hand tugging at your waist, âcome,â he whispered, guiding you to your bed. he gently pushed you down onto the bed, your back softly hitting the mattress as he climbed on top of you. he slammed his lips down against yours once more, harsher this time, you let out a soft gasp at the sudden aggression.
his lips left yours, making their way across your jawline & down your neck. his kisses were slow & deliberate, testing the area before you let out a soft breath as he kissed behind your ear. you can feel the smirk on his lips, the kisses sending sparks down your body. moaning softly, you bit your lip, he focused on & around that spot, lips parting slightly to let his tongue run against the skin.
a shiver ran down your spine, your mouth parting slightly to let out a soft breath. it felt.. good. something you had never experienced before.
his tongue ran up and down that spot, suckling on it softly. his hands slowly ran down your side, his fingers finding the hem of your shirt. his hand stayed there, pushing the hem up forward barely just half an inch, letting his fingertips meet the soft skin of your stomach.
he caressed softly, kissing up and down your neck slowly. he had to be slow. his lips trailed up your jaw, his kisses now softer, gentler.. sweeter. his lips kissed near your mouth, his lips now grazing yours as he whispered, âcan i take this off?â
you looked up at him, his brown eyes staring into yours. you could feel the buzz. the buzz of the soft pleasure heâs already been giving you from the kisses. his finger tips slowly caressed your stomach, his breath fanning over your face. you laid still, your head now reeling.
you were nervous. what if he didnât like how you looked? not that it even⊠mattered much anyway.. he was just a friend doing a favor, right? but letâs be real, it did matterâŠ. just a little bit⊠right? because that was the reason why you shaved everything earlier, thatâs why you picked out the cutest underwear and bra you had, thatâs why you sprayed your bed with your perfume before hand so.. maybe it did matter just a tiny bitâ
âitâs okay,â he whispered against your mouth, his eyes staring into yours. you were silent for a good moment, reeling away in your thoughts. he knew you were. he knew you better than most people did. âiâll be good,â he promised softly.
you looked up at him, his hand still not daring to push any further. and finally, you nodded. his hand gently pushed up your shirt, your arms slowly raising to help you take the shirt off. he looked down, his heart skipping a beat. you looked.. very pretty.
your baby blue bra highlighting your soft, smooth skin. your breasts were the perfect size.
his head dipped down, placing his lips on your collarbone. ârelax,â he whispered, his fingers now reaching behind you, unclipping your bra. he felt your breath hitch, yet he paid it no mind. he knew what he was doing. his touch trailed back up, now grazing your bra strap and slowly, tugged it down.
it felt like forever, his fingers slowly revealing your smaller, supple breasts. he blinked, his head leaning back to get a better overall look. he felt you tense up immediately. your breasts were perfect. they were on the smaller side, but absolutely perfect. your breasts were round, your small little nipples hardening at the cool air. he watched them rise and tense up. they were so cute.
he dipped his head down, closing his eyes as he placed a soft kiss your breast. he leaned lower down, now catching your small nipple into his warm mouth. you gasped, looking down at him now, his mouth now wrapped around your small nipple.
his tongue circled around the small bud, suckling on it gently before moving onto the next one. he suckled on it, kissing, licking and lapping up at your breasts, he could feel your tension begin to melt. he knew he had to catch the opportunity. his hand slid down, parting your legs wider, his hips now leaning forward all the way, allowing his crotch to now press against yours.
he looked up at you through his lashes, watching you carefully. your head was tilted back, your eyes closed as you panted softly, slowly getting lost in the world of pleasure. his hips moved slowly but steadily, grinding against your hot centre. your legs involuntarily widened a little more.
he held back a smirk, you were liking it. he spent a couple more minutes, grinding against you, the zipper of his jeans occasionally pressing against your clothed center, making you hold back a moan, you were shy. yet, he knew he wanted to make you feel good already.
you were already lost in the pleasure of his suckling, that you didnât even feel when he slipped your shorts off, leaving you in just your baby blue panties. he leaned back, now pulling his shirt off, laying it down gently just a couple inches away. he looked down at you, your smaller body was nearly all the way unclothed. he could see the damp spot on your panties.
he felt himself grow rock hard, yet he knew he had to hold back.
he then leaned down , his arms now caging your head in as he looked into your eyes, his nose now barely touching yours. âiâm gonna touch you, okay?â he whispered softly, wanting you to feel safe. you nodded softly, feeling your heart begin to race. he nodded back gently, looking into your eyes. he began to feel something strange within him.
he leaned down, pressing a soft kiss to your lips. âyouâll like it,â he whispered before kissing his way down. he kissed your neck, your chest, your breasts and your torso before reaching between your thighs. he lowered himself, now laying between your legs, his hands moving to prop your legs up, giving him more space inside of them.
he leaned forward, his thumb dragging down your thigh to your center, pressing his thumb gently against your clothed clit. your entire body nearly jolted. he smiled, letting out a soft chuckle, his thumb rubbing slow circles against your clit.
he watched your hands find the blanket, your fingers gently digging into the material. âi know,â he whispered, watching you take in the new pleasurable feeling. it was unreal. he watched you from below, his eyes watching you take everything in, it was almost rewarding.
the next part, happened quick. he couldnât remember how exactly he got to sucking on your clit, it was probably the eagerness of it all. his face was now buried between your thighs, your panties now on the ground, his hands holding onto your hips as his tongue slowly lapped at your clit.
you gasped, your hand flying to his dreads. his tongue smoothed over your small sensitive clit, circling it over as he felt you jolt. the sparks were flying through you, a warm feeling spreading all throughout your abdomen.
he looked up, feeling your fingers tangle in his hair. he could taste your sweet nectar on his tongue, it was just as sweet as you were. you were always a kind girl, shy, gentle and sweet. you always gave to others, you were the type of girl to give her last dollar to someone in need. you were the type of girl to share your meal with someone in need. you were the sweetest girl there was. which is why he needed to be gentle.
he wiped licked the rest of your juices off his lips after pulling back, kissing back up your body before pulling off the rest of his clothing. he looked down at you, now panting himself as he looked down at you.
you were completely undressed, your perky nipples standing tall, your legs parted slightly, your tiny pussy glistening with his saliva. your skin was soft and smooth, being highlighted underneath the warm light of your bedside lamp. your doe eyes looked up at him, his own gaze locking in with yours, and for a moment, he felt a surge of protection over you. to keep you safe, to keep you safe away from other men.
he knew how men were, he was a man himself. he knew men took advantage of girls like you, it almost made him cringe knowing heâs done it himself with other girls before. using them for their bodies for a moment just to toss them away a week later. yet, he knew he couldnât let that happen. he couldnât let another man ruin you. which is why he had to do this, he knew he was the only one who could truly appreciate you.
his body dipped down, his hands wrapping around your waist gently, dragging you higher up on the bed. the back of your head gently pressed against your pillow, the sweet aroma of the detergent filling your nose. tom climbed on top of you gently, nudging himself to settle between your legs, settling his forearm over your head as his nose grazed against yours as he stared into your eyes.
you both looked at each other for a moment, just staring into each others eyes. he breathed just as softly as you did, his left hand now reaching to gently stroke your cheek. you blinked softly, staring into his brown orbs.
âiâll be gentle, okay?â he whispered.
you blinked softly, feeling his breath fan against your mouth, nodding gently. âokay..â
his hand reached down, spreading your legs wider, pressing your knees down. âdonât raise them, okay? iâll make it hurt more,â he advised gently as he pressed a kiss to the corner of your mouth.
his hand rose to his mouth, gathering some of his spit before spreading it across his member. he looked down at you, his left arm sliding underneath your back to hold you, his right forearm resting right beside your head, caging you in beneath him in a protective position.
you could feel the heat of his body radiating off of you as you felt his tip nudge at your tiny slit. your breath hitched in your throat, as you felt him push forward. you gasped quietly, feeling a shoot of pain run up as he tried to push in.
he pulled back for a second, dipping his head into your neck, kissing it in an attempt to distract you from the pain as he nudged forward again, âi know,â he whisperer into your ear, his left arm now holding you tighter. his hips nudged forward and back, the tip of his cock teasing your small hole, applying pressure before pulling back, trying to ease it open.
then, he found the courage and pushed in with higher pressure, and finally, you felt it. you gasped, your hands flying to his back as your nails dug into him once you felt his tip slide into you.
âi know, im sorry,â he winced softly at the sound of your pained gasp. he knew it hurt, but he also knew that the worst part was over.
he sat still for a minute, allowing you to adjust just to the tip, he knew your body needed it. you panted softly, recovering from the sharp pain that slowly seemed to fade away. you felt tom press kisses along your neck, jaw and shoulder, his lips grazing your ear as he kissed along that skin as well. his lips seemed to have done justice as you didnât feel an inch of pain as he slowly slid in deeper.
his hips finally met yours, settling all the way inside of you with a sigh. you were tight, very tight. it was hard for him to keep still. it was all becoming too much for tom. your soft skin, your tiny gasps, your nails digging into his back, your warm insides, everything was getting to him. he held onto you tighter now, holding himself back from just pounding into you, but he knew he couldnât. he had to be gentle. he had to be.
so gently, he pulled back two inches before pushing back in, his eyes analyzed your face, searching for any sign of discomfort. you hummed softly, your eyes screwed shut as you felt something strange begin to flow throughout your body.
tom slid in and out slowly, biting his own lip as he watched your brows begin to furrow. he took it as a sign, pulling back further and pushing in deeper. it didnât take long for his slow short strokes to turn into longer, deeper ones.
you both grew breathless, your hands grasping at his back, panting loudly as his hips rolled into yours. your moans began to flow throughout the room, your small bed creaking softly underneath you two. his strokes werenât wasnât fast, they were deep and calculated, sweat beginning to form on his forehead as he tilted his hips upward, hitting a soft spot inside of you.
he heard you gasp, your thighs tightening around his hips. you liked that. he kept his hips at the same angle, tapping that same spot that made you gasp over and over again. his head dipped down, his mouth nibbling on your lobe as he hit it over and over again, âfeels good?â he panted lowly into your ear.
âmhm..â you whined softly, your eyes screwed shut, your right hand flying back to hold onto your pillow. your head was spinning, his perfect cock was hitting all of the right places, places you didnât even know existed.
âoh my god,â he panted quietly to himself, absorbing every single reaction of yours. your swollen lips, your flushed cheeks, your parted lips and your walls that squeezed tighter around him. it made him want to cum already. he felt his balls begin to tighten, ready to explode soon but he couldnât. not when you were enjoying it this much. he couldnât help but feel a surge of possession course through him.
it was him. him to take your virginity. your purity was now his. it was his to claim and protect. it was his to cherish. it was his.
he planted kisses all along your jaw, inhaling deeply your scent, his cock working deeper into your pussy. he wanted you to know it. he wanted you to know that your virginity was his. a part of you was his to claim, and that you never forget it.
you groaned, feeling a stir begin to form in your lower abdomen. you whined, your hands gripping onto his shoulder blades, your breaths becoming shorter and your head pushing deeper into the pillow.
he knew it was getting closer.
âyou getting close?â he whispered, keeping the exact same pace, not faltering for a single second. you nodded rapidly, your lips parting to let out a choked moan.
he took it as his cue, his middle and ring finger reaching down to rub on your tiny little clit. you gasped, squeezing his shoulder blades tighter. and with that, you let out a choked noise, a small yelp escaping your mouth as you hit your orgasm.
he felt the warm sensation of you cumming around him, and that was enough to push him over the edge. he groaned, dropping his head onto your shoulder, shuddering as he came into the condom, groans slipping out of his mouth.
you both stayed still for a moment, catching your breaths, your bodies sticky and hot with sweat, his chest still pressing down on yours. after a minute, he pulled back, slowly sliding out of you with a tiny pop. you let out a soft sigh once he was fully out, his fingers sliding off the condom to throw it into your small trash can.
he looked over at you, still hovering over your body. you were sweaty, pink, dazed and slightly disheveled⊠but you looked beautiful. he smiled softly, leaning down to press a soft kiss to your forehead.
he laid down right beside you, catching his own breath. you both laid there, not saying a word, both facing the ceiling. he looked over at you, staying silent. he didnât say anything for a moment, he just observed you.
he looked at you, truly looked at you. you were beautiful. he always knew it, just never said it.
he moved closer, slowly shifting to his side to prop his head up against the palm of hand as his other hand came up to gently stroke your cheek. your eyes fluttered open, turning to look him.
tom smiled gently, his fingers gently caressing your cheek. âdid you like it?â he whispered.
you smiled softly, nodding. âa lot,â you whispered. he smiled back softly, feeling satisfied.
you bit your lip gently, looking up at him. âwhy did you say yes?â
he stilled for a second. âwhat?â
you nodded softly, feeling his fingers stop caressing your cheek. âyou couldâve said no.. so.. why did you say yes to⊠this?â
he stayed quiet for a moment, thinking of a way of how to say what his mind had been screaming at him the entire time.
finally, he grew the courage.
âbecause i didnât want anyone else to,â he whispered softly, his finger now dragging along the bridge of your nose softly. âbecause i couldnât bare the thought of someone else touching you.â
you were silent for a moment before smiling gently. âjealous much?â
he rolled his eyes, letting out a soft laugh. âshut up,â he shook his gently.

a/n: this was not proof read incase there are any mistakes lol sorry !! hope you guys like it tho :)
°â.àłàż* tom starting to date you would go like this:
â Tom had been known to have flings with multiple different women, but that soon quickly dropped the moment he laid eyes on you.
â my lord, was he completely whipped when you started talking to him
â Bill immediately noticed and nudged Tom's side, smirking as he saw his usually cocky brother actually blush when you complimented his dreads.
â you took no notice of Bill's subtle teasing and continued chatting away as you mindlessly twiddled one of Tom's dreads in your hand.
â Tom took notice of only you, not even noticing the loud smooching noises the rest of the band were making behind him
â eventually, he somehow managed to get your number and tried acting cool and nonchalant about this. but as soon as he got home, he excitedly told Bill, Georg and Gustav, smiling like a smitten fool (he was).
â he was nervous about calling you, but it was too late to chicken out when he pressed your contact and clicked call.
â you answered almost immediately and chirped a friendly "hey Tommy!"
â yeah, Tom basically went into a daze when he heard your voice and that nickname you already gave him. it was only when you said, "you there?" did he snap out of his little world of you
â he answered with a "oh, uh- yea-yeah i'm here." his voice awkwardly cracking at the end. he cringed internally, his face flushing pink with embarrassment
â it was only when you giggled did his nerves mostly go away
â soon, you two were engaged in a smooth conversation and thankfully for Tom, no more voice cracks
ââ ââ đ€â â ââ
â after a while of you two taking and meeting up as friends, Tom finally asked you out, when you two took a trip to the park, confessing his feeling to you. you were driving him insane, he just had to make a move before someone else did.
â at first, you were a little confused âyou thought Tom was being friendly, that the flowers he bought you once every week were just a kind gesture and that his lingering touches were just a way of expressing friendly affection to friends.
