Not your mothers clean freak dry shampoo is the only one I've ever used that works. I got it free from influenster and will definitely be buying more.
So glad I #choosetosmooth with this shaving cream. Combined with the Venus embrace sensitive skin razor, my legs end up softer than they've ever been in my life. Can't stop touching them. I received both products free from #influenster.
I was having to skip out on pre/post workout food cus I was low on chicken and sp sooo stayed up after work this am to make chicken. Need to plan better for those extra meals in weeks where I do have time to workout most days. Will have to make sp fries tomorrow. Also ran out of peppers-- had 2.5 sliced for salads/finger food but they're long gone. Maybe 4-5 for salads is more accurate.
Whole life challenge
I'm planning to use this blog to help me with my meal planning during this 8 week whole life challenge. Keep my recipes in order, get a better picture of how much food I need to cook, etc. The challenge started on a Saturday. I worked night shift all weekend. On Wednesday I made: 2 lbs of turkey meatballs (8 meals) Chicken zoodle soup (7 meals) Sweet potato fries Cut bell peppers This lasted me through Monday morning. Little set back forgetting my lunch Sunday night. I found that it helped me a lot to eat breakfast around 6 am while I was still at work. Killed cravings, and I got to bed much earlier once I got home. And it made sense instead of eating right before bed. On Monday I cooked: 3 chicken breasts (7 servings) Paleo spaghetti squash pizza casserole (9 servings) Sweet potato fries (plus cut sp to be cooked when I run out of these). Can't exactly remember but I think that my 2 little baking sheets made 7-8 servings. Salad dressing Even though there are 16 entrees, some days I will have more than 3 meals/day depending on the timing of my workout. I'll have to adjust, figure out a pattern. Won't have time to go to the store or cook anymore until Saturday.
My first full meal of this go 'round. So good.

I did 48 oz of the tomatos b/c after 30 it looked too pink.
Ingredients:
30 ounces organic diced tomatoes (fire-roasted adds an even richer flavor)
1 cup coconut milk, canned (full fat)
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup onion, diced
1 pound ground beef, preferably grass-fed and grass-finished
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chicken broth, preferably homemade
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
Directions:
Add diced tomatoes and coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Heat a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Add coconut oil and saute onions until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain fat. Stir in minced garlic and salt. Pour in tomato/coconut milk mixture and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer 10-15 minutes. Mix in fresh basil. Serve and enjoy!
Freezing Directions:
Let soup cool completely. Pour into freezer bag, lay flat and freeze. To serve: Thaw. Reheat in microwave or on stove.

Salad dressing was from the back of the ISWF book... so yummy. Used apple cider vinegar instead of wine vinegar b/c that's what I had.
Chicken, paleo mayo, my usual squash, green beans, and some kombucha. A bit too much food but now I know.
