Imagine my surprise when I see that someone is following me, somewhat out the blue. The person is not anyone I recognize so I go to their page to see what’s up.

I find a site that is basically a porn site. And included in their selfie is a lovely view of their bathroom, complete with overflowing makeshift trash can.

Guys do it all the time?

Living on open range can be scenic. Except for those pesky cows.....or bulls as the case may be. We have the lady cows and babies stroll around eating various things but one bull has decided this is his home. He knocks the fencing down to get in the yard. He rubs himself on the well fencing. He shat upon my yard. The good eatin' weeds lie outside the fence yet he persists in coming in the yard.

On the epidemic of poor writing skills in the workplace

I would recommend shorter messages rather than longer ones. Don't use a phrase or specific word more than one time in the message. Know exactly what that word means, e.g. "penultimate" does not mean above average. It means something very different.

Use proper punctuation; it's not that hard. Know how to format in Word and don't allow extra spaces or attempt to use a fancy format. If you don't know what kerning is, don't go into page layout mode! Basic formatting is always a good choice.

The best thing to do when writing in a business setting is to ask someone else to proofread for you. This is seldom a wasted effort.

Where I have been

I had forgotten how much time a full-time job plus commuting takes. Plus various things like packing a lunch, grocery shopping, getting the car gas etc. I guess if I want to make jewelry again, I will have to schedule it.

Overall, I am very happy to be employed again.
