Take a moment
Take a moment for yourself. Against all the unending to-do list for today. Take a break. Have a cup of tea, meditate, or have a 10-minute face mask, like me. Schedule a break after striking 1, 2 or 3 tasks from the list. It's okay to be still and chill and do nothing. Reward yourself by something irreplaceable, like time itself.. for yourself.
Be more conscious of your capacity to do things. Always be kind to yourself. Happy Tuesday! Hope your are having a great day, so far.
I believe there are times we should take a step back and recollect ourselves from the jungle in our screens. Tons of information are transferred to our brains per swipe and that may seem overwhelming. Take a break. Eat without your phones, draw in 10 minutes, read a chapter or two. See how your creative self would recover. Take care of yourself.

Tips for Becoming Mentally Strong
1. Don’t fear being and doing things alone.
2. Keep your focus on the future, not the past.
3. Understand that things take time.
4. Be patient, and keep trying when things are difficult.
5. Don’t fear being judged or criticized by others.
6. Decide to be the author and creator of your life.
7. Don’t let other people determine what you do.
8. Let go of all the thing you can’t control.
9. Learn to both accept, and to manage, your emotions
10. Take calculated risks, and do what’s new and difficult.
