Joining art fight for the 2nd year in a row 💪 lets go team tragedy!! We're ignoring the fact I gotta slap together 5 character sheets ok!

I finally finished my character sheet for my girl Andromeda! Last name...tbd...are we like 3 attacks kinda late? Yeah but it's totally fine lolol Anyways her design is literally so fun my first thought was the options are unlimited for her as chaos magic witch as she can create on a whim and bend reality to her fancy (within limitations as an apprentice) Andromeda is Julian's best friend and closest source of knowledge when it comes to solving the mystery of his death. Busy juggling that, her responsibilities in the absence of her granny and the upcoming witch trials to determine her ability to operate as an independent witch, she's got quite a lot on her plate! She plays the role of emotional support (and threat) in the comic and I can't wait to show of their dynamic in the comic!

The only character sheet that I managed to update in time for Art Fight was Julian lmaoo, the overconfidence really got me at the kneecaps frll. Anyways here's the full character design for Jules who will only be seen wearing the sheet in the comic....and his actual appearance was literally just for fun.....I have nothing to say for myself. Julian's appearance is absolutely based on skater and grunge fashion trends while throwing in pieces you might see on a typical young chicano guy such as the diamond earrings, cuban link bracelet and saint pendant. But I wanted to add the touch of nerd that Julian is with his bright green converse and homemade merch as a diehard fan!

There's a Star MAAAANN...But for real here's my Space adventurer Voyager! My little astronaut full of space...stuff whose only here for a good time! I gave them a little redesign with some added features just in time for Art Fight! I really love their fun and dynamic personality for pieces :)

A little character sheet for my boi. Atlas is such a classic wear kind of guy, tailored 3 piece suits, expensive hand-crafted palladium jewelry (which is relevant hehe). And then there's his leg...we don't talk about it...(We will later). There are a lot of other details on here including signet rings (wink wink), close ups of his bloodmage markings and even a concept of his family crest. All signs of a well to do young man of taste and class. Everything about his appearance is intentional and done with a precise hand. This is the kind of man that Atlas Farouk is after all.

No one help Theo....he's exactly where he wants to be...in realness I haven't finished jaaaaack these last few weeks have been rough between work and irl bs. I am trying my best to keep sketching even little drawings like this to keep the creative juices on minimum 😅

Fun fact! Julian can interact with anything that has been made or touched by other supernatural creatures. So while the food isn't quite as good as it used to be as it was when he was alive, he appreciates that Rowan goes through the effort for him anyways! Get you a man who goes through a kinda painful transformation just so you can eat again ☺️

Atlas basically lives at his school's library and unfortunately Theodore does a work study there as an assistant Librarian which means that his longtime annoyance (bestfriend) is always in his personal space (minimum 800sqft). The worst part is having to request books and having to talk to Theodore, who makes it his personal mission to be as useless (teasing) as possible hehehe.

Just a soft moment between Atlas and Theo...I imagine they've snuck off to a secluded area to get away from prying and judgmental eyes...it's not always easy being together but they make the most of it. I will elaborate one of these days siighhh, so much to draw and so little time!!!

Listen...listen.....the actual comic I'm drawing is a cute romantic hijinks piece...But the big background story that I have built in my head is this horror murder mystery with cursed deaths and ancient grudges....and my favorite ocs get the Kael Special hehehe. Meanwhile poor Julian over here looking in the mirror and not recognizing what reflects back at him....

Theodore Nathaniel Blackbourne, the prodigal son. I love him a lot, but the way I've broken the story up Theo is only there to be annoyingly charming and exceptionally brilliant in moments that Atlas is struggling. And to flirt, anything to rile his counterpart up lol. Bbg is so tragic, I can't wait to show off more of him and his story.

If there's anywhere to post my ramblings abt this loser its here but anyways. Theodore is the young head of the Blackbourne Coven, after the untimely deaths of his parents and younger sister in what has been grossly mischaracterized as a "tragic accident". Currently his maternal uncle handles the current affairs while Theodore finishes his studies at the prestigious magic university tbn...where he's simultaneously finishing his final year and submitting a "PhD" thesis on the development of biomechanical magic enhanced prosthetics. He's aiming to beat out his partner and best friend Atlas as the youngest candidate to complete said thesis while steadily shouldering the responsibility to his family and the mystery surrounding the death's of his parents and sister.

A closer look at the designs for the Halloween Boos crew! They've come such a long way from their original designs at least for Andromeda, Mycella and Anita. The boys just got a style upgrade lol

My character line up for Halloween Boos! Starting off strong (left to right) is Andromeda the local town witch. Julian the Ghost aka our main character, Rowan the headless horseman who Julian is trying to confess to and then Mycella and Anita the two mushroom sprites who're friends with Rowan and Jules respectively. There are side characters ofc but these 5 are the prominent characters! Now....onto environmental concepts hahaha.....
