Kaiki hears the chime from his phone and picks it up. He hadn’t the slightest idea who it could be, he could say he was surprised to see it was from Suruga Kanbaru. He reads the details of the text and stares at the phone for awhile. He closes it soon after and soon starts to wonder what could she possibly need from him so soon? Especially after he had just assisted her. Oh well, there was no choice but to go to the location specified and see what she needs.
Kaiki decided he would show up tomorrow but a ‘few’ minutes late.
｢❀｣ — Time and day arrive for their fated meeting.
In like form, Kanbaru arrives at the train station, allowing herself roughly ten or so minutes before the appointed time so she at least won’t arrive late. With her back against a pillar near the waiting area, she stands with her arms crossed, her right foot raised against it.
She merely bides the time by observing the cycle of passengers boarding and exiting the train, not giving much thought to the exact time. But, having sensed that she had been there for a while, she gives an indignant huff on seeing him come into view from the corner of her eye.
"Fancy that. I am not certain what I should express more surprise over: that you actually showed up, or that you’re late. I would think a man like you wouldn’t keep his clients waiting, especially when money is at stake."
"Client? I don't remember accepting the task you have asked of me, not to mention you didn't even tell me anything about it." Kaiki replied. He always had to be a step ahead in every conversation, he always had to be on the offensive or risk losing control of the conversation.
"I just helped you out not to long ago, it was even free of charge. I am surprised that you already need my help." Was he really surprised at this? Not really, he knew it would come around again he just didn't think it would happen so soon.

｢θ｣ — “Hmm… I fail to see the drawbacks of having been forcibly returned to this city. It’s a shame that such muscles don’t exist in the world I came from, yep.”
If her words didn’t already make it obvious how she felt about the muscles, the line of drool trailing from her mouth and her fixed stares did.