â well, they weren't. you didn't know that Tom would talk his head off about how you were the most amazing, beautiful brilliant girl he had ever met to his bandmates. you didn't notice how his gaze would linger on you way longer than necessary.
â buuut, it all clicked after Tom gave you a little time to think, nervous at what you'd say. rejection would hurt like a bitch.
â when you finally processed what he said, you flung your arms around his neck and said a very enthusiastic, "yes!!"
â Tom, could hardly believe his ears. the girl of his dreams basically said yes to being his girlfriend. grinning, he wrapped his arms around your waist and spun you 'round
â after dropping you off at your house, he rushed over to his own house and explained everything that happened to the others who were equally as happy. "sie hat ja gesagt, leute! lch bin so glĂŒcklich, ich könnte echt umkippen!" ("she said yes, guys! i'm so happy i could pass out!")
ââ ââ đ€â â ââ
â now you two were together for a few months now, and during that period, Tom made sure to mention you in basically every interview. he wasn't shy about it at all, telling everyone you were the bestest person on earth. Bill pretended to be offended, but a smile played on his face, happy for his twin brother
â he did not give two flying fucks about what his jealous fans had to say or think because he gave two flying fucks for you.
â it could be anything, but as long as it was sweet and loving, he uses nicknames like, shatzi/shatz, liebling or prinzessin
â Tom spirits were high most of the time because of you, especially if you were around.
â he also wanted to have physical contact all the time too, whether it was just hands holding, or your legs brushing against his, he needed it. it was even better if you were on his lap
â he always treated you like a gentleman and he knew what you needed without you saying a word
â and you were aways there for him when he needed you, if it was a bad day or if something went wrong at a concert
â boy, he loved you so much it hurt.
â when he went on tour, he'd miss you so bad and would call you every damn chance he had
â and when you were together, nothing separated you guys. Tom insists on you sleeping over at his house, falling asleep your limbs tangled together
NSFW (i was so excited to write this part)
â you knew that Tom was such a hornball, but what he didn't know was that you were too
â he discovered that when multiple times, he heard you touching yourself, shamelessly moaning his name out.
â you felt guilty for touching yourself like this, thinking about Tom, but he didn't mind (not that you knew he knew) at all. he was in fact delighted by it and boy, did it turn him on that he was making you feel this
â remembering how you sounded as you came and as you pleasured yourself, he jerked off, picturing himself making you feel good
â he cummed hard and fast and soon, he was jacking off to you too.
â eventually, you two ended up fucking, going at it like bunnies.
â it was so easy to get riled up. when you felt more affectionate than usual, you'd pepper kisses on his face and neck, occasionally nipping at the skin there.
â Tom would groan in pleasure, his hands possessively sliding up and down your sides before resting on your hips or thighs.
â then of course, you two would start to kiss feverishly. you'd try to take control but end up with Tom dominating
â he love, love, LOVES to fuck you, make love to you whatever it is. you were too addicting and he needed more as it felt never ever enough.
â he'd fuck you in missionary, then face down ass up. Tom would greedily move in and out of you, entranced by the way your ass would jiggle with every movement. he enjoyed the way you sounded, the little whines and moans coming out of your mouth.
â "you sound so pretty like this, engel," he'd say while brutally pounding into your sopping pussy. "always so fucking good for me and taking everything, hmm?"
â your nails would dig into his muscular back, the sting a little painful, but also pleasurable.
â yes, Tom was very good at this, due to the amount of experience he had. but that was fine, since he always made sure that you were his and he was yours. that resulted in you having an orgasm fast, crashing down on you like a tsunami
â Tom tries to make you finish first before he follows soon after. or if possible, to make you two come at the same time, your fluids mixing with each other and making a mess
â it was also very easy to have multiple rounds in a day. with your tight pussy, Tom's big dick, praise and filthy words, you both probably could have a world record.
â after finishing around the fourth round of an average, he'd clean you both up and dress you in your clothes as you'd be to tired and spent to move.
â the others often complain that you two were loud and very obvious, a traumatized Gustav walking out once after witnessing the dirty acts you and Tom were making
â Tom would just wink at you and you'd smile innocently back
â yeah, you two were going for more rounds tonight
that pretty sums it up, Tom loved you and you loved him. you always made his day and he made yours. thank God he laid eyes on you and asked for your number.
Author's note: thank you for reading this! i'm so sorry that it was awful, it's my first time writing this kinda thing. but anywaysss, thank you againn!

TOM KAULITZ AS A BOYFRIEND
it was one of those after parties â loud, crowded, smoky â buzzing with energy and music that never quite let you catch your breath. you had been dragged there by a friend, mostly to get out of the house, maybe meet new people. you didnât expect much.
tom kaulitz was there too. he wasnât the headline of the night yet, but the way he moved through the room, with that calm, almost effortless confidence, made it impossible not to notice him.
he caught your eye across the room, just for a second â a quick glance, like he was checking you out without being obvious about it. then he smiled. not a cheesy smile, but one that made your stomach flip.
you rolled your eyes, pretending not to care, but the moment stayed with you.
later, you found yourself near the bar, trying to order a drink while the noise around you roared. tom was there too, leaning casually against the counter, watching you with a faint grin.
âyou look like you donât belong here.â he said, voice low and smooth.
you raised an eyebrow. âand you do?â
âiâm the guy everyoneâs pretending to ignore.â he joked, flashing a crooked smile.
you laughed, the tension breaking a little. âgood to know.â
he held out his hand. âiâm tom.â
ây/n.â you said, shaking it.
he pulled you away from the bar toward a quieter corner, where you could actually hear yourselves think.
âso,â he said, âwhat brings you to this circus?â
âmy friend,â you shrugged, âsheâs a little more social than me.â
he nodded, eyes flicking around the room. âi get that. i prefer the back rooms and quiet spots.â
you noticed how easy it was to talk to him, how his smile softened when he looked at you.
âyouâre not like the others here.â you said, meaning it.
âand youâre not like anyone iâve met tonight.â he said, stepping a little closer.
you felt your heart speed up. he leaned down, voice dropping. âcan i take you somewhere quieter? away from the noise?â
you hesitated â but something about him made you say yes.
he led you outside, where the music was a dull thrum and the air smelled like fresh night and city streets.
you talked for hours â about music, dreams, the weirdness of sudden attention. he listened like you were the only person that mattered.
before he left, tom tucked a small note into your hand. âcall me.â it said. underneath, a number.
you smiled, suddenly hoping you would.
âž»
that night was the start.
tom kept texting, calling, showing up in unexpected places.
he was patient, confident, never too pushy.
he wooed you with quiet moments â late night walks, small jokes only you got, that crooked smile whenever you made him laugh.
you didnât know it then, but he was already falling.
and so were you.
ââ
it started slowly, like most things with tom.
he never rushed, never forced. he played it cool â let the nights stretch long, let the teasing blur into something softer, let his hand stay in yours a little longer each time.
but you had noticed a change in him.
he called more. showed up just to âhang,â even when he had nothing to say. heâd drive across the city just to sit next to you on a couch and play half a movie before talking through the rest. he wasnât trying anymore â he was just there.
and youâd started falling, hard.
one night, after a quiet dinner at your place â takeout, nothing special â he stayed behind while your friends left early. you were both stretched out on your bed, side by side, staring at the ceiling in that kind of silence that only felt heavy when something was almost said.
he kept fidgeting with the hem of your sleeve. his fingers brushed yours every few seconds, like he was thinking too much.
âyou good?â you asked, glancing over.
âyeah.â he said. then paused. âno.â
you raised an eyebrow.
he turned his head toward you. âiâve been thinking.â
âdangerous.â you teased.
he smirked â but didnât laugh like usual. âwhat if i donât want to think anymore? what if i just⊠say it.â
âsay what?â
âthat i like you,â he said, suddenly quiet, âthat i donât want to keep acting like this is just⊠casual. because itâs not. at least not for me.â
your heart skipped. âtomâŠâ
âi know iâm not exactly the âboyfriendâ type,â he added, eyes flicking away, âbut i want to be. for you.â
the room went still.
he kept going, voice softer now. âi donât wanna keep wondering if someone elseâs gonna get to call you theirs. i donât wanna keep pretending iâm okay just being the guy you hang out with at night. i want to be the guy you wake up thinking about.â
you looked at him, and he looked scared, just a little.
like he wasnât sure what youâd say.
you reached for his hand.
âokay.â you whispered.
he blinked. âokay?â
you smiled. âokay⊠you can be my boyfriend.â
his smile broke slowly, like he didnât quite believe it at first â like he had waited weeks to hear you say that one word.
âgood.â he said, voice low.
then he leaned in, pressed his lips to yours â not rushed, not like every other kiss heâd given you before.
this one was careful. like heâd been waiting for this exact moment. like you were his now, and he didnât have to pretend anymore.
he wasnât the typical boyfriend.
tom didnât do overly grand romantic gestures. not really. but he showed up in his own way â cool, lowkey, but always present.
heâd take you on night drives when things got too loud. no destination. just music turned up, windows cracked, his hand resting lazily on your thigh while he lit a cigarette and smirked at you like you were the best thing he ever saw.
he hated fancy dinners. dates were usually late-night corner store runs, movie marathons on the floor with takeout containers, or stopping at a random food truck after a show. it wasnât about what you did â it was just about being with you.
and when youâd roll your eyes and say, âthis isnât a real date,â heâd lean in, cocky grin tugging at his lip ring, and say, âyouâre here, iâm here â looks pretty real to me.â
he fought with you sometimes.
never yelling. never cruel. but tom had pride, and so did you.
sometimes, he pulled away when things got too intense. heâd go quiet, stubborn, leave for a walk without saying much. it hurt. but it was never forever.
he always came back.
with tired eyes and a quiet apology. or a forehead kiss. or a new hoodie in his hands like a peace offering.
he didnât say sorry easily â but when he did, he meant it. and when he didnât, he showed it.
one time, after a fight about him missing your call for hours, he showed up at your door at 2am, half-asleep, holding your favorite snack and a small note folded in his hand.
âiâm not good at this, but iâm better with you. donât go.â
he showed love in the smallest ways.
he never really said âi love youâ until much later. but he did things like: remembering how you took your tea without asking, pulling you in by the belt loop and resting his head in the crook of your neck after long days, letting you paint his nails just because it made you smile, stealing your chapstick just so he had an excuse to kiss you after, wearing your scrunchie around his wrist during interviews and pretending it was no big deal.
the first time he said âi love youâ, he didnât plan it. of course he didnât. that wasnât his style.
you were in his hotel room, legs tangled in white sheets, some dumb tv show playing in the background. he was playing with the ends of your hair, distracted, half-listening as you talked about something that happened earlier â laughing about it, casual.
and then, suddenly, he went quiet.
you glanced over. âwhat?â
he blinked like he hadnât realized heâd been staring. then he shrugged. ânothing.â
but something had shifted. his hand moved to your cheek, his thumb brushing over your skin so softly it gave you goosebumps. his eyes held yours for just a second too long.
then, out of nowhere, he whispered it.
âi love you.â
and it hung there. just like that. raw. no teasing. no grin.
you didnât speak right away. you didnât even breathe.
he looked scared. genuinely scared.
âyou donât have to say it back,â he mumbled, eyes dropping, âi just⊠i needed you to know.â
you reached for his face with both hands, pulled him in close, forehead to forehead.
âi love you too, tom.â
he exhaledâ like the air had been stuck in his lungs for weeks. âfuck, you scared me.â he laughed and then he kissed you after that â soft, slow, hands shaking just a little.
the first time you cried in front of him was so bad. you werenât the type to cry easily. you kept your walls up â tom loved to poke at them, but he never really broke them. until that one night.
something had happened back home. a call. bad news. your voice cracked when you tried to explain, and then it all just came out â messy and quiet and heavy.
tom had never seen you like that.
at first, he froze. he didnât say anything. just stared at you with wide, helpless eyes. then, like instinct, he sat beside you and pulled you into his arms without a word.
he felt like he was powerless, genuinely so upset. he hates seeing you like that, you were his world and you were hurting, so he was hurting with you.
he didnât try to fix it. didnât tell you to stop. he just let you fall apart against his chest, his hand sliding up and down your back, lips pressed to your temple.
âitâs okay,â he whispered, âyou donât have to be okay right now.â
he held you until you couldnât cry anymore. then he tucked you into bed, played with your fingers until you fell asleep, and stayed up just to make sure you didnât wake up alone.
he also still teased you. still annoyed you on purpose. still stole the covers and acted like he was godâs gift to music. but the way he loved you deepened.
heâd watch you when you werenât looking. his eyes soft. almost reverent.
heâd randomly blurt things like âyouâre my favorite personâ while brushing his teeth or tying his shoes. like it slipped out, but it was always true.
heâd send you photos from the tour â not the cool, filtered ones. just blurry shots of things that reminded him of you. a neon sign. a weird cat. a half-eaten sandwich.
âthis looks like u idk why.â
he became your safe place, without ever saying it out loud.
heâd make you playlists but never send them â youâd just hear them playing when you got in the car, the songs saying everything he wouldnât.
when he was away, he missed you more than he let on. he acted chill on the phone. playful. cocky.
âdonât miss me too much.â heâd tease.
but youâd hear the tired in his voice. the long pauses before hanging up. the way he always asked what you were doing right now, like he needed to picture it.
sometimes youâd wake up to a voicemail from him â slurred, sleepy, full of background noise and murmured âwish you were here, babe.â
and when he came back, he always had something for you. not big things â just little, specific pieces of the world heâd passed through. a guitar pick. a bracelet from a street vendor. a lighter from a gas station.
âreminded me of you.â
he didnât let the world touch what you had, he was flirty in public, sure. charming. untouchable. but with you, behind closed doors, he softened.
he laid his head in your lap when he was tired. kissed your shoulder without a word. told you things he never said out loud â about how much pressure he felt, how scared he was of losing himself in all of it.
heâd fall asleep wrapped around you like you were the only thing anchoring him to earth. and when he stirred, half-awake, heâd mumble things like âyouâre still here, right?â
you always were.
he wasnât perfect. but he was yours and once he let you in, really let you in â he never stopped choosing you.
not once.
one time, you were feeling sick and stuck at home. tom showed up with your favorite snacks and a ridiculous horror movie he said was âso bad itâs good.â he didnât say much, just plopped down on the couch next to you, draped his jacket over your legs, and let you lean against him. he pretended to be bored, but when you finally dozed off, he stayed awake, watching over you like a silent guardian.
he never rushed you, always patient when you needed space. but if he saw you talking to another guy â even just a friend â his jaw would tighten for a second. heâd act chill about it later, joking around, but you knew he noticed everything. he was protective, in the quietest way possible.
on lazy sunday mornings, tom liked to make breakfast, terrible pancakes that looked more like blobs, but he laughed every time you ate them like a champ. he let you take the last piece, even if he was starving, and pulled you close after, wrapping you in his arms as you both made plans no one else knew about.
he also loved doing everything with you. like when he got his new car. the first day he picked you up in it, he grinned that cocky grin you loved, slipping into the driverâs seat like it was made for him â and it kind of was.
