From what I know, there was an animated interview where Ladybug confessed that she used to practice gymnastics. It's possible that she uses the skill to her advantage. Also, we're still not sure if she still goes to fencing classes or was that just a one time thing.

If anything, maybe she wasn't so skilled in fighting until she became Ladybug. She was still a bit clutzy in ie. Pharaoh and such.
