Age Regression in community setting will always be sfw, although there is a term that sounds similar, called Ageplay, which is a nsfw fetish involving age roleplay in sexual settings.
Lot's of newer people confuse these terms, and that's okay - you are now informed if you weren't aware.. Although, often in ageplay communities, individuals still tag their nsfw posts with agere tags for boosts, being aware that the tags they use are meant for sfw use.
It's bad, and can be very upsetting to see, but YOU can avoid these posts by blocking the tags..!

Technically, yes..! Althought tags like "#diapered life" are associated with another kink called AB/DL, standing for Adult Baby/Diaper Lover, which is a type of Ageplay kink.
Lot's of age regressors choose to use diapers, although in this community, we call those types of individuals "padded regressors" to seperate the individuals that use it for sfw reasons away from the nsfw side of it.

In the case that you see something that upsets you, remember first and foremost to exist out of the app.
Once you are away from what upsets you, take a deep breath and remember, that it's okay to feel strongly about what upset you, yet letting it take over you can possibly harm you - so try to occupy yourself with something else
Do ANYTHING else other than opening the app, this can be from cleaning, playing games, taking a walk, playing with toys, reading, or even a nap..!

I don't like it per say but I think it's very useful! It's the building blocks of our society and science.
I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate HATE having a special interest in COD and the characters so bad I BURN with rage when someone else likes it. It makes me feel guilty for being mad but I know I can't help it because I'm autistic. I know they probably like it as much as me but even that thought makes me extremely upset. I feel so stupid for being like this but they ARE MY favorite characters not yours!!! But those thoughts are greedy and then I feel bad to the point I involuntarily regress and literally SOB!!