âbuckle up.â he said, voice low and teasing, as he tossed you the keys before you even got in.
âiâm takinâ you on a ride youâll never forget.â
he blasted music â probably some rock or hip-hop â windows down, wind whipping through his messy hair as he pulled you close on the passenger seat.
heâd take you everywhere:
to the coast, where youâd both lean out the windows, the sea spray mixing with your laughter;
to late-night diners, greasy fries and milkshakes shared between his fingers;
to quiet spots only he knew, where you could watch the stars and feel like you had the whole world just to yourselves.
tom loved the feeling of you beside him â like it made every drive, every moment, better. heâd steal glances at you from the rearview mirror, fingers twitching to reach over and squeeze your hand.
sometimes, when you were driving, heâd joke, âdonât wreck my baby.â but you could see how proud he was whenever you took the wheel.
and when it was just the two of you, the car was more than a machine. it was a little bubble of your own â filled with quiet talks, stolen kisses, and that reckless kind of freedom only the two of you shared.
for your anniversary, he pretended he forgot at first. like⊠you brought it up casually and he went:
âwait⊠today?â with that smug little eyebrow raise and a fake confused look on his face.
you rolled your eyes like, âyouâre so annoying.â
but meanwhile? he had everything planned for weeks. but since he wasnât into cheesy romantic gestures â there were no rose petals and champagne at a restaurant.
he took you somewhere that means something â the place where you first hung out after that party.
he wanted it to feel like yours. he gave you a gift that looked super simple on the outside â a hoodie. his hoodie.
but the meaning behind it? devastating. it was the hoodie he wore the night he first kissed you, and now it had something stitched on the inside:
âstill yours.â
plus, he gave you a guitar pick engraved with the date of your anniversary â the exact one he played with during tour when he missed you most.
he didnât make a big speech. he just went quiet for a second and looked at you in that way he only ever does when it was real. then he muttered: âdonât know how the fuck i got lucky with you, but iâm not letting go.â
and you knew â that was his version of i love you more than anything.
tom would also definitely notice how close you and bill are â the easy laughs, the way you finish each otherâs sentences, the little inside jokes only you two share. at first, he might feel a flicker of jealousy â nothing dramatic, but that quiet kind that sneaks up when heâs not looking.
heâd tease you about it, half-joking, âso, billâs your favorite, huh? gotta say, iâm a little offended.â but the way he said it? with a smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.
because tom loved that â bill was family. and if tom was important to you, that means bill had to be important too.
the bond he shared with bill was unmatched. so having you and bill be close? that was a win in his book. it made him feel like you belong even more in his world.
but he also would want to be included, not left out. so sometimes, heâd invite himself into your conversations or plans with bill, making sure you know heâs there, but without trying to take over.
infact, heâd occasionally joke about being the âthird wheelâ when you hung out with bill, but it was all in good fun. secretly, he loved seeing you laugh with his brother, hearing those inside jokes, watching how natural it is.
and when bill teased him about you two? tom would just shake his head, smirk while saying: âyeah, yeah. whatever. just donât forget who sheâs with.â
but you knew there was no real jealousy â only pride.
and when it counted, tom would be the one standing up for you both, protective and proud, knowing that the bond you share with bill isnât a threat â itâs just another piece of the puzzle that makes your world whole.
your first time together was perfect. it didnât start out like the moment.
no candlelight. no dramatic lead-up.
you were just lying on his bed, half under the covers, wearing his shirt, your legs tangled up with his. music low in the background â glory box from portishead playing.
he had his hand under your shirt, just resting there on your waist. not trying anything. just holding you.
you were talking about something dumb â a show youâd watched, someone you saw earlier that day â and then the room went still.
you looked up and caught him staring. his thumb gently tracing your skin, his mouth slightly parted like he wanted to say something but didnât want to ruin the quiet.
âwhat?â you whispered.
he didnât answer right away. just looked at you for a long time, like he was really seeing you.
ânothing,â he said, voice rough, âyouâre just⊠fuck.â
your heart flipped.
he leaned in slowly â kissed you like he had all the time in the world. like he already knew what you tasted like but wanted to relearn it anyway. he moved carefully, hand sliding up to your jaw, tilting your head just the way he liked it.
you pulled him closer.
and that was it.
it shifted. slowly. naturally. like your bodies had already been waiting for this and now they were just catching up.
he didnât rush. didnât tear your clothes off like he had something to prove.
he undressed you like he meant to â like it mattered.
his fingers brushed your thighs like they were delicate, like they werenât the same ones wrapped around his waist two minutes later.
he kissed your chest, your stomach, the inside of your wrist â all before he even touched you properly.
he whispered your name when he finally moved against you â like he needed to remind himself this was real.
you felt it in your chest. in your spine. in your whole damn soul.
âyou okay?â he asked, halfway through â voice barely there, lips brushing your ear.
you nodded, breath shaky.
but he waited. looked you in the eye. âtell me.â
âyes,â you whispered, âyes, i want you.â
he kissed you then. deeper. slower. hand on your cheek like he was holding you in place, like this was the most fragile moment heâd ever been in.
when he finally moved closer to you, itâs slow, careful, never rushed. you feel the warmth of him, the steady beat of his heart against yours. he paused for a moment, eyes searching yours, making sure youâre with him â fully, completely.
then, the first part of him entered you, a slow, tentative stretch. itâs intimate, grounding, a perfect mix of tension and release. you bit your lip, breath shaky but steady, hands clutching his shoulders as he moves with such gentle precision.
he pulled back just a little, looking at you â eyes dark, filled with something fierce and tender all at once.
âyou good?â he murmured.
you whispered yes, and he began again, this time with a slow, sure rhythm, every movement measured and full of care. his hips pressed close, warmth spreading between you both, slow and steady.
there was no hurry. just the sound of your breaths mingling, the soft creak of sheets, the way his fingers lace through yours.
his hands gripped your hips, pulling you closer, as he leaned down to claim your mouth in a fierce, hungry kiss. his lips were demanding, teeth grazing yours, tongues tangling as you both lose yourself in the rush.
soft moans escaped you both, breath mingling, the air thick with heat and want. every touch, every move sends shivers racing down your spine. your hands clutched at his shoulders, pulling him deeper, desperate to feel more.
he moved faster then, his hips rolling with a powerful grace, and you arched into him, lost in the swell of pleasure building between you.
his name fell from your lips over and over, and you heard the catch in his own breath â a ragged, raw sound that sent something wild through your chest.
then everything tightened â the world narrows to the two of you, moving together, gasping and crying out, riding the wave until you both collapsed into each other, hearts pounding, skin slick with sweat.
he held you close, forehead resting against yours, voice low and shaky as he murmured, âfuck⊠youâre mine.â

TOM KAULITZ AS A BOYFRIEND
it was one of those after parties â loud, crowded, smoky â buzzing with energy and music that never quite let you catch your breath. you had been dragged there by a friend, mostly to get out of the house, maybe meet new people. you didnât expect much.
tom kaulitz was there too. he wasnât the headline of the night yet, but the way he moved through the room, with that calm, almost effortless confidence, made it impossible not to notice him.
he caught your eye across the room, just for a second â a quick glance, like he was checking you out without being obvious about it. then he smiled. not a cheesy smile, but one that made your stomach flip.
you rolled your eyes, pretending not to care, but the moment stayed with you.
later, you found yourself near the bar, trying to order a drink while the noise around you roared. tom was there too, leaning casually against the counter, watching you with a faint grin.
âyou look like you donât belong here.â he said, voice low and smooth.
you raised an eyebrow. âand you do?â
âiâm the guy everyoneâs pretending to ignore.â he joked, flashing a crooked smile.
you laughed, the tension breaking a little. âgood to know.â
he held out his hand. âiâm tom.â
ây/n.â you said, shaking it.
he pulled you away from the bar toward a quieter corner, where you could actually hear yourselves think.
âso,â he said, âwhat brings you to this circus?â
âmy friend,â you shrugged, âsheâs a little more social than me.â
he nodded, eyes flicking around the room. âi get that. i prefer the back rooms and quiet spots.â
you noticed how easy it was to talk to him, how his smile softened when he looked at you.
âyouâre not like the others here.â you said, meaning it.
âand youâre not like anyone iâve met tonight.â he said, stepping a little closer.
you felt your heart speed up. he leaned down, voice dropping. âcan i take you somewhere quieter? away from the noise?â
you hesitated â but something about him made you say yes.
he led you outside, where the music was a dull thrum and the air smelled like fresh night and city streets.
you talked for hours â about music, dreams, the weirdness of sudden attention. he listened like you were the only person that mattered.
before he left, tom tucked a small note into your hand. âcall me.â it said. underneath, a number.
you smiled, suddenly hoping you would.
âž»
that night was the start.
tom kept texting, calling, showing up in unexpected places.
he was patient, confident, never too pushy.
he wooed you with quiet moments â late night walks, small jokes only you got, that crooked smile whenever you made him laugh.
you didnât know it then, but he was already falling.
and so were you.
ââ
it started slowly, like most things with tom.
he never rushed, never forced. he played it cool â let the nights stretch long, let the teasing blur into something softer, let his hand stay in yours a little longer each time.
but you had noticed a change in him.
he called more. showed up just to âhang,â even when he had nothing to say. heâd drive across the city just to sit next to you on a couch and play half a movie before talking through the rest. he wasnât trying anymore â he was just there.
and youâd started falling, hard.
one night, after a quiet dinner at your place â takeout, nothing special â he stayed behind while your friends left early. you were both stretched out on your bed, side by side, staring at the ceiling in that kind of silence that only felt heavy when something was almost said.

and when it was just the two of you, the car was more than a machine. it was a little bubble of your own â filled with quiet talks, stolen kisses, and that reckless kind of freedom only the two of you shared.
for your anniversary, he pretended he forgot at first. like⊠you brought it up casually and he went:
âwait⊠today?â with that smug little eyebrow raise and a fake confused look on his face.
you rolled your eyes like, âyouâre so annoying.â
but meanwhile? he had everything planned for weeks. but since he wasnât into cheesy romantic gestures â there were no rose petals and champagne at a restaurant.
he took you somewhere that means something â the place where you first hung out after that party.
he wanted it to feel like yours. he gave you a gift that looked super simple on the outside â a hoodie. his hoodie.
but the meaning behind it? devastating. it was the hoodie he wore the night he first kissed you, and now it had something stitched on the inside:
âstill yours.â
plus, he gave you a guitar pick engraved with the date of your anniversary â the exact one he played with during tour when he missed you most.
he didnât make a big speech. he just went quiet for a second and looked at you in that way he only ever does when it was real. then he muttered: âdonât know how the fuck i got lucky with you, but iâm not letting go.â
and you knew â that was his version of i love you more than anything.
tom would also definitely notice how close you and bill are â the easy laughs, the way you finish each otherâs sentences, the little inside jokes only you two share. at first, he might feel a flicker of jealousy â nothing dramatic, but that quiet kind that sneaks up when heâs not looking.
heâd tease you about it, half-joking, âso, billâs your favorite, huh? gotta say, iâm a little offended.â but the way he said it? with a smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.
because tom loved that â bill was family. and if tom was important to you, that means bill had to be important too.
the bond he shared with bill was unmatched. so having you and bill be close? that was a win in his book. it made him feel like you belong even more in his world.
but he also would want to be included, not left out. so sometimes, heâd invite himself into your conversations or plans with bill, making sure you know heâs there, but without trying to take over.
infact, heâd occasionally joke about being the âthird wheelâ when you hung out with bill, but it was all in good fun. secretly, he loved seeing you laugh with his brother, hearing those inside jokes, watching how natural it is.
and when bill teased him about you two? tom would just shake his head, smirk while saying: âyeah, yeah. whatever. just donât forget who sheâs with.â
but you knew there was no real jealousy â only pride.
and when it counted, tom would be the one standing up for you both, protective and proud, knowing that the bond you share with bill isnât a threat â itâs just another piece of the puzzle that makes your world whole.
your first time together was perfect. it didnât start out like the moment.
no candlelight. no dramatic lead-up.
you were just lying on his bed, half under the covers, wearing his shirt, your legs tangled up with his. music low in the background â glory box from portishead playing.
he had his hand under your shirt, just resting there on your waist. not trying anything. just holding you.
you were talking about something dumb â a show youâd watched, someone you saw earlier that day â and then the room went still.
you looked up and caught him staring. his thumb gently tracing your skin, his mouth slightly parted like he wanted to say something but didnât want to ruin the quiet.
âwhat?â you whispered.
he didnât answer right away. just looked at you for a long time, like he was really seeing you.
ânothing,â he said, voice rough, âyouâre just⊠fuck.â
your heart flipped.
he leaned in slowly â kissed you like he had all the time in the world. like he already knew what you tasted like but wanted to relearn it anyway. he moved carefully, hand sliding up to your jaw, tilting your head just the way he liked it.
you pulled him closer.
and that was it.
it shifted. slowly. naturally. like your bodies had already been waiting for this and now they were just catching up.
he didnât rush. didnât tear your clothes off like he had something to prove.
he undressed you like he meant to â like it mattered.
his fingers brushed your thighs like they were delicate, like they werenât the same ones wrapped around his waist two minutes later.
he kissed your chest, your stomach, the inside of your wrist â all before he even touched you properly.
he whispered your name when he finally moved against you â like he needed to remind himself this was real.
you felt it in your chest. in your spine. in your whole damn soul.
âyou okay?â he asked, halfway through â voice barely there, lips brushing your ear.
you nodded, breath shaky.
but he waited. looked you in the eye. âtell me.â
âyes,â you whispered, âyes, i want you.â
he kissed you then. deeper. slower. hand on your cheek like he was holding you in place, like this was the most fragile moment heâd ever been in.
when he finally moved closer to you, itâs slow, careful, never rushed. you feel the warmth of him, the steady beat of his heart against yours. he paused for a moment, eyes searching yours, making sure youâre with him â fully, completely.
then, the first part of him entered you, a slow, tentative stretch. itâs intimate, grounding, a perfect mix of tension and release. you bit your lip, breath shaky but steady, hands clutching his shoulders as he moves with such gentle precision.
he pulled back just a little, looking at you â eyes dark, filled with something fierce and tender all at once.
