Domestic Royalkay my beloved. My brain has been gnawing on them enough to try my hand at an environment for once 😌 If there are no Royalkay fans I am dead.

There are assorted references everywhere, from star trek, to doctor who, to nintendo, hoa, say nothing and a few more hoa fics (Lake I'm looking at you).

God sometimes I learn new things about the UD remake that I wish I could unlearn

To this day, the thing that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth is the feeling that the remake doesnt really respect the original game. It does not feel like a love letter to the original, it feels like a team with an ego trying to show off by using cheap fanservice.

Im absolutely not trying to be an elitist and I’m glad more people were able to access the game with the new version ! My issue is that the original PS4 game had so much intention behind every single detail from the plot to the fixed camera angles, and I think messing with that shows a lack of understanding of the game.
