Lately, Chris has been making an effort to be nicer to Adrian. After being blindsided with how badly he’d hurt him with his choices, he knew that he needed to be better. Adrian deserves to have a better friend in him, and Chris was still harbouring a fair amount of guilt for what he’d done. So he’d been making the effort, and hanging out with Adrian more often.
He still has his moments, where he’s mean without even thinking about it, but there’s a balance now, and Chris thinks that's definitely an improvement.