âyou good?â he murmured.
you whispered yes, and he began again, this time with a slow, sure rhythm, every movement measured and full of care. his hips pressed close, warmth spreading between you both, slow and steady.
there was no hurry. just the sound of your breaths mingling, the soft creak of sheets, the way his fingers lace through yours.
his hands gripped your hips, pulling you closer, as he leaned down to claim your mouth in a fierce, hungry kiss. his lips were demanding, teeth grazing yours, tongues tangling as you both lose yourself in the rush.
soft moans escaped you both, breath mingling, the air thick with heat and want. every touch, every move sends shivers racing down your spine. your hands clutched at his shoulders, pulling him deeper, desperate to feel more.
he moved faster then, his hips rolling with a powerful grace, and you arched into him, lost in the swell of pleasure building between you.
his name fell from your lips over and over, and you heard the catch in his own breath â a ragged, raw sound that sent something wild through your chest.
then everything tightened â the world narrows to the two of you, moving together, gasping and crying out, riding the wave until you both collapsed into each other, hearts pounding, skin slick with sweat.
he held you close, forehead resting against yours, voice low and shaky as he murmured, âfuck⊠youâre mine.â
-you both live in the same boring small town where nothing ever happens
-most of your friends are on vacation, and you're feeling a little left behind
-on Saturday, you go grocery shopping and meet Bill and Tom, who you've known for a while but never really been friends with.
-you bump into Tom and stumble back a step, accidentally knocking a jam jar off the shelf behind you. the jar shatters on the supermarket floor
-Tom and Bill get scared straight away and pull you a few shelves away. they both hope that no one has seen anything because they don't want to pay for the broken jar. you are indignant: âwe have to tell someoneâ Tom huffs: âfine, then you pay for it. if Bill and I put it all together, we'll have a good 5 bucks on usâ.
-you hesitate because you're actually a pretty good girl, but then you give up because you secretly don't have much spare cash either ;)
-Tom and Bill, quite the charmers, invite you for a cheap water ice that they buy for a couple of cents in a value pack
-So there you are⊠with Tom and Bill on the bike racks next to the big supermarket parking lot, eating water ice that tastes like nothing. you sigh⊠will your whole summer be like this??
-Tom can't help it and teases you a little: âwell? so you're stuck here in our little town too, huh?â Bill and Tom grin
-because you have nothing better to do anyway, you spend the next hour with the twins, you talk, laugh and get along better and better
-over the next few days you spend more and more time together and you are surprised how nice and sweet Tom is in real life, because he always acts so tough and reserved at school
-on Thursday the three of you want to go to the big lake for a swim. when you get there, bill immediately meets a girl who is interested in him. you've already noticed that he has lots of admirers wherever he goesâŠ
-so it happens that it's just the two of you for the first time, just Tom and you⊠you spread out your towels next to each other and you're somehow a little embarrassed, but try to ignore this strange tingling inside you. all of a sudden tom takes off his t-shirt and you have to swallow. you quickly look away
-damn, what's wrong with you?? you've gone swimming a bunch of times and you always thought boys were all the same, but now everything has changed. there's this weird pull towards Tom and it's getting harder and harder to deny it
-sheepishly you take off your clothes, (under which you have your bikini on) and notice Tom watching you. you roll your eyes: "don't look at me like that⊠or I'll get dressed again straight away" you can't help but crack a smile
-Tom grins: âoh damn, that would be such a shameâ he acts all dramatic and casually scratches his shoulders, his muscles tensing and relaxing with every movement
-as you go into the water, Tom suddenly lifts you up and carries you bridal style. he laughs: âi'll drop you, watch outâ but you scream all scared âwoe! no! tom! please please please don't!â
-for some reason, tom thinks your plea is kind of cute and he can't resist you. he carefully lets you down so that you can go into the water yourself. âdamn⊠you're no funâ he pouts
-from then on, you swim around in the water, chase each other, laugh, splash each other with water and have a few competitive swims. you're just so happy and every time Tom smiles at you, your heart beats faster
-suddenly a guy swims up to you and hits on you. Tom quickly wraps his arms around your waist from behind and looks the guy straight in the eye: âdoes she look like she's here on her own?â The guy snorts annoyed: âI didn't know she was your girlfriendâ⊠Tom makes no attempt to clear up the mistake and instead rolls his eyes: "well, you better know now"
-you laugh about the whole thing but the way Tom touched you doesn't leave your mind. As you meet up with Bill again after a while, you're tired from swimming and a little dizzy from being in the sun and summer heat all day
-On your way home Tom can't stop looking at you, and your eyes meet. Again and again
-Once you reach Tom and Bill's house, Bill goes inside but Tom decides to walk you home since you're dizzy and tired and he gotta make sure you get home safely (or that's the excuse)
-your heart beats so fast as you walk side by side, but you try not to lose your cool, casually talking about the day at the lake
-finally you're at your front door, but you hesitate as you stand in front of the door and look up at Tom expectantly, âTom?â . Tom swallows hard and carefully reaches for your hand. "um⊠yeah?" your fingers intertwine and you feel his hand tremble a little. you can hardly believe how sweet he is. you smile at him: "can you kiss me, please?"
-Tom immediately leans forward and kisses you tenderly. You open your eyes and see that he's closed his. You break the kiss and giggle: âpff Tom...who knew you were such a sweet kisser?â
-Tom tries to play it off and looks almost shy âwhat?? me? bullshit⊠don't you dare tell anyone. I have a bad reputation that i'm trying to upholdâ
-You can't help but laugh and the two of you kiss again, butterflies going crazy in your stomach and you feel like never letting go of him again
sorry if that was bad, I triiiied. I think I'll write a second part, but it will probably be 18+, part 1 was more of an introduction, I guess. Let's see if part two will be any good ;)

A/n: Hello all! I'm new to this account but such a huge fan of Tokio Hotel! I've been wanting to write about Tom so here we are! Any requests feel free to send them my way :)
The pre-show jitters were palpable in the air as you teased Bill's hair. The dressing room was dimly lit, decorated with a large tv complete with gaming controllers. Alcohol and snacks littered every flat surface in the room.
You and Bill had erupted in laughter at a story Gustav was telling, as he stood dramatically acting out the scene. Georg was throwing popcorn as his character died in the racing game on the tv.
The feeling in the room was electric. The sense of nervousness and buzzing from adrenaline. You often wondered how they managed to always seem cool and collected, despite the thousands of fans expecting so much from them.Â
It all seemed to come so easily to them. You gripped Bill's head on either side and made a show of facing him back toward the mirror, "Would you hold still?"
He did as he was told, leaning back slightly in the chair as he brought a handful of popcorn to his mouth, then spoke around the mouthful, "Are you finished yet?"
"Almost, but if you don't want to go out there lopsided then you have to hold still"
You laughed at your friend, starting on the last section that needed teased and sprayed before the show would start. He watched you in the mirror as you worked his dark locks. After a moment, he spoke over the shouting of the guys behind you, "Are you feeling okay?"
You nodded, pursing your lips. His eyes were boring into you through the mirror and you tried to ignore the gaze completely. Bill had known you too well after all the years of growing up together. Most days he and Tom could simply look at you and know something was wrong.
As you got older you became better at hiding your expressions from them, especially Tom. But Bill, there was nothing getting pass him.
"I told you already," You faked a smile, lowering your voice as if Gustav and Georg had been paying attention to what you saying over the sound of the game, "It's over with, he should be halfway across the country by now"
Bill still looked at you, eyes lined with dark liner and you finally met his gaze through the reflection. You felt guilty, involving Bill the way you had, but you appreciated being able to confide in someone about what you'd been going through; even if it met he had to lie to his twin.
His face seemed to be urging you to speak more but you ignored, back brushing the last strand of his hair, "Sold out show tonight, are you nervous?"
He gave you a sad smile, allowing you the change the subject for now as he handed you more hairspray from the counter.
"Nervous, but excited" He beamed, his eyes sparkling.
You smiled at his confidence, shielding his face with your hand as you spray.
"Alright," You turned him fully to the mirror, fixing the last piece before slinging your arms over his shoulders, chin resting on his shoulder, "Now you look like a rockstar"
He smiled at you, popping two pieces of popcorn into your mouth as you giggled.
"You need something?"
The voice was unmistakable, belonging to the only person who hadn't been in the room for the last 20 minutes.
You and Bill locked eyes through the reflection once more, ears training on the voices. There was something else said, a different voice just outside of the dressing room door.
"What the fuck is your problem?"
Georg and Gustav stopped the game, all sound falling flat as everyone listened, waited.
Then another voice dripping with anger, one that you hoped to not hear again was responding:
"You are motherfucker"
You were rushing to the door, Bill quick on your heels. Tom had just let out an amused chuckle as the door opened, "Oh yeah?"
The two guys stood just to the right of the door in the hallway. Tom and Kevin.
"Yeah, spending all of your time with my girlfriend"
"She's not your girlfriend anymore," Tom laughed, "What don't you get about that?"
Gustav and Bill came and stood behind you, their presence, along with Bill was making your nerves go wild. Why couldn't Kevin just leave? Why did he insist on embarrassing you after everything?
He was standing too close to Tom, cocky smirk on his lips. His chest puffed out as if trying to appear intimidating.
Tom had noticed you first, as you stared at Kevins back in the hallway. His eyes had just barely flicked to you before Kevin caught on and turned around to look at you.
His blonde hair was disheveled, eyes bloodshot and sweaty. You'd seen him like this many times before, he was high on something.
"Just the girl I wanted to see" He shot you a seething glance, but Tom moved deliberately in the narrow hall, managing to get in between the two of you.
"What are you doing here?" You wanted to slap yourself at the sound of your voice, high pitched and shaky. It gave you away the second you opened your mouth.
"What? Are we not friends anymore?" Kevin mused, wiping at his face as he looked at the 4 band members, "I'm still with the band huh?"
The phrase had become a part of Kevin's vocabulary since the first day of tour. Instead of keeping a low radar, he openly let people know he was with band. Even though he was your plus one. Typically, once the sentence left his lips he would get whatever he wanted.
The guys had been gracious, letting him come along on the tour, paying for whatever he asked, simply because he was boyfriend. They never liked him, but for Tom and Bill it was an easy decision: If they wanted you to come along on this adventure, then Kevin would be tagging along.
And it worked for the first few months of the tour. Kevin stayed to himself, staying out of the way and letting you hang out with the guys before and after the shows. You were happy. Your relationship was seemingly perfect, on the outside.
However, you soon realized that he had a drinking problem, and an even worse drug problem when in the world of traveling and luxury of the band. It was something that had only gotten worse with the access he had through simply knowing the guys.
You learned he also had a cheating problem. Sleeping with groupies who were naive enough to think it would get them to the actual band. Even members of the crew that traveled along side Tokio Hotel. It was clear he was taking advantage of you and the generosity of the band.
Against your better judgment, you'd decided to ignore the problem, spending more time with your friends, experiencing the world with them and trying to ignore Kevin when you could.
But things got bad on a night when he had thought all the guys were out at a party. Bill, who had stayed back due to a headache, heard you screaming from your hotel room down the hall. By the time he made it to your door, Kevin was pushing past him and disappearing down the hall.
He had hit you before. Slaps or punches that left bruises where the others couldn't see them. You had chalked it up to the drugs, stupidly forgiving him like you did with everything else. But this time, he had destroyed the room, leaving you in a heap on the floor. Bill was horrified, urging you to go to the hospital or let the security handle it.
But you begged Bill, made him swear, to not tell a soul what he had seen, not even Tom. You were embarrassed, broken and in denial. He only agreed, on the condition that you break things off with Kevin and kick him from the tour.
Bill did have to explain to the guys why Kevin was leaving, but instead he blamed the constant cheating, that unfortunately was becoming common knowledge. He had been told to leave by security as soon as you all arrived at the hotel for the venue that morning.
Clearly, he wasn't taking it well.
"You're not a part of anything" Tom answered for you, nodding his head toward the end of the hall, "We all know she already told you to leave"
"Why?" A evil smile grew on Kevin's lips before he turned back to Tom and shoved him hard in the chest, "Oh, I get it...you're screwing her huh? You all want me out of the picture so you can have her to yourself?"
Your throat tightened, the unmistakable feeling of tears stinging your eyes. Tom reacted to the shove, hitting him in the same spot, making him back up further away from you. He ignored the comment, hand cutting through the air, "Get the fuck out of here"
"I knew it" Kevin didn't seem to care as he let out another laugh, looking back at you. "You always were a dirty fucking whoreâ"
Before he managed to get the last word out Tom had sent a blow to the side of his jaw. The sound of fist hitting skin sickening. Kevin stumbled back against the wall and touched the spot on his face, with a darkness in his eyes. The energy in the hallway flipped instantly, goosebumps peppering your arms.
In a flash, he was pushing himself from the wall and going for retaliation. He attacked Tom, landing a hit near his eye and you felt sick. This time you moved, squeezing into the space between them before another hit could fall.
"Hey! Hey! That's enough," You shout, pushing Kevin hard in the chest to get him to back away. It was thoughtless, dangerous; Afterall you knew how quickly he flew off the handle when he was like this. But you couldn't stand to see him hit Tom. Kevin gave you a hard look as you put a firm hand on Tom's chest, pushing him back too, "Tom, knock it off"
"Yeah, that's right. Better get your boy, baby" Kevin spat blood onto the hallway carpet behind you as he attempted to get to Tom again.
"Shut the fuck up" You shouted at him, arm still outstretched in an effort to keep him back. Behind you Tom was breathing heavy, shifting his weight from one foot to the other, ready to brawl. His eyes were locked in on Kevin, like a heat seeking missile.
"Tom," You spoke, soft but firm. He glanced at you, eyes searching yours, "It's fine, he's not worth it"
Tom scoffed, "Did you hear what he just said about you?"
It earned another evil laugh from Kevin as he started to pace just behind you.
You nodded, swallowing hard. Your head was spinning from the anxiety and guilt. The show would be starting in 15 minutes, and they were dealing with your shit, "He's done worse"
The tension was back in Tom's face as he furrowed his brows. You didn't let it linger too long, instead turning back to your ex.
"Don't make a bigger fool of yourself than you already have. It's over, we are over." Your voice was still shaking but knowing Tom was at your back gave you a sense of confidence that was propelling you onward, "You were asked to leave, so fucking leave."
Kevin let out a short, vibrating chuckle that echoed around the hall as he watched you. The spot where Tom had connected was red, the corner of his mouth was leaking blood. He looked sickening, evil. The same way he looked before Bill had found you in the room, helping you clean yourself up and cover with makeup the next morning so the guys wouldn't notice.Â
And even though he was standing 3 feet in front of you, you could practically feel the ghost of his grip on your arms, so hard it left bruising and the burning feeling that spread across your face when he slapped you.
You wanted him gone. Forever.Â
But instead, he moved toward you with a heavy steps. He gripped your wrist that was still up, holding him back. He twisted, not enough to break but enough to make you cry out. Then, in front of everyone he was raising his hand.
You squeezed your eyes shut, your body flinching. You were back in a locked room, trapped and frozen in place. You waited for the impact, the way you always did.
But the blow never came, instead Tom was jumping in front of you, breaking the grip on your wrist and punching him again before he made contact. At some point Gustav and Georg had jumped into the commotion, all three guys slamming Kevin into the wall and shouting.
Behind you Bill was yelling for security, heavy footsteps down the hall. In a flash, 2 of the guards were moving past you, trying to separate the pile. Kevin only smiled, mouth bloody, presumably from the licks Tom had gotten in before the security was pulling him away.
