i find a way to play resident evil 1.5 and here some screenshots I took when playing it (desc have more about the game)

resident evil 1.5 was a a unfinished prototype of resident evil 2 it got canceled by capcon in 1997 becase it lacked the suspense of resident evil 1 and the character Elza walker (scrapped re2 character) didn't match resident evil.

the Eliza walker character got replace by claire redfrield in final game because to tie down chris from the first game the game mostly reached 60-80% finish becase they scrapped/canceled the game.

leon Kennedy wasn't a rookie cop in re 1.5 as he is in re2.

ada wong did have the same role as she does in re2 and her name was different in re 1.5 her name was Linda and she was a umbrella researcher and was tasked with retrieving the G-Virus sample.

resident evil 1.5 had 2 tires of upgradeable armor the RPD vest and the umbrella body armor

the healing items in re 1.5 didn't have the green herbs they had vials of medicine