Your eyes blurred with tears you didn't want to shed as you watched them. Shouting and pushing until they were hauling Kevin past you and down the hall. He had said something to you, but you were disassociating, eyes trained on the carpet and the sounds of receding steps.
A hand on your shoulder was snapping you out of it. You wheeled yourself around, pushing at the body that you didn't realize was Bill.
He stumbled back, raised his hands in defense. His sad eyes watching your shifty ones as you felt the room start to spin. Heat was rising to your face and the air seemed thick.
Tom said your name but you couldn't look at him, suddenly feeling like a caged animal with so many eyes on you. The color drained from their faces as they heaved breaths from the adrenaline of the moment. Bill had backed up, giving you space.
It was then that you really realized what had happened.
 What they had witnessed.Â
"I-I'm sorry" You cried, shoving past where Gustav and Georg stood, rushing down the hall despite the calling of your name.
*
Hours later you were curled up on your hotel bed, the room dark and the tv playing a foreign movie. There had been multiple knocks at the door that you decided to ignore. All of Kevin's things were thrown into the hallway before you locked yourself away.
You had just managed to stop crying when yet another knock came at the door. The guys had sent room service for dinner 30 minutes ago and by the sounds of the poor worker, he was instructed to not leave until you took it.
You squeezed your eyes shut as the knocking came again, echoing through the room.
You groaned, rolling off the bed and stomping to the door and ripping it open without a second thought, "LookâI already told you to take it back andâ"
Instead of being the poor room service girl, it was Tom, who stood with his hands shoved into his pockets. Hours had passed since you had been in the hallway with him. He looked tired, the show must have good.Â
You made a sound, opening the door a little wider, feeling guilty for the way you answered, "Iâuh thought you were room service again"
"You aren't going to eat dinner?"
"NoâI don't, well I'm just going to go to bed" You shook your head, moving the door shut again, "Goodnight Tom"
His foot jutted out, stopping the door from closing further. You sighed, his name slipping from your lips before he spoke again, "Can you please let me in?"
You rested your forehead against the door for a moment before fully opening the door. He moved into the room quickly, before you changed your mind, pushing the door closed behind him as you moved back into the main part of the room.
"What do you want?" You asked, clearing your throat.
"What happened out there?" Tom answered with another question, watching you lean down to turn the bedside lamp on.
The orange glow rid the room of the darkness but there was a dark cloud that seemed to linger around you. When you turned back around, your heart dropped. His left eye was red, some of the spots shifting to purple already.Â
"Oh, Tom...your eye" You gaped, crossing the room and reaching up to brush your thumb across it. You hadn't thought about how the punch he took or the fact that it was red while they played the concert. A sickening guilt settled in the pit of your stomach.
"I don't give a fuck about my eye," He tilted his head at you, the look of irritation clear on his features. He waited a minute before speaking again, "What are you not telling me?"
"Jesus Tom," You groaned, dropping your hand and taking several steps back. You crossed your arms over your chest, "What are you talking about?"
You watched his jaw clench as he crossed his arms, mirroring your defensive stance. He wasn't stupid. But he also wasn't used to you keeping things from him.
"What do you want me to say?" You said calmly, keeping your composure and hoping he didn't see right through you, "Kevin was being a drunk asshole, as per usual"
You were fidgeting now, biting at the skin around your thumb. Tom didn't move, his tall figure standing at the foot of the bed.
"Noâ," He said suddenly, then lowering his voice again, "He was going to hit you"
You shrugged, trying to keep a poker face as he spoke, "Okay?"
"Okay," He echoed you, moving closer to you, "You flinched like you expected it"
"Tom, I didn't." You rubbed at your temples, feeling the stress start to get to you again, "You're overreacting and I'm tired. I'm really sorry that he caused a scene before the show, I am-but I want to sleep so if you don't mindâ"
He took another step and was grabbing for your wrist, the same one that Kevin had a hold of just hours before.
On instinct you were flinching again, ripping your hand away from him. But you didn't move, instead looking up to meet his gaze. Brown eyes soften as he starts to unravel the situation.
When he reaches for your wrist again, it's with gentle fingers, holding it in the space between your bodies. He makes a sound at the back of his throat as he turns it, examining the purple bruising on your pale skin.
The sound of the tv filled the silence in the room, the tension palpable in the air. You watched his lips, taking his piecing between his teeth as he ran a thumb over the skin.
"It's fine" You whispered, a chill running down your spine when you realized just how close he was.
He ignored you, saying your name as you looked away, "He's been hurting you"
It wasn't a question. More of a statement that he was waiting for you to confirm, but at the look on your face answered for you.
"How long?"
You debated lying again, but there was no hiding from Tom in a moment like this. So instead, you swallowed hard, "A little while"
He dropped your wrist and was headed for the door in the blink of an eye.
You called after him, wiping at the strained tears that were sliding down your cheeks as you followed him. You beat him to the door, sliding between him and hit to prevent him from leaving.Â
"You need to move" He spoke low, a tone you had never heard from him before. His hand was behind you on the door handle.
"He's leaving" You pleaded, "It's over with, I'm fine"
"Nothing about this is fine," Tom shouted, backing away from the door. He turned and took another step away. Opening his mouth and then closing it again, like he was working through something in his brain. He collected himself and faced you again, "In London, you were wearing more makeup than usual, there was purple mark on your cheek in certain lighting"
You opened your mouth to speak, but he added, "Then in Berlin, the black eye. You said you were drunk and fell into the side of a table"
You were drunk, that part was true. But so was Kevin and he had hit you after seeing you hanging around Tom at the club after the show.
"Tommyâ"
"Fuck," He breathed under his breath as he ran a hard hand over his face, "You've been hiding it this whole time and we didn't know? I didn't know? Why would you keep that to yourself?"
His voice was rough, raising higher and higher as he spoke, the frustration clear in his tone. You still stood in front of the door, your back against it, hands slack at your sides.
"Iâ," You blinked, trying to will away the tears stinging your eyes again, "The last thing I wanted to was involve any of you, especially you"
"Especially me?" He scoffed, facing away from you. His shoulders were tense and the shirt he wore was still wet in some places from the show, "So what was your plan?"
"I had it under controlâ"
"Bullshit," He spun on his heel, a couple of feet down the hall you could practically see the steam coming from his ears, "You were just going to let him keep doing it. We could have had him gone like thatâ"He snapped his fingers in front of him. Then continued, "FuckâYou've been like this ever since I've known you. Making yourself small, not causing a fuss, taking all this shit and not standing up for yourselfâ or asking for help"
You stood completely still. Absorbing each word, watching the way he threw his hands as he spoke. You'd seen him angry, of course. After growing up with him and Bill it was normal to see them raise their voice or argue, but it was never directed at you. They knew you had a rough childhood, that being part of the reason you were so close with them at a young age.
But now you could see that Tom wasn't holding back. You wanted to argue with him back but when you opened your mouth you could barely get words out, "IâI just..."
"Don't you understandâwhat the fuck is wrong with you? How could you be so goddamn stupid?"
Tom hadn't meant it to come out as cruel as it did, or maybe he did, but the second it left his lips his mouth fell open and his eyebrows pinched in regret.
The words cut like a knife. Especially after all the nights you blamed yourself for the way Kevin was acting. Lying in bed next to him and wondering how you always managed to live like this even after you promised yourself you wouldn't end up like your mother. But there you were: making up excuses for him while covering yourself with makeup to hide the worst ones and pretending like everything was fine.
Tom's words were something you asked yourself daily:Â What the fuck is wrong with me? Why can't I do the right thing?
You dropped your head, an attempt to hide the tears that were no longer able to be held back. The familiar anxious guilt crawling up your throat. The room was quiet, even the tv in the corner seemed to go silent in the moments after the words were dropped into the space between the two of you.
"Waitâ," Tom was speaking again, the tone in his voice completely different now. He sounded almost nervous, "That's not what I meantâ"
You moved from the door, grabbing the handle and pulling it open. The draft from the hall filled the room that felt like there was no oxygen left.
"Leave"
Why was it so easy to tell Tom to leave? Why had Kevin been something so hard to get rid of?
Maybe it was because you were used to Kevin hurting you. Again and again.
But Tom was different. He had never hurt you. You didn't think it was possible, so when he finally did, it stung worse than any blow Kevin had given you.
You raised your head, not bothering to wipe the tears away and opened the door even further, "You need to leave right now"
He said your name again, softer than ever. He was moving toward you with slow steps, "I didn'tâ"
"You said everything you needed to say, so go," You spoke again, this time you were the one raising your voice, despite the heartbeat pounding in your ears, "Get out"
He came closer, standing at the opening of the door. You refused to look him in the eye now, instead staring at your hand on the door knob and waiting from him to pass by so you could lock him out.
But he didn't move.
"I said get the fuck out," You repeated, again. Your voice was trembling, and you were chewing at your bottom lip in an effort to keep yourself calm, "I want you to leave me alone"
There was a beat of silence. You felt his hand on yours over the door handle. His calloused hands were warm, they always were. And so big that it basically engulfed your own. Then he was pushing the door until it sealed with a soft click.
The two of you stayed like that for a moment, until you finally looked up at him. His big brown eyes were staring at you, face twisted in something you couldn't quite place. He had taken his lip ring between his teeth, a nervous habit that he could never kick.
He moved his hand from yours on the doorknob to push the hair out of your face, but you smacked it away with a hard slap.
"Don't fucking touch me" You spat, hand moving on the door knob again, but you didn't open it again, "I hate you"
His features were soft, eyes searching your face. He waited a moment before reaching out again, this time you let him tuck the strand behind your ear.
"Don't touch me" You cry, but there was no ferocity behind your voice anymore. You didn't push him away again, even when his had didn't move from the side of your head. Instead, your hand was leaving the door knob and touching his forearm, "Why don't you just leave me alone?"
You sniffled, wiping at your already wet face, trying to stop crying. It didn't work. Especially when Tom was pulling you against his chest.
"I hate you" You sob, fisting his shirt and burying your face into his chest. His arms wrapped around your frame, keeping you tight to him as your body shook. You broke against him, months of pain and embarrassment vomiting out of you.
He held you tighter, resting his chin on the crown of your head, his voice as soft as ever, "Okay"
You breathed him in, the sweat from the show mixing with the cologne he always wore.
At some point, Tom had lifted you off your feet in a bear hug, moving you to the edge of the hotel bed where he had sat you both down. Eventually, the sobs that racked your body dissipated and you were a blubbering mess of wetness with your face still hiding in his shirt.
But he didn't loosen his hold on you, and you didn't plan on letting go of him just yet either. One of his hands rubbed soothing circles across your back until you had completely relaxed against him.
"I wanted to tell you" You mumbled, lips moving on the wet fabric as you spoke, "âbut I thought I could handle it on my own"
His chest vibrated under your cheek when he spoke, "It's okay"
"Bill found me the other night when you were all out at the club," You continued, your fingers absentmindedly playing with the hem of his shirt on his back, "I begged him not to tell you. I made him promise because I was going to finally end it"
He didn't say anything, but you could hear the heart beat in his chest, steady thumping against your ear.
"But you were the only person I wanted to tell" You sniffled again, wiggling slightly in his hold as he began to loosen his arms from around you.
"Why didn't you?"
You shrugged, sitting up straight and looking at him for the first time in what like forever. He was sat next to you, his feet hanging off the side of the bed.
"I didn't want you to have to take care of me, again"
It was something you hated to admit, but it was true.
Tom had always been some sort of a protector for you, taking you in when your parents would argue and convincing their mom to let you stay for weeks at a time. Whether in the school halls before they sky rocketed into fame or in the tabloids when they made you out to be some random groupie.
"Sometimes, you need someone to take care of you" He says, lifting his finger to your face and swiping stray tears away.
"No, I don't" You mumbled, turning your face away from him and glancing at the window. The dark sky was lit up from below with streetlights and tall buildings.
"Everybody does"
And there it was again. The quiet. The palpable tension in the room that made sent a shiver down your spine.
And he noticed, because he was running at the goosebumps that formed on your arms. You shivered again, this time at his calloused fingers brushing your skin.
You stood up abruptly and he followed suit, watching you closely. He was always trying to figure you out, especially in moments like this where he got too close.
He blinked, watching you closing the blinds of the room and walking back to the bed.
"You're sure you don't want to eat dinner?"
"I really just want to sleep," You nodded, pulling your hair back into a bun before wiping at your face, "It's been a long day"
He nodded once, already walking toward the door when you called out to him, "Actually, Tom...Uh- would you mind staying until I fall asleep or something?"
He turned, the look on his face unreadable. Then as simply as you had asked, he nodded, turning back around and kicking his shoes off by the wall.
You crawled on top of the covers, pulling two pillows out and the small throw blanket that came with each room.
"I stink" He says casually, dropping his phone on the nightstand as he watched you get comfortable on one of the pillows, "I came here right after the show"
You shrugged, patting the mattress with a goofy smile as you waited for him to lay down, "I like the way you smell"
You did. His natural scent was something that often times comforted you, even when you were kids.Â
"Such a creep" He clicked his tongue, unable to hide the cheeky smile you brought out in him, "Now I know where my dirty laundry's going"
"Fuck off" You laughed, smacking at his arm. He rested the back of his head against the headboard, chuckling to himself and watching you spread out the blanket over both of your bodies. You appreciated the shift in the room, the jokes and smiles. If you thought anymore about Kevin and what he did, you would drive yourself crazy.Â
You smiled. The first genuine one in what felt like weeks as you turned your head and caught him looking at you while he toyed with his lip ring.
"And I'm the creep?" You joked.
He reached over and pinched at your side, causing you to burst out in a fit of laughter. He took the opportunity to go for your other side, tickling and pinching until you were doubled over on his lap and heaving breaths between giggling.
"Asshole" You whined, planting your hands on his thighs and pushing yourself up after you had caught your breath.
When you did, he was staring at you again, this time a look that you couldn't place.
You cleared your throat, taking your hands off of him and moving back to your pillow, "Remember when I'd be staying over on the couch and you and Bill would sneak me into your room? We'd watch American sit coms all night and eat junk food"
He hummed, moving on the bed until he was lying down, one arm tucked behind his head and the other tapping on his chest when he spoke, "We thought we were so cool"
"We were" You argued, bringing the blanket to your chin as you studied his profile in the dim room, "Although stealing the booze and smokes was actually cool"
Then the quiet came again.
"What do you want most in life?"
"I'm not sure," You swallowed, adjusting your head on the pillow as you continued to watch him, "I haven't really thought about it. What about you?"
He moistened his lips with his tongue before sighing, "Alot of things"
"Go on" You urged.
"I want the band to do well, I want to make lots of money, buy my mom a house," He turned on the bed so he was facing you, lying his head on the pillow. He studied your face in the dim light before continuing, "And I want you to be happy"
You sighed, reaching out and poking at his cheek, "Don't you worry about me"
"I do" He whispers, "I can't help it"
"Why not?" You whisper back, leaning up slightly from the pillow.
"I think you know why," He breathed, like a train losing steam as it goes uphill. He blinked once, "I think you've known for a while"
More silence.Â
"The same reason why I wanted to run to you the first time Kevin hit me," You whispered, fingers picking at the loose threads in the blanket, "Why you went after Kevin the way you did"
He didn't say anything. He didn't have to. It was the same thing the two of you had been dancing around since you were kids.
Kevin's words popped into your head:Â
"...You're screwing her huh? You all want me out of the picture so you can have her to yourself?"
The two of you were friends. Best friends. You'd always been. There had only been once, when you were both 11, that you acted on the crush that bloomed for him.
As if reading your mind Tom whispered, "Do you remember that summer at the lake?"
You nodded, watching his lip ring move as he continued, "I dared you to jump from the rope swing, and you thought you were going to die"
You laughed as he plucked the scene right from your memory. Two skinny little kids, standing on top of a rock.
"And you told me 'I can't die without having my first kiss'"
You blushed, thankful that the room was so dim. A smile started to spread from the corners of your mouth as you watched the sparkle in his eye.
You could smell the lake air again, see him standing in front of you with crazy hair and purple swim trunks. You could feel the scratchy rope on your palms. Little Tom had peered over the edge of the of the rock and sighed, stressed out. As children everything was so much more dramatic and scarier. In hindsight, the jump was only 10 foot high, and no one had ever died there.
But still, Tom had leaned forward all knees and elbows and kissed you. It was a peck, lasting less than a second before you were both jumping back and wiping at your mouths.
"Promise me we never have to do that again" Tom had whined, pleading with you as he spit on the grass.
Once you regained your composure and wiped your lips raw you held out a pinky to him, "Promise."
And you kept the promise through years of being around each other, tension filled moments and drunken nights. So many times where you thought you should but didn't.Â
You were back in the room with Tom. He was staring at you again just as he finished retelling the memory.
The way he was looking at you had your heart thumping in your chest again. And before he could say anything else you were leaning closer to him.
"What if we break the promise, just once?" You whispered, lips dangerously close to him in the low light.
He nodded, closing the distance and pressing his lips to yours. It was brief, almost mirroring the time at the lake as he pulled back. Testing the waters, maybe waiting for you to wipe your lips and make vomiting sounds but you didn't. This time you were leaning back in.
He was a much better kisser now, after all of the years of practice. He didn't rush, only leaned up so you could lay your head back on to the pillow, instead of craning your neck.
His lips moved over yours, slow and delicate as if you would break under any pressure. Your hand slid to the back of his neck just as he was pulling away.
It was a simple gesture, pulling back just enough to search your eyes. Looking for any sign that you wanted him to stop.
You reassured him by catching his lips with yours and kissing him again. His lip ring was cold against your mouth, sending a charge through your body. This time you were taking charge, pushing up from the pillow and moving him until he was lying on his back again.
You moved quick, straddling him in your pajama shorts as you kissed him harder. He ran his tongue along the seam of your lips and you granted him access, immediately massaging your own against his.
You held yourself above him with a hand on either side of his pillow, as you bared down on him. Tilting your head to get better access to his mouth. Years of pent of sexual tension was coming to the surface and you had no need to feel shy about him any longer.
"This is much better than the lake" He breathed heavy against your mouth, hands coming up to either side of your waist.
"We should've broken the promise years ago" You hummed in agreement, kissing at his neck and tasting the saltiness of his sweat from the show.
A guttural moan vibrated in his throat as you nibbled at the sensitive skin. The sound alone nearly sent you into orbit.
The two of you were out of breath within minutes, too busy trying to swallow each other whole and you were getting more and more worked up with each press of his lips.
Before you had realized what you were doing, you were reaching down and fumbling with his belt. Just as you were able to slip the loop, his hands came down on top of yours, halting your movements.
"What's wrong?" You peered up at him through your eyelashes, and he threw his head back in against the headboard.
"Nothing's wrong" He whined, pulling your hands from his lap until they were planted on his chest. He was breathing just as heavy as you were. "IâI think we should slow down"
You made a whining noise, leaning down and kissing him again, swirling your tongue around his to prove a point.
When you broke the kiss he was looking up at you with glazed over eyes, a goofy smile plastered on his swollen lips.
You let out a giggle, dropping your forehead to his shoulder. His laugh accompanied yours, echoing in the room.
You rolled off of him, kissing him on the cheek as you landed on the pillow next to him.
"Holy fucking shit" You breathed through another fit of laughter, rolling into his side and snuggling into chest.
"Yeah" He sighed, slinging his arm around you, still staring up at the ceiling as you wiggled closer to him. The silence in the room was different now, the tv still played casting lights onto the headboard above where you both lie. But the tension, the thing that you had both gotten so used to being around was gone.
"I can't believe you talked me into kissing you again" He joked, turning his head so he could look at you on him.
"I can't believe you fell for it again" You giggled, looking up at him. Confirming all of the wonders he had about you. The little crush that never went away.
He nudged your nose with his own before kissing you again. He exhaled, a relief of everything he'd been thinking.
And despite the excitement minutes ago your eyes were growing heavy, the rhythm of his heartbeat lulling you into a deep sleep. His fingers brushing up and down your arm as he drew little shapes and lines.
He shifted under you slightly, and you reached for his hand that was resting on your arm. With eyes still closed you slid your fingers between his and sighed into his shirt, "Can you stay even after I fall asleep?"
He answered with a kiss to your forehead as he let his body sink into the mattress beside you again.
And you fell into a sleep that you'd been wishing for.Â
summary: you accidentally overhear steve calling you âclingyâ to robin. instead of confronting him, you retreat into silence, letting your hurt fester. steve notices and becomes desperate to understand, but the more he reaches out, the wider the distance grows.

a/n: after writing way too much steve fluff, itâs time for some angst with my fav trope: fmc overhears her spouse call her clingy⊠eventual happy ending <3
tags: takes place after s4 timeskip, so much angst, emotional hurt, crying, reader has scars from a demo attack, nancy and robin are so sweet here, distancing, reader has ptsd, emotional vulnerability, reader was eddie's bsf, mentions of violence, trauma, typical upside down gore, lack of communication, so much fluff at the end, happy ending.
You truly didnât mean to eavesdrop.Â
If anything, it was an accident, a cruel, stupid accident orchestrated by the universe itself and whatever higher power up there that wanted to see you suffering.Â
Youâd been at the Squawk with Steve and Robin, the three of you crammed into the booth like always. Robin, as usual, was rambling about something while Steve laughed and bumped his knee into yours under the table, grounding you without even trying.Â
By the time the clock crept past 8:30, the air outside was already dark and heavy, that familiar tightness had started curling in your chest; one that always showed up when it got late.
Youâd told yourself you could handle it, that you were fine and you werenât helpless, but you still asked Steve to accompany you home anyway, too afraid to go on your own.
âCan you come with me?â youâd asked casually, âor at least drive me home?â
Steve frowned, glancing at Robin. âBaby, youâll be fine. You can go on your own. Iâll be back in like an hour, okay? â
You nodded and kissed him goodbye, then you walked out to your car telling yourself you werenât a scared little kid, and that nothing can harm you anymore.
Only to realize halfway down the lot that your coat was still inside.
So you turned around.
That was all; a forgotten coat, a stupid, normal thing, and you would have been in and out in seconds if not for your name cutting through the noise in the squawk as you heard Steve mention you to Robin.
You shouldnât have listened, you knew that. You were raised better than to hover at doors and steal pieces of conversations that werenât yours to hear, but your body didnât listen to reason anymore.
Your feet stayed planted, your lungs forgot how to work as panic washed over you so fast and so violently that for a second you werenât in Hawkins at all.
You were back in the Upside Down.
Back in that choking red sky, where the air is thick and cold. You could feel all over again the vines slick and alive under your hands as you ran, heart tearing itself apart inside your chest.Â
You could still feel the demobats, the weight of them, the wet snap of their wings, the sound of flesh ripping, the blood, so much blood, everywhere you looked there was bloodbloodbloodbloodbloodâ
âthe combined screams of yours and Eddieâs. You remembered the way his body had gone still, the way Steve had dragged your bloodied body away as your entire abdomen was ripped apart, shaking so badly you couldnât even scream.
You remember the way youâd thought you were going to die there with your throat ripped open and your bones scattered across that fucked-up place.
You hadnât felt safe since.
Four months, five months? however long it had been, it didnât matter. Fear had latched onto you like a parasite and refused to let go.
Everything startled you now, doors, clocks, cold air on your neck, cars backfiring, footsteps too close behind you. The world felt like a nightmare, and the night was only much worse.
Steve was the only place that didnât feel like that.
Steve made it quiet. Steve made it stop.
You hadnât even realized youâd started clinging until it was already done, until your body had decided he was shelter, that he was protection, that if he was near then nothing could touch you.Â
And now you were standing outside a door, listening to him talk about you.
âI donât know, Robin,â he says again, voice rough and worn down, like heâs been chewing on the same thought for weeks and itâs finally gone bloody. âSheâs just⊠different. Ever since.â
Robin leans back against the counter, arms crossed, watching him carefully. âYeah,â she says, slow and measured. âNo shit. She went to literal hell, Steve.â
âI know that,â he snaps too fast, immediately regretting the edge in his voice. He exhales, drags a hand down his face. âI know. I do. Thatâs the problem. I know, and I still feel like shit about how I feel.â
She waits. Robinâs good at that. At letting him talk himself into the truth.
âItâs like,â he starts again, quieter but faster, words tumbling over each other now, âsheâs everywhere. All the time. Wherever I go, sheâs already there or tryinâ to be. If I grab my keys, suddenly she needs to leave too. If Iâm sittinâ down, sheâs sittinâ down. If I say Iâm tired, sheâs tired. Itâs like she canât exist unless Iâm right next to her.â
Your stomach drops where you stand, frozen just outside the door, fingers clenched tight around the strap of your bag.
âIâm serious,â Steve keeps going, oblivious, frustration bleeding through every word. âIf Iâm goinâ to see Dustin, sheâs got a reason to come. If Iâm headinâ to the Squawk, somehow weâre paired up for drills again. She doesnât do anything alone, Robin. Never. Sheâs just⊠latched onto me.â
He laughs humorless. âAnd I sound like a dick sayinâ it, I know I do, but itâs fuckinâ suffocating.â
Suffocating. Like heâs drowning because of you.
Robin doesnât answer right away. When she finally speaks, her voice is softer, more careful. âSteve. Thatâs not weird, matter of fact it's a normal response given what she's been through. Thatâs her brain trying to keep her alive.â
âI know,â he says, rubbing at his neck like it physically hurts to admit it. âI know sheâs not doing it on purpose.â
âShe nearly died,â Robin presses. âShe watched Eddie die right in front of her. She got dragged into the Upside Down and came back with scars all over her body. She wakes up screaming, Steve. Youâre the only thing that makes her feel safe.â
âI didnât say she was the bad guy,â he snaps, voice cracking despite himself. âIâm just sayinâ Iâm overwhelmed. Sheâs so clingy, Robin. You saw her tonight. She didnât wanna leave without me. I had to practically beg her to go first.â
Your vision blurs. You press a hand to your mouth, swallowing hard.
âItâs like I gotta make up excuses just to be alone,â he admits, quieter now, stripped bare. âI need space. I need to breathe. And I canât say that without soundinâ like a heartless asshole because yeah, sheâs traumatized, and then suddenly Iâm the villain for wantinâ five goddamn minutes to myself.â
Robin scoffs, pushing off the counter. âSteve, you idiot. You said it yourself. Your girlfriend is traumatized.â
âYeah,â he shoots back, voice rising, âbut how the hell do I tell my traumatized girlfriend to back off without destroyinâ her. How do I say âhey, I love you, but youâre smotherinâ me,â and not absolutely fuck her up more than she already is.â
âYou donât call her clingy,â Robin says immediately. âFor starters. That word is banned and most girls, including Vickie, hate it.â
Steve lets out a short, bitter laugh. âWell, she is.â
Robin gasps dramatically, clutching her chest. âOh nooo,â she mocks, voice high and obnoxious. âIâm Steve Harrington and my girlfriend loves me so much. Oh noooo, she feels safe with me. My life is helllll.â
âShut up,â Steve mutters, shoving her shoulder.
âOww, you asshole!â Robin shoots back, swatting him in return, then sobers as she gets all serious again. âYouâre not wrong for being tired. You are wrong for talking about her like sheâs a burden.â
Steve goes still. âI donât think sheâs a burden,â he says quietly, and this time it sounds like the truth. âI just⊠I donât wanna be the only thing keepinâ her together. What happens if I fuck up? What happens if I leave?â
Robin sighs. âThen you talk to her. You communicate, dingus.â
You step back before they can see you, heart pounding, every word replaying in your head on a brutal loop. Suffocating. Clingy. Everywhere.
You donât grab your coat when you leave.
You donât even realize youâre driving until youâre already halfway home, knuckles white on the steering wheel as every memory crashes into you at once. Begging him to stay while you showered because you were convinced something would crawl out of the drain. Nights you woke up screaming, clinging to his shirt like it was the only safe place left in the world. Training days for the crawl where you stuck close, too afraid to be alone, grateful when you were paired with him again.
You could see it all, every single little thing you had leaned on him for, flashing through your mind like some god-awful horror slideshow.
Steveâs words had been like a bucket of ice water dumped on you, shocking you into clarity whether you wanted it or not.Â
Maybe you had been too sensitive. Maybe you had been unbearable. Maybe you had been so clingy that it wasnât fair for him, and maybe you needed to let go, at least a little.Â
It wasnât as if you had been the only one stuck in the Upside Down. Will had survived a week in that hell, seen things that should have ripped him apart, and yet he had come back and carried himself with a strength you couldnât even muster.Â
Dustin had lost Eddie too, but he hadnât latched onto anyone, hadnât made himself a burden. Eleven had been tortured, exploited, experimented on, broken in ways that should have left her crushed, and yet she still managed to find herself amidst everything, to stand and breathe and continue on.Â
And here you were, the only one who seemed incapable of moving past it, of finding even a fragment of independence, still tethered to Steve as if without him you would fall apart.
Somehow, without realizing it, you had arrived at your shared home with Steve, parked your car in the driveway, and walked inside on autopilot, your body carrying you through familiar motions while your mind carried the full weight of guilt, shame, and heartbreak.
You stripped off your clothes in the bathroom, letting the water hit your skin in a rhythm you used to find comfort in, and prepared some dinner. You heated up leftovers, the smell of food filling the kitchen like it always had, but this time there was no laughter, no shared commentary on who had eaten what, no teasing Steve about his obsession with ketchup.Â
By the time Steve arrived, the house was quiet. You were already in bed, tucked under the covers, something you hadnât done alone in months because for months you hadnât slept unless his arms were wrapped around you.Â
But tonight, the house felt empty, and he found himself standing in the kitchen, fork in hand, staring at the warm meal you had prepared for him, and realizing that for the first time in an eternity, you werenât waiting for him.
The next morning only deepened the silence. Steve woke to an empty bed, the sunlight spilling across rumpled sheets that smelled faintly of your perfume, and felt a prickling, cold panic he couldnât name at first.Â
You were already dressed, shoes on, ready to leave.
âWhere are you heading?â he asked, voice rough.
âGoing to get some stuff from the store,â you replied dryly.
âWant me to come with you, sweetheart?â His words carried that familiar gentleness, but you couldnât look past it without feeling like a burden.
âNo,â you said simply.
It was such a small, simple word. It shouldnât feel like this. Except it made Steve sit in bed alone, blood running cold, realizing far too late that you were beginning to avoid him.
You leave early and donât come back until the sky is already dimming, the house dark except for the kitchen light that Steve has turned on and off three times now like it might summon you home faster.
By the time you unlock the front door, he has been pacing a groove into the living room carpet, heart in his throat, mind running through every worst case scenario he promised himself he wouldnât think about anymore. The second the lock clicks and the door opens, heâs there, crowding your space before you can even hang up your coat.
âWhere the hell were you?!â he blurts, voice tight and frantic, eyes scanning you like heâs checking for blood. âYouâve been outta the house for nearly six hours. Six. I was losinâ my goddamn mind. I thought somethinâ happened to you.â
You sigh, slow and tired, and for a split second when you really look at him, at the pure unfiltered worry etched into his face, you almost break.
Almost step into his arms, almost let yourself melt into him and admit how badly you missed him, how those six hours felt like six days without his voice or his hands or the steady reassurance of his presence.Â
If six hours did this to him, then the space you were forcing had been tearing you apart twice as badly.
But then your brain betrays you, replays his words in his voice, clingy, suffocating, always there, and you harden.
âI was out, Steve,â you say quietly.
âYeah, no shit,â he fires back, following you as you walk toward the kitchen. âOut where?â
You open the fridge, more for something to do than because youâre hungry, and shrug. âWith Nancy. We hung out and I accidentally lost track of time.â
The tension drains out of him immediately, shoulders sagging in relief. âJesus,â he breathes. âWhy didnât you tell me, huh? I was freakinâ out. Is everything okay? Did somethinâ happen?â
You shake your head. âNo, nothing happened, donât worry.â
He nods quickly, like heâs trying not to push. âOkay. Okay. I wonât pry.â He hesitates, then softens. âHey, I was thinkinâ dinner. You want lasagna or pizza?â
âIâm not hungry,â you say, already turning away. âIâm gonna go sleep, okay.â
He frowns. âBut I thought we could just hang out a little, I mean we barely saw each other todaââ
âMaybe another time, alright? Goodnight, Steve.â
He exhales, defeated. âGoodnight,â he says softly. âI love you.â
You pause just long enough to whisper it back before disappearing down the hall. âI love you too,â
The days after are worse.
Steve wakes up and barely gets a word in before youâre already pulling on shoes, mumbling something about a jog. If he waits, you need a shower. If he waits longer, youâre late to see your nana.Â
If he suggests the Squawk, youâre already going with Nancy. Itâs like every time he reaches out, you slip through his fingers a little more, like trying to grasp smoke.
Not long ago, you haunted him with your presence. You were everywhere, constant, inescapable, but now you ghost him with your absence. He doesnât know where you go or what you do, only that the house feels emptier even when youâre technically still there.
Thatâs how he ends up sitting on the edge of the bed tonight, waiting for the bathroom door to open, heart pounding like heâs bracing for bad news. When you finally step out, hair damp, towel slung over your shoulder, he looks up like heâs been holding his breath.
âHey, sweetheart,â he says gently, like heâs testing the word to see if it still belongs to him.
You glance at him in the mirror and give him a small, careful smile. âHi, Steve.â
He lingers there for a second, then steps closer, hands hovering before he settles them lightly at your waist, afraid you might flinch. He leans down and presses a kiss to your collarbone.Â
âI missed you,â he murmurs. âYouâve been out all day. Didnât even see you at the Squawk.â
Your body betrays you before your mouth does, a shiver running through you at the sound of his voice, the warmth of him behind you. For a heartbeat you let yourself feel it, the pull, the ache. Then you pull away, just enough to break the contact, reaching for your hairbrush like itâs a shield.
âYeah,â you say lightly. âNancy asked me to go shopping with her again.â
âOh.â He straightens, nodding, trying to keep his tone easy. âWas it fun? I figured youâd come back with, like, ten bags or somethinâ.â
You shrug, brushing through damp hair. âDidnât need anything.â
He watches you in the mirror, the way you wonât quite look at him, the way your answers land flat and stop short. He clears his throat as heshifts his weight.
He hesitates, then clears his throat, trying again, voice low and careful. âUh. We trained today. Me, Hopper, and El. She shaved her time down again.â
You pause only briefly, tugging at your hair with the brush.
âThirty-three seconds,â he continues, a little brighter despite himself. âLast week it was thirty-six. Sheâs pissed about it too, which I guess is good. Means she knows she can do better.â
âThatâs good,â you say quietly.
He nods, even though youâre not looking at him. âYeah. Sheâs gettinâ scary strong again. In a good way.â
âMhm.â
Steve frowns. He leans back on his hands, searching your face even though youâre facing away now. âWe could all hang out this weekend. Just us, or maybe the kids too. Whatever you want. Thought it might be nice.â
âIâm actually quite tired,â you say quietly.
âOkay,â he says quickly. âYeah. Thatâs fine. We donât have to do anything big.â He pauses, then softly asks. âHey. Are you okay? Like, really okay?â
You swallow. âIâm fine, Steve.â
Thereâs a beat of silence where he clearly wants to say more as his mouth opens and closes like heâs rearranging words that never come out right.Â
He tries again, desperate now. âDid I do somethinâ? Because if I did, I swear Iâm not tryinâ to mess this up. I just need you to talk to me, okay.â
Your chest tightens. You squeeze your eyes shut.
âSteve,â you say softly, cutting him off before he can dig himself deeper, âcan you turn off the light, please?â
He gets the hint; you donât want to talk.
He freezes for a second, then nods once. âYeah. Yeah, of course.â
He stands, reaches for the lamp, and the room falls into darkness. He lingers there for a moment longer, like heâs hoping youâll turn back around, say his name, give him something to hold onto.
You donât.
âNight,â he says quietly.
âNight,â you reply, barely audible.
He lies down beside you, careful not to touch, staring up at the ceiling with the awful, sinking realization that this is what losing you looks like..
As the days passed, then quietly turned into weeks, you built a new routine that did not include Steve in it at all. It happened slowly enough that it almost felt reasonable at first.Â
You learned how to time your mornings so you were out the door before he woke up, learned how to come home late enough that conversation felt unnecessary, learned how to smile just enough to keep him from asking questions that you did not have the strength to answer.
Avoiding him became second nature. Lying became easy.
You spent most of your days outside, anywhere that was not the house and not around him. Sometimes you sat beside your nanaâs hospital bed for hours, holding her hand and watching the rise and fall of her chest just to remind yourself that people stayed alive even when everything went wrong.Â
Other days you walked until your legs ached, wandering neighborhoods you barely recognized, letting exhaustion drown out thought. Occasionally you called a friend, anyone who would answer, and let the hours blur together in cafes and parking lots and friendly conversations that never went anywhere deep enough to hurt.
It got to the point where you could not remember the last time you had kissed him without forcing yourself to think about it, and when you did, the number made your stomach twist. Four days. Four whole days since his mouth had been on yours, since his hands had found your waist without asking, since you had slept tangled together instead of inches apart.Â
There was a time when five minutes apart felt unbearable, when you haunted each other in hallways and kitchens and doorways, hands always reaching, always searching.
You grew used to the distance.Â
Steve though, did not.
His patience thinned in ways that showed. It did not help that things with Dustin were already strained. Steve started snapping again and retreating into old habits he thought he had outgrown.Â
He tried to pull himself back every time he felt it happening, tried to reach for you like he always had.
And every time he did, you stepped further away.
That was how he found himself one late afternoon sitting on the couch, elbows braced on his knees, staring at the front door.Â
You had been gone all day again, supposedly with Nancy, doing whatever it was you told him you were doing now.Â
Steve knew you were close to her, knew you trusted her, but not to the point where you would spend hours every other day together. Still, he told himself not to judge. Girls were odd in their friendships, and he did not want to be the guy who questioned everything.
But his mind would not shut up.
Every instinct in him was screaming that something was wrong, that he needed to do something instead of sitting there waiting. He was snapped out of his thoughts when the doorbell rang.
Steve was on his feet instantly, relief and fear colliding in his chest as he rushed to the door. He yanked it open, already ready to say your name.
Instead, Nancy Wheeler stood there.
For a split second, his brain refused to process it. Then panic slammed into him so hard it stole the air from his lungs. If you were supposed to be with Nancy, then why is she standing here alone?
âWhere is she?â he blurted out, voice sharp and scared. âIs she okay? What happened?â
Nancy blinked in shock at his reaction, taking in the way his shoulders were tight, the way his hands were already shaking like heâd been holding himself together by sheer force of will. âWhoa, Steve, hey,â she said quickly. âSlow down. Whatâs going on?â
âWhat,â he shot back, breath uneven, eyes already scanning the driveway behind her like you might suddenly appear. âWhereâs she? Why are you here without her, Nancy?â
Nancy frowned. âWithout who?â
âY/N,â he snapped, panic bleeding into anger because fear always did that to him. âIâm talking about Y/N.â
Her expression shifted immediately. âYeah,â she said slowly, âthatâs actually why Iâm here. I havenât heard from her in weeks. I just wanted to check in.â
The words hit him like a punch straight to the chest.
âWhat do you mean you havenât heard from her?â he said, quieter now, like saying it louder might make it real. âYou were literally together today?â
Nancy let out a short, incredulous laugh. âSteve, no. Iâve been with Jonathan all day. Heâs waiting in the car right now. I just stopped by because I was worried about her.â
The color drained from his face so fast it scared her.
âSteve,â she said carefully, stepping closer, âyouâre freaking me out. Whatâs going on?â
He swallowed hard, throat tight like it was closing in on itself. âSheâs been telling me sheâs with you,â he said. âEvery time sheâs gone. She says sheâs with you.â
Nancy stared at him. âWhy would she lie about that?â
âI donât know,â he said, voice cracking despite how hard he tried to keep it together. âThatâs the thing, Nance, I donât know. One day she was everywhere. Everywhere. I couldnât turn around without her being there, couldnât breathe without feelinâ her next to me, and then suddenly itâs like she vanished. We didnât fight. Iâi didn't do anything. At least not that I remember.â
Nancy sighed, rubbing her forehead, her tone firm but not unkind. âSteve. You donât just wake up one day like that. Something must've happened.â
âNo, no, noâ he said immediately, shaking his head. âNo, I would know. I would remember if I fucked up that bad.â
âAnd you didnât think to ask her?â Nancy pressed.
âI did,â he snapped. âI tried. Every time I tried sheâd shut it down, say she was tired or busy or fine. What the hell was I supposed to do, corner her?â
âShe was clingy, okay. Iâll say it. I couldnât go anywhere without her, couldnât get a second alone, and then suddenly itâs like she was gone.â
Nancyâs head snapped up. âDonât,â she said sharply.
âWhat?â he shot back.
âYou do not call her clingy, Steve!â Nancy said, anger flaring now. âYou donât get to use that word with Y/N out of all people!â
He bristled. âOh come on, Nancy. I didnât mean it like that.â
âYeah, you did,â she said. âAnd even if you didnât, it doesnât matter. In case youâve forgotten, Harrington, weâre all wrapped up in this upside down bullshit because we have to be. I do it because of Mike and Barb. You do it because of Dustin. Guess what? She doesnât have to be involved in it!â
Steve opened his mouth, then stopped.
âThat girl is fucking traumatized, and she went through that shit because you dragged her into it!â Nancy continued, voice steady but fierce.
âShe nearly died. She was attacked by monsters that shouldnât exist. She watched Eddie die just like the rest of us, and she doesnât get to talk about it with anyone outside this circle. She canât go to her friends or her family and say, âhey, I got slimed by an interdimensional monster and almost got ripped apart.â The only person she feels safe enough to lean on is you!â
His jaw tightened, guilt creeping in through the cracks.
âSo yeah,â Nancy went on, âmaybe she leaned too hard or she didnât know how to be alone after that. But that doesnât make her clingy, Steve. That makes her scared.â
He dragged a hand down his face. âI didnât mean to hurt her.â
âI know,â Nancy said. âBut intent doesnât erase impact. Something you said or did made her feel like she was too much, like she was a burden, and instead of yelling or crying she did the only thing she could think to do. She disappeared.â
Steve let out a shaky breath. âSheâs been lying to me, Nancy.â
âSheâs protecting herself,â Nancy said. âYou need to see things in her lightâ
Silence stretched between them, thick and heavy.
âSo what,â he said finally, voice raw. âWhat if sheâs just⊠done? What if she realized she doesnât need me?â
Nancy softened then, stepping closer. âSteve. She needs you. She just doesnât think sheâs allowed to anymore. And thatâs on you to fix.â
He looked at her, eyes glassy. âHow?â
âYou talk to her,â Nancy said simply. âReally talk. Don't accuse her or get defensive. Listen to her.â
She glanced back toward the driveway. âIâll stop by tomorrow and check on her too, okay? But you canât let this sit. Whateverâs going on, itâs clearly eating both of you alive.â
Steve nodded faintly, chest aching. âYeah.â
Nancy opened the door, then paused. âAnd Steve.â
âYeah?â
âSnap out of it,â she said firmly. âBefore you lose her for real.â
With that, she left, heading back toward Jonathanâs car, while Steve stood alone in the doorway.
Ironically, barely ten minutes after Nancy and Jonathan pulled out of the driveway, you came home.
The house was dark. Too dark.
Your stomach dropped immediately, panic flaring hot and fast as you stepped inside, the door clicking shut behind you. No lights. No TV. No noise.
For a split second, every worst-case scenario youâd trained yourself not to think about came crashing in all at once.
âSteve?â you called out, voice tight.
Footsteps shuffled, and then he appeared in the doorway to the kitchen, lit only by the faint glow from the stove light.
âHey,â he said, like nothing in the world was wrong.
You froze for half a beat. âOh. Hi.â
There was something awkward in the air instantly, like youâd both stepped into the same room carrying entirely different weights. He leaned against the counter, trying to look casual.
âHow was your day?â he asked.
You shrugged, slipping your shoes off. âIt was⊠alright.â
His eyes drifted to the bag clutched in your hand, the crinkled plastic catching his attention. âWhatâs that?â
âOh,â you said quickly, glancing down at it. âI stopped by the pharmacy to get the cream. For, uh⊠you know. The scarring.â
He nodded, softer now. âThatâs good.â
Neither of you said anything else as you walked down the hall together. The bedroom felt smaller than usual as Steve sat on the edge of the bed while you set the bag down.
âUm,â he said, rubbing the back of his neck. âDo you want me to help you apply it?â
You hesitated for a second. Then you nodded and handed him the bag.
He unsealed the ointment while you slipped your shirt off and sat cross-legged on the floor, your back to him. You were suddenly acutely aware of every scarâdeep, jagged reminders carved across your back and abdomen from the demogorgon attack. Old wounds, but never really gone.
Steve didnât react the way you always feared people might. He never did.
His hands were warm as he scooped some of the cream, spreading it carefully across your skin gently. He worked it into your shoulders, thumbs pressing lightly as he massaged your shoulders.
You let yourself breathe.
He kept going until he was done, smoothing the last of it in with quiet focus. As you started to shift, ready to stand and pull your shirt back on, you felt itâ
Two soft kisses. One pressed over each long scar crossing your back.
Your heart kicked hard against your ribs.
You stood quickly, sliding your shirt back on, suddenly unsure what to do with all the space between you. You were halfway to the door when his voice stopped you.
âUhm, Y/n.â
You turned. âYeah?â
He reached out, fingers wrapping gently around your hand, and tugged you a step closer. âCan we talk?â
He keeps hold of your hand when you hesitate.
âTalk about what?â you ask quietly.
Steve doesnât answer right away. Instead, he steps closer, close enough that you can feel the heat of him, the familiar gravity thatâs always pulled you in whether you wanted it to or not. His hand tightens around yours like heâs afraid youâll disappear if he loosens his grip.
âI know Iâve been shitty,â he says again, like repeating it might finally make it land where it needs to. His voice is low and rough, scraped raw by guilt. âI know Iâve been so far away from you. I know you felt it. I saw it, even when I pretended I didnât.â He swallows hard.Â
âAnd I know youâre going through thingsâthings I canât even fully understandâand I hate that instead of being the person you could come to, the person who made it easier, Iââ
He cuts himself off with a sharp breath, hand lifting to his face like he can physically stop the words from spilling.
Your chest tightens so painfully it almost steals your breath.
âI panicked,â he rushes on, panic bleeding straight through his words now. âI didnât know how to handle it. Knowing someone was dependent on me, really dependent on me, not just for rides or babysitting or stupid shit like that, but emotionally.â His voice wavers. âI thought I was gonna screw it up. Thought I already was screwing it up. And instead of dealing with that like an adult, I freaked out.â
He laughs once, sharp and broken. âGod, I thought I needed space. I thought if I pulled back, things would calm down, that weâd both breathe easier. But fuckââ His voice cracks hard on the word. âThis is so much worse. You being gone is so much worse than you being everywhere. Iâd give anything to have you hovering around me again, asking if Iâm okay, touching my arm, sittinâ too close on the couch.â
He steps closer, hands shaking as they come up to your sides, not quite touching like heâs scared youâll flinch away.
âPlease,â he whispers, forehead nearly brushing yours now, eyes glossy and wrecked. âPlease, sweetheart. Donât stop being dependent on me. Donât stop needing me. Donât stop loving me.â
Your breath stutters, a broken sound caught somewhere between your chest and your throat.
âI need you to need me,â he says, the words spilling faster, desperate and unfiltered. âI didnât realize it until you pulled away, but I do. I need it. I need you. Because I canât do this anymore. I canât wake up every day wondering if youâre okay and knowing itâs my fault you donât tell me.â His voice drops to a whisper.Â
âI canât do this without you.â
Thatâs when you break.
The sob tears out of you violently, ripping through your chest like something finally gave way. Your knees nearly buckle as you fold into him, crying so hard your body shakes, hiccups jerking through each breath.Â
Steve reacts instantly, arms wrapping around you tight, crushing you to his chest like if he lets go youâll disappear for real this time.
âIâm sorry,â he murmurs into your hair, voice breaking completely now. âIâm so sorry. Fuckâfuck, baby, donât cry. Please donât cry.â
His hand moves up and down your back in slow, steady motions, grounding and familiar, his chin pressing into your hair. You cry into his shirt until itâs damp, until your throat burns and your lungs ache and you feel wrung out and hollow.
Eventually, trembling, you pull back just enough to look at him.
âI heard you, Steve,â you say, the words tripping over themselves.
He freezes. âYou⊠heard what?â
Your hands curl into fists at your sides, nails biting into your palms like you deserve the sting. âA few weeks ago. At the station. I left early and forgot my coat.â Your voice wobbles badly now. âI came back, and I heard you.â
The color drains from his face so fast it scares you.
âYou were talking to Robin,â you continue, tears spilling again. âYou said I was clingy. You said I was suffocating you.â
âOhâno,â he breathes, panic exploding across his features. âNo, no, no, baby, pleaseââ
âI didnât mean to be,â you sob. âI swear I didnât. I wasnât trying to trap you or make you feel stuck. I justââ Your breath breaks, the words barely making it out. âI only felt safe with you. And everyone else was doing okay. Everyone. And I wasnât. I was falling apart and I didnât know how to be alone with that.â
You swallow hard, voice dropping to something small and raw. âAnd somewhere along the way, it started to feel like you werenât loving me anymore.â
Your eyes lift to his, shining. âIt felt like you were just⊠tolerating it. Tolerating me.â
Steveâs hands come up to cradle your face, thumbs brushing your tears away like each one physically hurts him.
âBaby,â he says fiercely, voice shaking as his arms tighten around you. âYou can cling to me as tight as you want and as long as you want. I donât ever want you to feel like you have to pull away to protect me.â
His voice drops, thick and aching, the words pressed straight into your hair. âI love you so much it hurts. I love you so much it scares me, and instead of owning that, I ran my mouth and said something stupid and careless. And I hate that it hurt you. I hate that I made you feel like you were too much when all you ever were was⊠you.â
He presses his forehead to yours, breath shaky. âYou were never suffocating me. I was just scared of how much I needed you back.â
You search his face, eyes swollen, chest still hitching with quiet aftershocks of sobs. He looks wrecked and earnest and painfully open, like every wall heâs ever built has finally come down.
âItâs okay, Steve,â you whisper, even though the words wobble on the way out, even though they donât quite feel solid yet.
He shakes his head immediately, curls bouncing with the movement. âItâs not. Itâs really not.â His hands slide up your back, holding you close. âBut weâre gonna fix it, okay? I will fix it. I promise. I donât care how long it takes.â
His forehead presses against yours again, like heâs grounding himself. âJust⊠donât pull away from me ever again.â
You nod, slow but sure, arms wrapping around him fully now as you bury your face into his chest. He holds you like he means it this time, rocking you gently, big hands warm and steady like theyâre reminding you that heâs real, that heâs here.
You breathe him in.
And thenâ
Grrrgrgrgrgrgr.
You freeze for half a second.
Then you pull back just enough to look up at him, eyes still wet, face scrunched, and you burst out laughingâbroken, hiccupy laughter that comes out of you mid-cry.
âAre youââ you sniff, laughing harder, ââare you hungry?â
Steveâs face goes bright red.
âIââ he stammers, mortified. âI was gonna wait for you to come back, okay? I didnât wanna eat without you.â
That just makes you laugh more. You press your face back into his chest, shoulders shaking, and he lets out a breathy laugh too, embarrassed but relieved, his arms tightening around you again.
âGod,â he mutters. âTiming, huh.â
You tilt your head up and kiss him. He kisses you back immediately, like heâs been starving for it just as much as food. When you pull away, barely an inch, he leans in again and kisses you harder this time and deeper, pouring everything unsaid into it.
He breaks the kiss with a breathless laugh, forehead resting against yours. âMissed kissing you.â
You smile. âMe too.â
He exhales, then straightens suddenly like heâs had an epiphany. âYou know what?â
âWhat?â you ask.
âI am starving,â he says, dead serious. âAnd Iâm pretty sure you are too.â
You blink. âSteveââ
âCome on,â he says, already grabbing your hand and tugging you gently toward the door. âGrab a coat.â
âWait,â you laugh, stumbling after him. âWhere are we even going?â
He grins over his shoulder, that familiar boyish smile you fell in love with. âEnzoâs.â
Your eyes widen. âWhat? No, Steve, that place is expensive. And you need a reservation andâ I can just heat something up, itâs fineââ
âNope,â he cuts in immediately. âAbsolutely not.â
âSteveââ
âI gotta spend the next year or so making it up to you,â he says, squeezing your hand. âMinimum.â
You gape at him. âButââ
âToo late,â he says cheerfully, already opening the door.
You stumble as he leads you out to the car, the night air cool against your skin. He opens your door for you like always, and excitedly smiles at you. As the engine starts and the house disappears in the rearview mirror, you lean back in your seat, heart full and sore and warm all at once.
Deep down, you know it again: Steve will stay by your side. Heâll wait while you heal. Heâll hold you steady until youâre strong enough to take steps on your own.
And Steve knows, wholeheartedly, that heâll be the one clinging to you just as tightly. Because youâre the only one heâs ever loved enough to spill his heart to.
And, apparently, spend three hundred and ninety dollars on at some fancy restaurant without even blinking.
â After a long day, Steve Harrington does what he does best, tucking in his girls.

Steve leaned against Emmyâs doorframe for a second before stepping in. Her room was quiet, lights dim, stuffed animals lined up like they were on guard duty. She was already under the covers, book shut but still clutched to her chest.
âHey, Emmyâ he said quietly.
his 6 year old daughter looked up, smiling sleepily. âDaddy.â
He crossed the room and sat on the edge of her bed, smoothing her blanket without even thinking about it. âGood day?â
âYeahâ she nodded. âWe played a lot at recess. And⊠I made a new friend. Her nameâs Mia.â
âThat so?â he said, genuinely interested. âYou gonna tell me all about her tomorrow?â
She nodded sleepily, yawning.
Steve leaned down and pressed a kiss to her forehead, lingering just a second longer than usual.
he hated how fast his first babygirl was growing.
âgoodnight honeyâ he whispered, pressing another kiss to her forehead.
She smiled, eyes already drifting shut. âNight, Daddy.â
Next was Lily.
his 4 year old was sprawled sideways in her bed, blanket twisted around her legs, eyes way too awake for someone who was supposedly tired ten minutes ago.
âDaddyâ she said immediately, sitting up. âI wanna watch more TV.â
He sighed like heâd been expecting it. âLily, sweetheart, itâs late.â
She pushed her bottom lip out anyway, eyes going big and hopeful as she hugged her stuffed bear to her chest. Steve felt it hit him right where it always did.
âDaddy pleaseeeâ she tried again, softer this time.
He shut his eyes for half a second, then opened them, firm but gentle. âNice try. That face isnât gonna work on me tonight.â
Her shoulders slumped. âBut Iâm not sleepy.â
âYou areâ he said, smoothing her hair back. âYouâre just fighting it.â
She huffed, clearly unconvinced. âWhat if I just watch a little?â
Steve leaned down so they were eye level, voice lowering like it was a secret. âHow about this, no TV tonight, but tomorrow we watch E.T. again.â
ever since her aunt robin introduced her to E.T, sheâs been addicted to it.
Her eyes lit up instantly. âReally?â
âReallyâ he said, smiling.
She grinned, satisfied now, and scooted down under the covers. âOkay, Tomorrow.â
He tucked the blanket around her, kissed her forehead, and whispered, âNight, Lils.â
âNight, Daddy.â
She was out within minutes, like she always was once she stopped pretending she wasnât tired.
Steve slipped Lilyâs door shut gently, listening for a second until he was sure the house had settled back into that familiar nighttime quiet. The kind that only came once all three girls were finally winding down.
He padded down the hall toward the living room, where the soft glow of a lamp spilled over the couch. You were sitting there with 2 year old Robin tucked against your chest, bottle tilted just right, her small hands wrapped around it like it was the most important thing in the world.
âThere she isâ Steve murmured.
Robinâs eyes flicked toward him immediately, her mouth still working on the bottle. He smiled without even thinking about it and leaned down, brushing a kiss over the top of her head before pressing a kiss to your lips with a soft smile.
âAll fed?â he asked quietly.
You nodded, shifting her just enough to settle her better. âSheâs almost out.â
Steve reached in, careful and practiced, and lifted Robin from your arms. She let out a tiny noise of protest before immediately relaxing against his chest, cheek squishing into his shirt.
âHey, heyâ he whispered, kissing her chubby cheek. âIâve got you.â
This was how it always went. Steve put Robin down, you handled dinner. It had become an unspoken routine somewhere between sleepless nights and learning how to juggle three kids without losing your minds.
You stood and headed toward the kitchen while Steve carried Robin down the short hallway to her room. The space was dim and calm, nightlight casting soft shadows over the walls. He closed the door most of the way and began pacing slowly, rocking her like he always did.
âThere you goâ he murmured, voice low and steady. âDaddyâs got you.â
He pressed another kiss to her cheek, then another, each one slower than the last. Robinâs eyelids fluttered, her grip on his shirt loosening as she drifted off. Steve kept walking even after she was asleep, just to be sure, humming something quiet and half-forgotten.
Once her breathing evened out completely, he lowered her into the crib, tucking the blanket around her small body with careful hands. He stood there for a second longer than necessary, just watching her.
âGoodnight, babyâ he whispered, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead before leaving.
Back in the kitchen, the microwave hummed softly as you waited, arms folded loosely in front of you. You felt him before you saw him, his presence warm and familiar.
Steve stepped in behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you gently back against his chest. He pressed a kiss to your temple, then rested his chin on your shoulder.
âAll three down?â you asked softly.
âYeahâ he said, voice low. âLily tried to negotiate. Again.â
you laughed âof course she did, whatâd she ask for this time?â
âshe wanted to watch tv.. god-y/n she gave me that look and I almost gave in, she gets that from you, itâs hard to say no to you twoâ he says, making you laugh softly, you turn in his grasp to face him.
You smiled up at him, hands settling on his chest. âYou survived bedtime negotiations. Iâm proud of you.â
He huffed a quiet laugh, but his expression softened as he looked down at you. âEmmy barely needed me tonightâ he said, a little more quietly than before. âShe was already half asleep. Told me about her new friend and then just⊠closed her eyes.â He shook his head, smiling, but there was something bittersweet in it. âFeels like she does that more and more lately.â
You reached up and brushed your thumb along his jaw. âSheâs growing upâ you said gently. âThat doesnât mean she needs you any less.â
âI knowâ he said. He leaned his forehead against yours for a moment. âIt just- it makes me want to freeze time. Or at least slow it down.â
The microwave beeped, breaking the quiet. you turned back to grab the plates, and Steve loosened his hold just enough to let you move, then immediately wrapped his arms around you again, like he couldnât help himself.
âYouâre a good dadâ you said, over your shoulder.
He kissed the side of your neck, warm and familiar. âOnly because Iâve got you.â
You smiled, leaning back into him as the house stayed quiet around you, three girls asleep down the hall, dinner finally ready, and this small, peaceful moment all to yourselves.
authorâs note: I love this so much!! girl-dad Steve is real idc.
